A great experience representative of the kind, friendly Korean people. The rooms are exotic with the finest interior decoration. Where money was not spared to ensure the best comfort for its clientele in the finest detailed. The staff is representative of excellence. They were ever present paying attention to your every need even if there was not any need.

Fantastic hotel. The design is modern, luxurious, and comfortable. The amenities and toiletries are top notch, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is also fabulous. No complaints. My fiancé and I plan to look for other Plaza (Autograph Collection) hotels on our future travels to other locations.

Hotel is in a great location and has been renovated in last few years. My entry level room had great views over Seoul Plaza and City Hall. It's a bit quirky and curtains open, lights turn on and music plays when you arrive in the room. F&B prices are pretty high but plenty of places to dine very close to the hotel. Not flexible with early check in and I had to pay 50% room rate to access room at 730am off long haul international flight. Had to take twin beds as no doubles available, what was a bit of a disappointment.

Came here for the bread shop in the basement. It's pretty decent stuff. Worth a trip if you're into French pastries. But it is kind of in a dungeon… At least it's convenient!

In the throbbing heart of Seoul the King room shows the attention to detail and love for beautiful things. Not missing any comfort. The best hotel in Seoul. A breakfast with a lot of double-chef and the chance to taste typical dishes from all over the world, ranging from sweet to savory. I will return only at the Plaza!

The service at the Plaza Hotel was unbeatable. The rooms were pristine and very modern. And it was always a comfortable stay.

Yes, PLAZA may be very conveniently located, but with issues like artificial climate being turned off due to outdoor weather conditions and average food and beverage options, I would recommend elsewhere for a true five star experience. My time at The Four Season was a much better definition of five star by far.

This is a very nice place to stay which is located at the centre of seoul. This is a home away from home with wonderful services.

Great hotel with great service. They keep the rooms too hot in winter with no way to cool them down, but otherwise fantastic, especially if Marriott Gold with free laundering, club access and upgrade.

The Plaza is a Marriott hotel that is very central in Seoul. It is located opposite the city hall. The rooms are modern but not very big. The gym is in the next building. They lend you gym clothes there. I really liked their lounge where the service was great and the food is good.

Decent, modern hotel. Service is great, the beds could be better and that is why I rated it one star less. The beds are perfectly suitable however I've stayed at lots of hotels from low to high end and given this is a high end hotel it should have better mattresses and sheets.

Normally stay at the Conrad and love it but there was a deal at the Plaza and I wanted to stay in the city centre. Great place did not regret choice. Lovely staff, good buffet breakfast, best location.

This hotel has a fantastic location near City Hall, and represents really good value for money. The staff were very friendly throughout my stay. Issues: for the first time in memory I had to pay for a toothbrush (will bring own one next time) and the coffee/ tea at breakfast costs US$10+ (three Starbucks are within a 100 meter radius outside).

The hotel was very classy. We were very pleased with the room and the view — we could see Gyeongbokgung palace off in the distance! The staff were very courteous and helpful. Our rooms were always cleaned meticulously and they even organized my toiletries that were scattered all over the table. The location is great in central Seoul and very close to department stores Lotte and Young Plaza (connected via underground paths so you don't have to ever step outside) and also Myeongdong. The hotel is also conveniently connected to an underground path to the subway (green line and blue line)! They also have a convenient shuttle bus service to and from the airport that comes around every 20-30 min. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, if we ever visit again we would definitely come back.

A Hotel with great attention, excellent service but above all a perfect location in the very center of Seoul. I recommend to the tourists this very complete Hotel.

This hotel is located right at the city centre opposite the Historic Seoul City Hall, both old (Japanese-built during the Colonial era) and the new, with color-changing, glowing led wall lights. The reception was quite pleasant and checking-in was a breeze, which was very much welcome after a very long flight from Istanbul and 8 hours from home (Nigeria). The Hotel is also within walking distance shopping areas and historical sites. Entry to the room was quite dramatic: As soon as you inserted the key card into the energy management slot, the motorized curtains are activated and all the lights switch on, presenting the room in its full-glory. A quick inspection and you realize it's a luxurious, clean, well designed well lighted get-up. Lush carpet under feet, an attractive bathroom with auto and digital WC with a warmed seat. The usual complements of an Electric Kettle, Tea, Coffee and 2 Water bottles are available right at the entrance (though, my preferred place is at, or close, to the desk). You;re soon followed into the room by room service with a platter of fruits and cookies — Nice! Wi-Fi is available and free. There's a Spa and Gym available but I didn't get a chance to visit. I did not attend breakfast either though my colleagues appeared to be well satisfied by the fare. This hotel was a highlight to an altogether pleasant business visit to Seoul (also, Busan and Hanwa).

This hotel was awesome. I was in Seoul for work and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room had many automation perks and the shower was of a higher quality and water pressure than hotels I have been to in the last. The free member breakfast and happy hours were a huge bonus and saved you from always having to go get food. Plus the free beer and liquor was a nice bonus. The customer service was very helpful multiple times when I needed something and service was always prompt and very polite. The free high speed Wi-Fi, gym/pool, 10, 000 krw per night, and club fridge access were definitely a highlight to my multiple stays. Highly recommended!

Nice, unique interiors: automated lighting, curtains controlled with a single unit, touchscreen phone-Clock — ontroller unit. Automated Water Closet with seat warmer and variable bidet and drier controls. Efficient and unobtrusive service. Clean bathroom with unique fittings. Helpful and unobtrusive staff. Prompt service. Well located tight at the city center opposite the City Hall.

Nothing but good things to say about staying at The Plaza. Very convenient location, very nice and updated rooms (small by American standards, but larger than what I've come to expect in Asia), and the single best executive club lounge I've seen at any hotel yet. If you're looking for a place to stay in Seoul, and especially if you have Marriott/Starwood status, The Plaza is an amazing place to stay.

Very convenient location. Very well mannered and helpful hotel staff. Impeccable service and cleanliness. The room toilet and commode is amazing! The room provides views of an urban and alive city too. There are lots of eating options around… especially the Korean barbeque joints that's awesome to gorge on soul satisfying food!

Very stunning view from top of the hotel facing the mountain and blue house. Many touristic sites that can be reached by walking. The room is not big but enough space. To set the light, open or close the curtain, set alarm, set temperatur, are all in one touch screen monitor. City hall and Seoul National Library arr right in the front. I enjoyed my stay here.

Fantastic hotel situated right in the heart of the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to City Hall station and Myeong-dong via the Sogong Underground Shopping Centre. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best places to stay in the city. However, the room rate is on the high side and the rooms are rather small.

Great location. Outstanding service and great breakfast. Would definitely recommend for someone interested in staying in the city center. The rooms were very modern and with a very comfortable duvet. Plus awesome shower glass window opening into the room.

Location is very good, just opposite the town hall, walking out of the lively commercial center of Myeong-dong. Luxurious interior amenities, the room was not great, but outside there is a living room, and a large walk-in closet, bathroom, very livable, very rich buffet breakfast, service personnel are very professional, very like this hotel.

Truly a great hotel. Very convenient that to have a subway stop connected in the same building. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The rooms and decor are modern, fancy, and generally nice, though certain things are a bit chintzy. For example the fixtures for the sink, shower and bath are coated in a shiny material that looks like it is metal. Except it is wearing off in places, so you can tell that the handles are actually plastic with a fake metal coating. The only other minor complaint I have is that the pool is in a separate building, you have to cross a small street to get there.

It is very good hotel with the excellent service and amenities. The only problem I have discovered is too small and too short wardrobe.

Beautiful city view and great service. Even more beautiful at night. The spa water is more than excellent.
