Hotel28 staff are really nice. I am in Hotel28 right now and it is so quiet. I don't want to go home. I want to stay in this hotel forever. The best hotel ever!

Very nice hotel and good service. Specially Mr Jung and Yeonji they were really friendly. They gave us a lots of information for where to eat and shop. I am highly recommend.

Trendy, modern hotel in the middle of a busy street in Myeongdong. But inside it's very quiet. It's very close to the green line. The staff is friendly and professional. I was given a room right by the gym and it was pretty loud when people used the gym so I requested a room change and they were understanding and gave me a different room of the same type. They also provide rental umbrellas. The building has a restaurant, a pub and a cafe. Highly recommended!

A movie theme hotel. Excellent rooms and comfortable place to stay. Free coffee and drinks in room. Everything looks new. Definitely a good choice of hotel in the area.

Parking is very difficult. Facilities are nice. No bar. Only one restaurant.

Room is not very big but in a good layout. They were doing renovations during my stay, so very strong smell of paint. Good location, lots to eat. Convenient store just around the corner. Staff is friendly.

Strange rooms with a giant sink area across one wall, separate to bathroom and toilet. No view to speak of outside the window, faced on to building next door. No facilities to speak of — no lounge area to have a coffee, meeting room is a box with harsh lights and no windows, nowhere within the hotel to have an informal meeting for business, no spa, no exercise room. I also can't imagine it being very romantic for couples either. It's seems like a tastefully decorated basic hotel. Directly outside the front door are garish touristy chicken and beef restaurants, really trashy. I didn't enjoy my stay and won't go back.

Great location, friendly staff but poor breakfast. It is just located heart of the restaurants. We stayed 9 nights in September and paid about 1000 Euro.

Incredible hotel for a really fair price. Very spacious and modern room in a perfect location in the city for sightseeing. Hotel staff was super accommodating, welcoming, and friendly! Also, free minibar! When I return to Seoul I will absolutely be staying at Hotel 28 Myeongdong!

Hotel is pretty good, rooms are spacious and modern but the cleaning staff doesn't do the greatest job, and on one instance when they knocked to fill up our mini fridge they just came in and started cleaning despite us telling them not to as we needed privacy. The rest if the staff is really friendly and accommodating for the most part. The location is in a very touristy area albeit on the outskirts of it.

The location is right next to Myeongdong. There are any bars and restaurants downstairs. It's 2-minute-walk to the line 2 subway, very convenient.

Beautiful hotel situated conveniently in the heart of Myeongdong's shopping/night market spot. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Highly recommended.

Our room on the sixth floor was comfortable and beautiful and the perfect respite from the hustle and bustle outside. The free mini-bar and Nespresso coffee was also a nice touch. But what really stood out was the service. From the greeting from the person on the ground floor to the front desk staff on the sixth floor. The service really exceeds because it seemed sincere and they made me feel very welcome. The negative is that they are going through a construction so I think it might be loud on the lower floor if you like to sleep in. The other negative is I don't really care for this area. It's convenient for shopping but not the kind of shopping that I like. It's very convenient to get here from the airport. I would definitely stay here again because of the rooms and service.

Very cosy and surprisingly quite inside the room although there's plenty of eateries just on the street on the ground floor. A little expensive but it's very clean and the staff speaks English very well.

In the middle of Myeongdong, cosmetic and clothing center in Seoul. If you are willing to walk, it is close to many places of tourist interest, you have access to the Metro at 200 meters. Hotel Boutique, well cared for, set and clean. With rooms with free minibar.

Amazing service, beautiful modern rooms themed with a cinematic vibe, fast Wi-Fi and a very central location with great nightlife vibe nearby. Shoutout to the amazing reception staff (+1 to Jin) who goes above and beyond for guests.

Very nice hotel in a central location. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and free mini bar. The only thing lacking a bit from a western perspective is breakfast, but it could've been because I was late for breakfast. It's also literally two minutes walk from the airport bus stop (ibis hotel) which makes it really easy to get to and from the hotel. Overall highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, great rooms, really good service.

Very nice finishes to the room. However, the rooms smelled from time to time and the rooms were not cleaned up to standard.
