Very clean and the restaurant food is excellent. Staff are very nice. Only downfall is getting woken up at 12.30 in a morning when bin men come to empty bins which is outside our room. The views are not good as ours was a building site.

We are not satisfied with the village. Upon arrival, I had to pay 35 euros to get accommodation earlier as we arrived on site four hours before. Not cool. The accommodation, to be polite, very dirty, full of grease stains right down to the doors. Ants everywhere. The pools are very small and the management of the sunbeds is zero. Except for the animators who do their best with not much means, well done. We were outside more often than in the village. We were woken up at 6:30 a. M. By trucks and cranes used for construction, not to mention people making noise even at 3am. Despite our complaints at the front desk, it lasted 4 days. Frankly, I don't recommend it at all.

Catastrophic! The staff at the front desk is unrivalled cold. We had the first night a room overlooking the hotel dumpsters. When we asked the front desk to change the apartment they didn't want to know anything. We had to raise our voices to get another one the next day.
We were their pet peeve, and they were very rude although the problem had been fixed. They came to ask us to leave the lobby because our little dog accompanied us (kept on a leash) while the regulations do not prohibit dogs kept on a leash except in the pool. Better yet, we paid $65 for him for a week. And also 10 euros a day for the car.
In short, during the last 20 years we have regularly spent our holidays in Spain in excellent conditions and where the staff were very friendly. This has not been the case at all this year.
We are very disappointed and this is the last time we set foot at "Pierre et Vacances".

The apartments are ok. Kitchen is small, as is the refrigerator. There isn't an oven, just two hobs and a microwave. The bedroom is a nice size. The TV is very dated but there's air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. When we arrived the older lady at reception (who I think was the superior) didn't look like she was interested and wasn't very polite, in fact she was rude. Apart from her the other personnel at reception were nice, as were the animation guys by the pool. The pool area is very big and there's plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. There's a bar which sells food by the pool, with the last meals being served by 16:00. All in all, I would come again, especially for the price I paid €600 ish for 6 nights.

The hotel is very good really enjoyed our stay here. The animation team were excellent especially MICKEY MOUSE he is the heart and soul of the place. He is full of energy and good laugh. We will be back again.

Unsurpassed value for money. All very clean. Very good atmosphere. Far from the beach but good access to go by car.

It is better to have a car to be able to move around.

Looks nice on pictures and from the outside. You need to walk a lot to get to your rooms. Beds are small and not very comfortable. …

Horrible place. Very far from everything. Room wasn t properly cleaned (terrible cigarette smell, papers on the floor, dry spit! On the doors…). Just 2 portions of shower gel provided. Heating/air co system didn t work properly and we were frozen most time… we had to leave a day early, to loose just a night money, because they didn t want to cancel our booking and refund us the whole stay. We had to stay many days and suffer. Worst experience ever.

Muy tranquilo, el servicio estupendo, vistas fenomenales y la animación divertidísimo. Very tranquil. Lovely service, the views are fenomenal and the entertainment guy is such good fun.

Nice holiday home. On the other hand for the 4 stars the beddings are lamentable and the TV of the years 80 not terrible with only 3 French channels.

My boyfriend and I have stayed six days at Easter in these apartments. Clean and comfortable. To put a stick, you hear a lot if there are people in the adjoining apartments.
Great facilities, both pool, parking and restaurants.

In the bathroom we found a spider. The air conditioner when put out a kind of black chip. The TV's 20 years old and it doesn't look good. The only thing I find good are the facilities although you have to park the car very far. I don't recommend it at all. In the reservation specify an apartment with a double bed and I have not been given. Zero Patater.

Excellent experience! I have an apartment for sale in this aparthotel.

It's a nice, big, secluded place. The apartments are large and clean but to us it rained in the kitchen by the cooker hood. The light in the bathroom did not work and we gave part for it to repair it, when they came to do it they left the door open and so we found it when we came back to the night. If we had missed something, I don't know what responsibilities they would have taken.

The facilities are very good. The only bad thing is that it is very removed from beaches and others but there is nothing that does not solve the car. 100% recommended.

Well-equipped and large apartments. With a restaurant. Essential car. It admits animals.

The parking is scarce and limited to a few squares. The food leaves a lot to be desired and the buffet is very small, limited, in addition to scarce I do not advise for anything. The Internet is misleading, you have to register and after 5 minutes you receive mails to Saco.

We arrived late at around 1am and was met by a friendly and helpful man on reception (Antonio? ). Our room was a one bed and was very clean. We were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was very basic and we were self catering. The bed was two singles pushed together which is fine but the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. The sofa bed isn't a double so beware if that's what you're expecting… it separates into two parts. The bathroom had two sinks and a shower over a bath. The TV is not good… but we came away to have fun rather than sit in the apartment so this wasn't a problem for us. In terms of location, a car would be beneficial but if you don't drive then make sure you ask reception for a bus time table. The bus stop was a 15 minutes walk and is right by Lidl. The bus was air conditioned and only took 20 minutes to get to the main sea front in Estepona. Buses run to Estepona and Marbella. We came here in October and it was very quiet. I think groups of young adults would potentially find it a little too remote but this wasn't a problem for us. We went to the local beach and ate at Pepe's Bar. Don't eat there! It's a bloody rip off for sub standard food and poor service. Fine if you're just having drinks and plenty of Sun loungers. Pierre and Vacances is a beautiful resort and we found the staff friendly and helpful. The entertainment guy is hillarious and got us up dancing in the club.

Writing this review on last day of our holiday at the hotel and all the family are very sad to be leaving. This is an indication of how much we've enjoyed it here at the hotel. The hotel has everything to make a great holiday for our 3 children (12, 7 and 3 y/o) and both adults. Special mentions to the room we stayed in (2 bed apartment) self catering, was very nice and had everything we needed. The pool and pool area is the highlight great for kids and adults and kept in great condition. The 'Animicion' entertainment was something we looked forward to every day by the pool, in particular 'Cesar Stevens' :-), great fun for all. Only thing I would recommend is having a car to get to supermarkets or to bars of an evening.

Appartement is nice and clean. Pool is really nice and clean as well. Entourage of the pool and restaurant is really nice. But the breakfast and diner in the restaurant is poor quality. No real food for kids to eat. Bread buns and croissants are dry. I can better bake eggs and mushrooms myself. No a la carte and evening buffet has the same problem, not what you would expect. Wouldnt recommend full pension. No service on the terrace for drinks. Restaurants in neighbourhood are good but too far to walk. Hotel is quite in the middle of nowhere. English knowledge of personnel is quite bad as well. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Garbage Truck picks up containers every night between 12 and 1 below our room and Delivery Truck comes in every morning at 6.30 with loud carts of deliveries. We don't get much sleep.

Very nice and well maintained hotel. Great location with swimming pool, which could have been a bit bigger. The animation program is a chapter for yourself or totally unnecessary.

Cosy place, well located just a step away from Puerto Banus and Marbella. Very spacious installations and phenomenal animation. A paradise to enjoy nature and beach views.

A hotel with an exceptional charm, I felt like home. I will return without fail.

We came here for 10 days. We had read the reviews and didn't know what to expect. But it's very good for the money you pay. You will need a car. Rooms are clean and tidy you have to ask for the toaster as they are not in the room. But ovér all nice place to stay in the middle for everything you need. Marbs is only up the road so you can go there for the day or night and then back to the peace and quiet.

A residence perfectly clean and animated by a team your entertaining, perfect for a stay with family, in group or even as a couple. The pool is pretty clean and the view is memorable, I recommend.

Too far from the beach. Parking fee €9 per day, if you want a sun lounger for the pool you have to get up at 8:00 to put your towel on it. In addition the accommodations need a good shot of refreshment…

Lovely pool The mattresses were rock hard and I like firm beds so this is saying something! So it's hard to get a good night sleep VERY clean and spacious apartment. No water bottles when we arrived in the room Good value for money though.

Not suitable for older people. Accommodation and service Although very good, very clean, good apartments but unbearably noisy as many toddlers accommodated? To infants of all ages — and then in the Swimingpool even loud animations with great. No rest in the evening until about 1 o'clock at night. Mistle whereas his and late noisy entertainment.

Everything perfectly nice very well maintained facility in quiet beautiful location with sea view. Apartment very spacious with nice bathroom and large terrace everything very clean. Large well maintained pool area with bar. Overall, we are very pleasantly surprised at the great value for money. Here it would be nice to get an all inclusive offer!

Horrible place. We found a mop in the middle of the living room. Cold room and awful bed. Outdated.

Beautiful holiday home, the sun is always on the go. The animations are properly dosed especially for teenagers and their parents.

Top room But crazy heavy animation the joysticks, the music means the rooms, the beds are double no common bed. The beach is very far away (you have to cross a motorway by footbridge) The shops are far too (car indispensable) minimalist dishes.

Arrived on Saturday the dismal dinner and the next day not cleaned us room and not put us new towels and ask towels for the bathroom and they wanted it we collect.

Valoraria not a star. We arrived and did not have the "sea view" room available as specified in the offer, have reached 12 o'clock. The views to the sea were at the pool. To part the detail of welcome we it have given 3 days after, asking at the reception. Loud music in the pool all day and night until the wee hours. Many children saw that they are free. In the offer do not specify that halfboard is breakfast and dinner obligatory, nor that there is no cleaning service, which must stay 5 days with the same sheet and towel (unless you pay €3 per one), toilet paper must be ordered at the reception. Have delayed 2 hours in fix it from the room. Not very pleasant service. Dinner has not liked much, most of frozen stuff and little variety. Wi-fi 8€ a day. All away from the hotel, is not goes without a car for nothing. It is every star. Not so recommended.

Flats for rent in Estepona port.

It is a beautiful residence, apartment, and nice pool but without car is not possible. The residence is not located in the centre of estepona, but further on a hill with a slope of 15 minute walk not practical at all to bring races. He had to warn us about this super important info that wasted us holiday. There is not much nearby so forced to travel by bus to estepona centre or go to the beach (1.20 to the bus) or Marbella (3 euros for the bus) no activities in the residence that's a shame because at night the atmosphere is zero: (so if you're a car so much the better, otherwise it's too complicated and lots of expenses. )

Very badly signposted, fatal, charge you for breathing, buffet latter-day left much to be desired, in the last breakfast cupcakes expired and hard, clear. The last two days of my stay there was no dinner for children. The drink is going to part.
I asked a blender to crush a puree and they wanted to charge 10 euros with deposit of €100.
Cleaning from the 5th day. And they just sweep and make the beds. Bath forgets them.
the facilities are good, but it takes away the charm the rest.
In the arrival or even accompany you the enclosure is large and has to go through it all to get, that if not you lose.

Ideal to go with the family apartments.

I was this year with my family, spending a few days in the apartment and we had of sleep my child enjoy a lot very good food and the best staff and super large apartments.

It's certainly what I wanted. An apartment with good kitchen, excellent breakfast and dinner sinful. Ideal for families. It is true of the credit card, but has happened in all hotels. Very good animation service.
We had problems with the air conditioning and we changed room. The views are regular, the beach is too far to walk with kids and tell the truth the beach in the area is poor, rock/Chinese, short and cold. But that is not the fault of the Hotel. So if we wanted to beach. He played car first. Very good pool. Inside parking is impossible and is a nuisance with suitcases. The holidays were worse.
