This hotel is located close to City Hall seoul metro exit 3. This is the pickup point for tour operators to DMZ and city tours. Also pickup point for Korean Air Lines Limousine to Incheon Airport and close to many historic sites in seoul. CU store is located next door with access though the lobby to buy T-Money card.

Very friendly staff. Cleaned every day. There was no dampness like in other countries. Very comfortable bed and linen. There was a blockage in the bathroom. After the complaint was immediately corrected.

We had a terrible experience here and had to cut short a 9 night stay to 3 nights. Our first room had a loud and not functioning AC wall unit (but they told us the building doesn’t have AC so technically it is a fan). The problem wasn’t that it wasn’t working so much as it was intermittently loud and difficult to sleep through. When I told them, they moved us to another room, which for the first time in my travels, they put us in a worse room. The room was not only smaller and bathroom had a strong BO type smell, but there was a large piece of hair (apologies for the grossness) in the bathroom very out in the open on the toilet seat. I threw it away as this can happen on occasion. Then we saw something even filthier, toe nail clippings on the ground by the bed — very plain to see and a lot so it was clear the room wasn’t cleaned properly. I’m shocked this hotel has much business if they operate this way. We informed the front desk at checkout of this and they were mildly apologetic but not much more. Note that they also offered to upgrade us (after technically downgrading us) but we were done after our experiences.
