A hotel that surprised us, is huge and very well kept, with a lot of amenities, SPA, heated pool and many outdoor pools with an infinity that is wonderful, more than good food with live cooking every day and super attentive and efficient workers. Spacious rooms and bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Wonderful stay with children today we have finished our stay in this hotel and the truth is Q we found something expensive value for money. The staff in general great, very friendly at all times and willing to help. The varied buffet with live cooking. Oversized hotel complex with no charm. Wi-Fi rip-off. Costs an additional €6 per day. Many toddlers and correspondingly higher noise levels.

Last summer between late June and early July we were in a room with a garden, sea view and panoramic pool. We have no complaints as much in housekeeping as food and other, the kids had a great time.

It is the best hotel in that you can be. My experience was fantastic and I am looking forward to returning next year. The staff is super friendly and very hard workers all. I highly recommend it.

Ideal to go with children. The situation is great, the pools like at all, and the all-inclusive it is worth to relax for a few days and enjoy a great holiday. We stayed in September and it was all great.

The hotel spa Playacalida is the preferred place for my stays with the family. Every time we have the opportunity to travel and find relaxation what we do there. The hotel offers a good atmosphere and an excellent service. The animation is very good and the staff friendly and helpful. We have done 2 stays and will repeat.

A good hotel to spend a few days of rest. The hotel staff very friendly, the all inclusive very good. By saying that to improve, you could say that the food, although everything was of very good quality, the chef did not give a good point. And the only bad thing is that it is uncomfortable every time that you're going to ask you to pass a card. You don't have a bracelet like other all-inclusive hotels. For children it is great with the pool inside, with a few slides very Chuli. And the swimming pool infinity is mind-boggling. We spent a few days very well.

Good facilities in addition to a good service. Remarkable is the bed of all-inclusive because they include products of brands and good quality. The only negative of this diet is the discomfort of having to use the room key card every time that is consumed compared to other hotel chains and that is with bracelets normally and seems to me much more comfortable.

Hotel complex very nice, location of the hotel on the edge of the place. Hotel itself something to come in the years but still OK. Service top. The kitchen is unfortunately a bit off. Would book again.

A dream holiday… 6 days rest and everything great! The pool is an absolute hammer!

Very very good. The view to the Mediterranean, madness. Very clean and good food. Very nice beaches close by.

Arrived at 11:30 am in the morning. Have not received breakfast or lunch. Then we ordered to eat at the snack bar however a dish was swapped. Then my girlfriend was already stinky. A total of 45min waited until she could eat. Dinner for vegetarians rather spartan (they) very dissatisfied. Rather a bit off of Fer city. Unfortunately no Wi-Fi in the room only chargeable-free of charge in the lobby for 60min possible. Bath towels/towels for the pool only for deposit €10 and per change €1. Indoor swimming Pool Unfortunately search only for a fee. Positive: Very nice view — 1a. Have a huge terrace/balcony in our room and the bathing area very nice and will be tried out tomorrow (with some slides etc. And an infinity pool. Very chic. Note: There are only 11h in the hotel! These are just the first impressions.

Hotel is nicely prepared. Playful "whitewater" with lots of palms and slides. Large infinity pool with bar. It is a pity that the pool bar is open only during the high season. The beach nearby is probably not part of the hotel complex. It is contaminated accordingly. The beach is easy to reach after steep descent. The rooms are above average compared to other hotels.

My experience in the spa was incredible. The lemon pool smelt like a perfume and I think that I will go to this spa again.

I paid for a stay and invited a friend over. As I don't use the facilities of the pool they could use it (I asked if it was possible when I ordered) So when they entered a staff member (young guy. 27 year around) came to my friend and refused them to enter the facility. Even when my friend gave him my name the staff member didn't made the effort to search my name in the list he had with him. I was downstairs at the beach Cabría. Is this the service of a 4 star hotel? I paid a lot of money to have a stay and this is how they treat you? I will never come back to it. I am very disappointed in the service of the hotel. The hotel facilities are great.
The area of the river is great and fun to do it with nin@s. Has several slides in your tour and others 3 higher to the end.
The animators g eniales, super simpaticos, vigilant, both in the mini club as with the adults. Vevi, Emilie, Enzo, Pedro, Regis glory, Alice… All amazing. Gave me a lot of grief goodbye to them.
The great room, we were in a junior Suite and it was very large and very well.
A hotel for not boring is where is can do all type of activities.
In general a hotel 10 to spend ones vacation unforgettable. It is the typical hotel that give you desire to repeat.

Just spent a week all inclusive imperial. The choice of meals could not be faulted, all the staff were excellent. Entertainment every night Room was very spacious with lovely balcony over looking the sea. Only down fall free Wi-Fi useless.

We have hosted us at the hotel from 3 to 5 June and our stay was superb. The rooms are very clean and the staff are always attentive. The pools are spectacular and are super clean. The food is varied and the hotel boasts a spa.

I was delighted in low season
It is the third time that I am going to this hotel, the first in low season and I've been more to taste than in summer. There were few people, most retired French, so I had no problems of queues at restaurants and bars, book of hammocks (typical of certain groups of Spanish…), etc. The worst is that he has not accompanied the time, but children have enjoyed the indoor pool and Spa.
I recommend that if you want to eat at the theatre La BlackBerry you ask on the stretch of bar that there is next to the cash register, just enter. Although the bar is very large and usually have 4 or 5 bartenders, all focus on that stretch. I told two of them, but their excuses not convinced me.
Moreover, the staff is excellent. Saludas to Juanma, the waiter who is more concerned by children (and adults).
In the Suites, if you go with children bed (sofa bed) prepare you in the morning, so it can not have the sofa. I always ask them not to do it and then I have to do it to me overnight. Hotel fantastico. Great hotel, great facilities. The only downside is that I should do a very good time heated pool remains small for everyone. My stay was on the bridge of May and not have echo excisvo heat so you can not enjoy 100% of everything. In summer season is a show the hotel with its slides, rivers and swimming pool panoramic view over the sea.

Does not lack detail, spacious and clean, pool wide infinity, miniclub with a team of friendly instructors and who love children, children special meal and area corner of the baby in the dining room. My daughter enjoyed a lot she picking up their food.
Mini-disco and children's activities so that children have, again, been happy, we could only test the heated pool because in Holy week, it was still cold, but in summer try the others who have very good.

Hotel ideal for travelling with children. They enjoy swimming pools, River, water slides, etc, the hotel boasts a fantastic club of animation, with a team that give much love to niñ@s and with a wide variety of activities, what makes that the more children don't want to leave. We love this hotel, extensive facilities, large swimming pools and very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to Dani, great Cook and better person, whenever you put on the grill had a row of children waiting for to make them a pancake-shaped. Not forgetting the wonderful panoramic swimming pool, only with their views you relax.

Great family holiday. We have spent more than 15 days enjoying a wonderful atmosphere, good weather and some great swimming pools. Animation for children was good and they went big.

Hotel with very good location, nice, bad buffet, food poorly cooked, something as simple as a potato salad you were with the hard potatoes undercooked, this more than one day, in many trays food wasn't signs with contents, in soups, jams, by color intuias he could be, but of course that of peach, Plum, Orange, were equal and had that prove them right.

The most diverse.
Without a doubt it is the largest hotel chain in terms of diverse aquatic spaces. Pool very large infiniti on the edge of the cliff to the sea, canal aquatic traveling tropical garden with water slides and swimming pools interspersed and three large slides in water park plan. Good spaces for games, although a bit away. There are two small beaches on either side of the hotel with fine black sand and water transparent but a bit far. This year the access roads to the beaches has been improved although a departure from the hotel to such access should be implanted to avoid giving full return to the hotel to access the beaches. It has little space for hammocks in inland river pool. The best have two restaurants type buffet, spacious to eat without strain and vary by environment. This year it seems that they have gotten a tour French operator so that a large number of clients comes from this country, losing part of the essence of the chain.

Excellent place to visit the Sierra Nevada, Malaga and Granada. Rooms in the hotel are comfortable and big. Restaurant is OK but little to much rumour, there is also a smaller restaurant witch is more quiet. Unpersonel service.
