Superb location, great staff and decent hotel room size.

Hotel located in the centre of the business district, shopping and catering. Highly touristy place.

Well located for the busy commercial streets with a lot of tiny coffee shops and 1st/2nd floor restaurants where you ll get great noodle soups and bulgogi stands. Concerning the hotel, the logistic is regular but for some reasons they told us the A/C was broken (28C°in the room) whereas I think that they stopped it for economical reasons. The breakfast buffet is not appealing with controlled portions/bad coffe taste and lazy male waiters waiting for their female colleagues to make the job. The rooms are confortable. There is a male only japanese bath in the basement which excellent.

Convenient location, spacious and clean room, and most importantly a very customer service oriented manager by the name of Douglas Lee who went out of his way to make our party of 12 well looked after. Thanks Douglas for the wheelchair, the fruit plates and the delicious strawberry cakes. We have stayed here many times and will certainly return.

The hotel is in a great location.

Wonderful position, nice and helpful staff, room with spectacular view (can see Seoul Tower). Top choice for visiting Mingdoung.

Rooms are reasonably sized. Can fit 2 large luggages. Toilet alittle small for some of the rooms but not a big issue as not much time spent there. Location is fantastic. Subway just a few steps away with a convenient stores also steps away. Rooms clean and comfortable. Ventilation is good for smoking rooms.

The room smelled of cigarettes.
The pool is just for men, as is the sauna. The girls were in flight.

Pacific Hotel located in myeongdeong has great service. Hotel staff are friendly and very responsive. Only thing is that they don't have a gym for both genders; only men have a gym.

4 stars for good location & clean rooms No in-room dining after 8.00 also food options very limited but walk outside and you have lot of options.

Convenient location, convenient transportation, good room, size to see the number of ~24 hours have to eat in the vicinity, downstairs near there are 3 convenience stores and fried chicken shops, but the hotel breakfast is. Count it (don't waste money. ）

Great hotel, service and rooms are wonderful. Location is perfect close to public transportation to everywhere including airport shuttle buses.

The hotel was clean, offered free water bottles daily and was close to all the major tourists attractions in Seoul. It even offered a free shuttle bus that goes around the major shopping and food areas. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were of perfect thickness and support for me anyways. We paid average $100 CAD a night through Expedia and it was well worth it.

Very clean and modern room at just a minute walk from myeongdong subway exit 3. It is very spacious to accomodate 2 large luggages. Seemless check-in and friendly hotel staff. Quite reasonably priced for location and room.

Clean, modern, reasonably priced hotel in great location — short walk to Namsan Park (great for walking or running) and Namsan cable car. Also close to street markets south of Myeong-dong station. Many restaurant options nearby. Take the 6015 bus from Incheon airport. Trip takes 1 hour 40 min. Get off at Myeong-dong station. Hotel is 200 m easy walk from the station.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very accomodating. They even have umbrellas that you can borrow. The location is also very near the MRT and shopping districts.

Very nice hotel at a great location a minute from subway and bus stops and a walk away from major seoul attractions. A lot of places to eat and shop right outside the hotel. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is good. The rooms are big and comfortable. I just don't know what were they thinking when they put see through glass door in the bathroom.

Not a bad choice if the price is reasonable for you. Is in Myeondong.

This is the best hotel. Very clean, nice, the hotel staff was very good. Life is very convenient, including shopping, eating, etc. I had left his jacket in the hotel, not remembered until the machine. I call the hotel, they said you can call a taxi for me jacket to the airport. But I asked them to help send me clothes.

I want to say, really is a great stay, but also help us to send machine business car! Waiters are very loving, will help point fried chicken!

I love features and amenities of this hotel. From the sanitary stand point, and quality of beds… Close to all things you need while travelling and comfort staying in hotel riom.

Info: Party of 8 with 4 rooms over the course of 3 nights. Newly renovated, this place is spotless, the service outstanding (requests are addressed with the utmost of respect and alacrity), and it is centrally located for easy access to MyeongDong shopping areas, Namdaemun Market, etc, as well as bus services for tours and the ICN airport (bus from ICN takes 1 hour, costs 10000 Won per person, and lets you off a mere one block from the hotel — get off the bus, look across the street and UP and you will see the hotel name). Decor is elegantly understated and very contemporary — think of lots of glass! — — and rooms are fairly high tech (the alarm clock is your console for everything from controlling the lights to making requests to make up the room/do not disturb, toilet has nice electronic console with numerous features, shower is roomy and water temp control and pressure are both as expected). Funny thing to remember: doorbell sounding off is NOT the phone ringing ;-). Conclusion: We all had a great experience here and would all definitely come back and stay here again!
