Spacious room, extra large bed! Great view from our balcony. Great location to walk into gibralta, the old town of la linea has lots of eateries and a lovely market on certain days. The town is very friendly with all that you need. Marina lovely and fab beach. Will definitely book here again.

Nice place within easy walking distance to Gibraltar and the local town is in the opposite direction. Reasonably quiet hotel. Rooms are large and a small balcony to enjoy. Large selection of food and drinks for breakfast. Would recommend.

Beware! Beware! This hotel seems to take the opportunity to collect deposits through hotwire and other travel agencies and refuse to honor the booking and process refunds. Its been over 2 weeks since i've been trying and so far they have refused to give me a response regarding my refund. I currently have multiple bookings with them and a refund that has not been processed. They are simply refusing to give me an answer and holding on to my funds. I will continue to add my reviews.

It's… ok. It's clean and quite spacious, clean and usually well maintained. Staff have always been helpful if I've needed any extras. The only downside for me is the odd rip/tear/hole/leak and it could do with some modernisation. That being said, nothing was so bad that it put us off staying or gave us need to complain. Breakfast was a varied continental choice too! Great location for a variety of reasons. Reasonable for the money too. Great views!

Very nice rooms, big and tidy. However, the shower is not the best — no curtains, and only 50 cm of drain floor, so everything got soaked. Literally. The street can be loud on the 2nd floor too. Breakfast was included, high variety Swedish table food, with warm food included. Nice place to stay if you want to see La Linea, but if you want to go to Gibraltar too.

For the Andalusia Traveller and Gibraltar visitors top position. Gibraltar is within walking distance. The city of La Linea is not only worth a visit, especially in the evening when everything is waking up to life.
The reception and staff are rather anonymous and impersonal, but not unfriendly. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Large balcony. A real recommendation is the hotel's own Mediterranean breakfast buffet. This is very spread out, varied, fresh and tasty. The Spreisesaal is more reminiscent of a canteen. We liked the hotel all around. Always happy.

Excellent friendly staff, great breakfast, great bar. Asked for late check out the day before, as stipulated in the hotel guide, was told “not possible” with no reason. Hotel lacks finishing, but had a great time as staff great, especially Virginia in the bar!

Nothing to say! Perfect! Staff to listen and smiling (not like home in Paris) gargantuan breakfast with its excellent Nespresso coffee! But room a bit noisy because of the moves of chairs! Despite this very slight negative point, I will come back without a problem!

Great value for money, very expansive breakfast buffet (with some excellent made to order omelettes) and only a short walk from the border into Gibraltar. Would definitely stay here again (for visiting Gibraltar) as I thought the dinner options were better in La Linea too.

A clean Hotel. The reception is cool, almost gesichstlos. The room surprised, however, by the cleanliness and facilities, which correspond to the four stars. Around it is no less beautiful. The vacant shops are bricked up, and a doubtful effect.

Perfect hotel. Will of stayed here 5 nights. Just a short stroll away from Gibraltar. Lovely room good view from room. Quite quiet guessing it's low season (March 2018) rooms attended to by maid everyday. Friendly reception staff very attentive. Check in smooth even although I turned up without booking. Bar was good. Average price for drink I guess. Bit too cold for pool. Payed £375 for self catering which is good in my opinion. Highly recommend. Definitely come back if in the area.

Lovely modern rooms, comfortable beds and a smart bathroom. If you want a nice place close to Gibraltar or somewhere to get away from it, then this is your place to go. I didn't give it the 5th star because of tiny details most people wouldn't even think of. Enjoy!

A very well located Hotel at the port of La Linea and within walking distance to the border to Gibraltar. Since I have only spent one night here, I have not booked even, may I say for price/ performance nothing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a Bar on the first floor for the nightcap in the evening. The Breakfast in buffet form is plentiful and very good, it is cooked to order omelette. Only the coffee machine was getting used to, but a half a Cup there was always kind of. Who gets a room on the "right" side and height, has fantastic views of Gibraltar. Here I come again determined.

A very big hotel with underground parking for an additional fee. The bed was big and comfortable and I had an excellent view of the Rock of Gibraltar. Within walking distance of the Spain/Gibraltar border. Friendly check in counter. Bike rental available. Only 4 out of 5 stats because the interior of the hotel was dark and decor could really use an upgrade.

Hello my step by the hotel is positive I have not used the restoration otherwise the rooms are well equipped has parking which on the line is important recommended.

Had a very good stay at this clean and friendly hotel. Stayed here last year and thought give it another go, which im pleased we did. Stayed here as it is cheaper than staying in Gibraltar which is only a 5 min walk. The rooms are spacious and clean. Could see the rock of Gibraltar from our balcony. Bathroom was clean and also spacious. Check in was quick with receptionist very friendly. Breakfast is buffet style with a great selection. If you're room only and want breakfast it's only €6.

Very spacious room, very comfortable bed (maybe the pillow is better), bathroom with the necessary and quite ample, quiet and no external noises (at least in the room I got), all very clean and with a very reasonable price.

We just arrived in the room and I can only say that I am very satisfied. If the restaurant is the same nothing to say.

High quality Hotel, our room had a balcony overlooking the Peñon of Gibraltar, the room was spacious and the attention of the staff very good. The parking is ample and has an elevator to go up to your room with the suitcases. After this experience we have decided to make it our hotel every time we visit Gibraltar. Gibraltar can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Huge hotel, in February the breakfast room was very cool. Also the rooms were hard to get to temperature. No heating in the bathroom. Otherwise good distance to the border to Gibraltar.

Spartan Room in the furnishings, but spacious, comfortable, clean, large bed, functional bathroom. Comfortable and warm shower. Great Breakfast with everything: orange juice made at the time, as well as the crepe. Nice view and close to the border to Gibraltar. I was on a Sunday and the parking in the surroundings of the hotel is free.

Good value for money It is a stone's throw from the rock of Gibraltar. Very clean rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The offers they put in this hotel are very good so you have to be attentive. I recommend 100%.

Clean, big room, great view, rich breakfast.

Overall very satisfied, at all times a good treatment and customer service, good housekeeping and the buffet very good with various foods and good preparation and quality of it, the only drawback was the efficiency of parts of the food. A customer service and kindness to keep in mind. In conclusion, it is highly recommended and I have been satisfied with my stay in the place.

Great room, with balcony, super view, clean, breakfast versatile, easy handling of parking and the re-exit, you needed the room/park card only to throw in the mailbox (which is at the parking garage exit), very simple. We would book it again, a very large hotel but good.

It wasn't bad. Good rooms, good access. But there was a very noisy party on the 1st floor that was heard on the 7th floor, and the pillows, there was only 1 normal which was very thin and two hard as sofa cushions.

Good hotel in the line of conception. The animation leaves a little to be desired, the summer boy was a bread without salt. The elevators Muuuuuy slow. We never caught them. The food is acceptable.

The location is great. Just 500 meters from the border. And the staff of the most friendly and helpful. But the cleanliness of the bathroom and the very old and sunken mattress do not correspond to a hotel of these characteristics.

The only thing to better have legendary in your wine and beverage menu and an ice machine. Otherwise as I said before… Divine!

Great place to stay for going in and out of Gibraltar. Approx 400m from border. A lot cheaper than Gib hotels. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food and drink in hotel is very good, and great value. Staff were helpful. We were able to have a late check out 5pm (extra €15), which was ideal for our late flight, and we'll worth it. We would stay here again.

I had very comfortable stay here. Balcony with an awesome view on the coast. Friendly staff, possibility to leave baggage after check-out and generous selection for breakfast.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. The room is nice, it's spacious and the bed is king size and very comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub where you can give a relaxing bath. It has some quality finishing detail that are not appropriate for this type of hotel. Maybe it's just Eni room, I hope. It's still a good hotel. 100% recommended.

Nice hotel in easy walking distance of the border into Gibraltar, much cheaper than staying in Gibraltar itself, an excellent buffet breakfast. Just remember to use pounds in Gibraltar not euros, if you use euros you will be charged about 50% more eg a dinner was $26A in pounds and $40A if paid in euros.

We've been assigned a room with a disabled bathroom, I only discovered that when I've seen the other friend's room. Also, no soap in the bathroom. The rooms were clean, at least.

No non-sense accommodations. Walking distance to border into Gibraltar. Concierge check-in was super slow with need of IT upgrade to their antiquated computer system.

Nice spacious rooms. Lazy people using the lift to go up and down stairs between G amd 1st floors was annoying. Both tiny lifts broke at the same time — difficult to get to the 5th floor with a baby in a pushchair while also heavily pregnant.

Simple but good hotel. The décor has come a little into the years. The location and proximity to Gibraltar are, however, unique. Very good starting point to explore the rock.

The rooms are fine but the food and pool let you wish. In the buffet I was half, as there were only things for salads and very little of strong dishes. There was only to make on the griddle chicken and 2 variety of fish, nor fries, no variety of pork … On other days if there were, but always one thing or another, there were never several strong dishes at once. And the pool was almost as big as the one in my house, but to bathe the whole hotel in it we would stay like 3 in a bathtub. They played a lot with the perspective of the photos and looked bigger.

A bit run down, but quite nice suite we stayed in, with a view of the marina and the Gibraltar rock. The staff was generally nice. However we asked for a quiet room in advance, which they confirmed. They gave us the room just above the restaurant where the noise of the chairs alone kept us up half the night not to mention the private party they had until midnight! We complained ar the desk, but hey had no other rooms.

Regular alone. Two lifts for a hotel of those dimensions I find insufficient. Rooms pretty good though somewhat spartan. But the worst was the food. I didn't know what to eat. I hope other days would be better. Very nice staff. Small pool.
