The deal was the best. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In addition, I was particularly welcomed, for being a regular customer at NH.

Cheating on the customer is the worst.
We have arrived with our booking s through Him English Court and at reception we inform us that our rooms are "not available". We are informed that we have been relocated to another hotel and that they run with the expenses of the "too much" that the other hotel of equal or better category, etc.
They forget to inform us that it is a hotel 12 km from Jerez, 20o of taxi each way and in the middle of nowhere.
If our rooms have been given to someone more important, or rich, or powerful, it's a disgrace. But not having the courage to tell the whole unworthy truth, much, much.

My stay has been very brief for reasons and work, I can still say that it only has one elevator and is small, that makes you have to wait or use the stairs.
The room was small but well, clean and comfortable. Although in my opinion the pillows are small, very soft and low, there are hotels that have latex or similar and adapt to almost all tastes.
Dinner, at least ours, bad. Beef tenderloin somewhat hard and meat a little acidic, I do not know better explain, also lack of presentation.
The lettuce cogoyos hadn't even taken away the ugliest tips or the dark, dry part of the trunk, I don't even want to think if they were washed.
Very upgradeable to be NH hotel and for prices.

Standard room smaller than I expected. Great central location with shops and restaurants, few clubs right across the street for night life. Nice clean bathroom. Awesome shower/tub combo! Great red wine at hotels restaurant bar. Great breakfast in the morning. A little over priced at about 15 euros. Great stay of you dont plan on being in your room majority of the trip. At 49 euros its luxury compared to what you'd get for $57 in the U. S. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

More or less cozy, like everyone in the chain if it weren't for the smell of old, dust and tobacco mixed with pipe first thing in the morning. I don't know if it would be just in my room…
Also noteworthy is the noise of moving furniture upstairs. The best: breakfast. Good quality and great variety.

Room is small and in need of maintenance. Location is reasonable.

The room and the cleanliness very well. The buffet breakfast extraordinary, the only downside to the parking, only seven places difficult to access and expensive, 17 euros a day.

Very good all but the reception toilets if you clean the window of lady's bathroom we would give the last stars K Keda.

We stayed the weekend that coincided with GP bikes, all the Ambientazo is right on that street and luckily it is all very well soundproof and you can sleep without problems. It coincided with the Jerez fair and in 15 minutes walking we arrived at the area of the huts. Great location and very nice breakfast.

Central location Modern and comfortable rooms. Very clean. They have exterior or quiet rooms that overlook a courtyard of lights. The breakfast buffet is very varied. The staff is lovely.

A very comfortable space, ideal to stay for business or for short times. Very clean and respectful of the standards of the chain. The Wi-Fi fails a bit in the rooms and it is important to be corrected because they are hotels where work or business meetings are held. They could set up food/breakfast packages in alliance with the restaurant stick spoon and that would give more movement.

We stayed for 3 nights. The bed was a super comfortable king size (a little big for my taste, but just as perfect). Breakfast is buffet style where they have everything: different types of breads (with toaster in case you prefer to toast the bread), mixed sausage (cheese, turkey, ham, etc), juices (orange, peach, Apple and a special one every day with fruits and vegetables to the cook's taste), Nescafe coffees, varied teas and many more things. Come on, it's a terrific buffet to taste from everyone! There is also a bar-restaurant in the hotel. And otherwise, there are other more economical options nearby.

Very good overall attention. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped room. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were very helpful. To improve, the temperature in the room (we had heat) and we were unable to get a bottle of water at night (we went down to reception to order it and they didn't have it).
As a summary, very good one more time. And we plan to stay again.

The standards of a chain like NH. All excellent (breakfast, cleanliness, room, bathroom) except the lousy quality of the mattresses. It is impossible to rest with springs that are stuck all over the body. I had to put the bed quilt under it instead of over and cover myself to protect myself from the docks. It becomes necessary to renew the mattresses.

Very well located. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. In my case the room had a terrace facing the avenue. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Large room, bright, clean and spacious, with super large bed and TV of 42 ". If you have to put some but it is that the bathroom is somewhat small compared to the room. Central location.

Was sent to this hotel due to lack of room problems and availablity, provided by my work place. The staff are excellent and helpful, breakfast food is good. A larger range of evening meals, in the attached restaurant, could be to an advantage. Menu not exactly exciting…

We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the palm tree lined road, very pretty. Friendly staff and a really nice restaurant attached. Breakfast was good.

This is great. The center. The restaurant was very good.

Clean hotel, pretty modern. Has a good size room. Great breakfast selection including made to order eggs, deli meats, variety of baked breads, pastries and fruit. Friendly service. Parking at hotel is very limited (max 7 cars), but outside parking isn't too bad.

Are you planning to SLEEP? If your answer is yes, do not go to this hotel. There are two open air discos just in front (across the street, 10 meters distance) with super loud music the whole night, until 5am. The windows are not isolating correctly so it feels like being inside the disco. Extremely loud music and people shouting all night. We didn't get to sleep at all. Even worse the fact the staff of the hotel knows this is the case every night and let you make a reservation without saying anything. Also they told us the management would call us to propose a solution and 2 weeks after, still no call. What a shame. A hotel to pay for to not sleep at all. Never go.

Friendly was very friendly and spoke English well, room was ample and clean, four stars due to our "king" bed being two twins pushed together, otherwise no other complaints.

Best hotal astaahora known good attention burn service and everything was clean and elegant do not miss a detail of what acosenjo I'm thinking to go again I recommend it.

Lovely big room and large comfortable bed. Checking in was chaotic. Messed up our large group booking so we were waiting around for a while. The food in the restaurant was good.

Perfect for our short stay in Jerez, as always NH hotels.

Excellent position. 10-15 minutes stroll to the very centre of town, sited on a very attractive tree-lined avenue, this hotel is even better sited for the annual fair held in May, since it's just a few hundred yards from the fairground. Might be a bit noisy then, now I come to think of it. The rooms were fine, although not spacious, and there was no mirror anywhere in the room, and no full-length mirror either in the room or the bathroom. This is a major disadvantage for female guests. Bathroom was spotless and had good shelf space for your toiletries. But the whole place was cramped. Reception was, well, cramped. The lifts were minuscule — two of us with small suitcases only just fitted in. The corridors were narrow. And the garage. I have never seen a worse hotel garage. It only has room for 6 or 7 cars, the entrance is very steep, very narrow, and you have to manoeuvre back and forth, back and forth, to get in or out. Avoid if you have any car larger than a super-mini. .

I rarely disappoints, and almost always I like it. Go to a NH is to feel at home, all are "cut" by the same style of chain, but each one with his touch. I say almost because, as in all the sides, there is always a negative experience. The NH Avenida de Jerez, is located in the middle of a large avenue, very close to the center. Has payment parking, and around us it is easy to park. We were given a spacious room with a king size bed, super-large in which we almost missed, and a view of the avenue, but without any noise, the windows were good. Had the detail to let us bathrobe with slippers in the bathroom, and water, coffee and tea for our enjoyment. Another fact, the bathrooms had the amenities appropriate, and a hair dryer powerful. As I said before, the bed was huge and very comfortable, with cushions of great size. Something that I did not like, the carpeted floor, something that on one hand gives you warmth, but a little creeps. The cleaning service and the reception very attentive. The price of the rooms, when the reserve, they were very good, but then went up in excess. Did not try the breakfast, since outside the hotel had good bars where you can have breakfast. Finally, and for the one who likes to go out for drinks, the hotel is a step away from the well-known coat, very fashionable in the city of jerez. Enjoy it!

I expected something better for a NH. The well-appointed rooms, friendly staff, well. Dining room and parking is bad. If you take room with window to the avenue closes the windows to the weekend because there is a lot of noise.

Good room, good location, helpful somewhat limited, but the worst, minibar: apart from expensive (nothing new) I ate some potatoes two months expired. A pity.

All very well except the dining room. Free to choose. It is the worst in terms of food of all that I have been for lack of variety. That the last day put 2 bottles of champagne on each table to try to soothe us only made people Mosque is more.

I have been hosted from 25 to 31 May of 2014 with a group of plentzia (vizcaya) the hotel without any hits but food leaves much to be desired as well as the breakfast. It would recommend without alimony.

The rooms are decent. Are not isolated and you get plugs in the room so that you can sleep. I had to use. Weak buffet breakfast to be a NH.
