Great location — right next to bus stop. Also has a 24hr convenience store behind hotel.

The location is pretty good and the staff is very friendly and professional, except for some of the swimming pool staff, they can be rude at times. You get a lot of square meters for your won. However some issues that get very annoying when staying here for a longer time. The warm water regularly runs out in the evenings, taking a shower around 8pm is rather cold. Second, when it’s a full house the capacity of the breakfast facilities are too small which results in a 15 minutes wait for a table. Quite a limited spread considering the price. The elevator system design is flawed; 4 lifts but they’re on 2 different systems. This results in longer waiting times, unneeded stops and a very unsustainable energy waste. If you don’t mind sleeping on very hard mattresses you’ll be fine. Personally I wake up broken and start the day with 2 panadols to numb back and shoulder pain.

We stayed at Fraser Place Central Seoul for 8 nights and was upgraded to 2 bedrooms executive apartment. The apartment located on the 21st floor and has an excellent view of the city. It also has a nice terrace/balcony with a wooden table and 4 chairs — perfect for having a meal while enjoying the view of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and its nice to have the washing machine (with dryer! ) too. The apartment is very spacious for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 young kids). The swimming pool facility is excellent and comes in handy after a full day outing in the summer heat. Staff at reception are very friendly and accommodative. I highly recommend Fraser Place Central Seoul to those who are coming to Seoul and especially with family when space is very important. Thank you again Fraser Place Central Seoul for making our holiday in Seoul a memorable one. The kids already asking when we are going to go back and stay at your apartment!

Good location. But, unfortunately, the rooms are not quite clean. Maybe it's only in rooms that have a kitchen.

We arrived late, 1:00am, and they had our reservation and room ready very quickly. The 2 bedroom suite is big and spacious. We also have access to the spa which has a public pool, and the male and female only rooms have separate hot tubs and sauna. The changing rooms are fully stocked. The hotel is between 3 subway stations, would like it to have been a bit closer to one. The local area doesn't have many restaurants or stores, but there is a 7-11 right behind the hotel.

Great service and a fantastic experience. A safe neighbourhood and really accessible to popular places nearby. Right opposite the Police Agency so easy to navigate back to. Aiport Bus right outside so convenient transport. Really helpful staff! Will be going back to stay here!

Nice hotel for families. Roof top with beautiful Seoul view. On the other hand, for Europeans, bedding is very very firm.

Great Room (LUX), the only dishwasher to add. Very good location. Nice pool and sauna. The gym is small but overall OK. There is also a children's playroom that is properly processed.

The rooms at the Seoul Hotel are large and inexpensive, with a high CP value. The room has a kitchen and washing machine available, the window view is the city view, night can see Seoul night.
The bathroom was a little bit smaller than the room and the water pressure was good enough. Hotel location is very good, and Seoul station, West Gate Station are very close, the hotel front also has the bus to the village direction. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes.

Superb location if you are a heavy packer and your business is in the heart of Seoul. Literally right next to the airport bus stop to the Inchron international airport which is about an hour and twenty minute ride with a moderate city traffic (could be a whole lot less or dreadfully longer) Pretty good English speaking and friendly staff. Rooms could be a little too hot at first.

Great and convenient place to stay! And with a great view of the City too if you're facing the right side of town! Definitely comfortable and a great space for two!

Very good apartment-hotel think of getting up early on weekends if you want to have breakfast without having to queue.

Ideal place to stay if looking for comfort and want to be close to Seoul station. Nice pool and hot tub.

Location isn't exactly at the heart of bustling Myeongdong, but it's walkable and u can easily get there by a 5-10 min bus ride. The community has good facilities, with Coffee Bean & a decent bistro at the lobby. Quite a complete in-room facilities as well, with washing machine, stove top and fridge. Personally I feel the mattress could be better, but I've heard others who are satisfied with it. Overall a good experience.

They charged you for any family over 4 sleepers. They charged me 300$ for small kid for 4 nights. Very strict and bad reception but the two bedroom apartment is very very nice but the hotel stuff and their policy are bad. If you are family over 4 make sure you are going to pay extra according to their bad policy. Other thing the generous stuff of this hotel turn AC OFF in Winter because they don’t want extra Electricity bills. I opened the tiny windows and the weather was freezing outside but still hot inside. As I said to you the director and the hotel stuff are very difficult dealing with customers. Their goal to take money from you by their policy. I have Fraser World membership, They said to me you cannot use that membership in Seoul Central hotel because of their policy. They haven’t involved with Freeze loyalty program yet. Iam very angry on them. They obligated me to pay more because of their Hotel policy. If you have a family and you check in in this hotel try to reset your motions before you get sad and angry.

I had a week of stay at this hotel. Rooms are excellent. Service was great. The receptionists were all polite and very helpful. Convenient location. Good walking distance to some restaurants, including The First Ginseng Chicken, as well as food court.

Pretty big you can get lost if you don't get informed.

Exorbitant price for low service. Even charge for printing the boarding pass.

Spacious and comfortable business hotel in a good location within the heart of Seoul. However, the hotel restaurant does not have the most friendly staff and there was an error to my billing upon checkout which resulted in some inconvenience for me. Instead of cancelling the guarantee, and charging the full amount upon checking out, the credit card bill showed that 2 separate amounts were deducted, one at the beginning and one at the end. While the total amount is the same as my invoice, it created a lot of trouble when it came to claims and accounting.

I have stayed at this hotel for over a year now. Many people stay long term for expat missions and we know each other well. We know almost everyone who works in the hotel as well. All the staffs are really nice and friendly, speaks decent English. Morning breakfast is awesome. The gym and swimming pools are well maintained. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to Subway line 5 and (1, 2), all within 5 mins of walking. It is closer to Seoul Stn, a major commuting hub in the city. Attraction wise, it is close to Gwanghwamun and some palaces. A lot of food options nearby, Korean or Western. I really enjoy staying here.

Friendly staff, nice rooms. The beds are a little stiff though.

This residence hotel is good for foreigner. Many foreign family live in this hotel. And there is a international school bus stop in front of hotel.

Spacious room and friendly staff. Location is near most of interesting attractions. I'd love to stay here again if I go back to Seoul.

Convenient location close to public transit. Staff is very friendly. Long-stay is pleasant as the rooms are kept clean and the hotel offers some relaxing public space, which is needed as staying in the room all day would be stressful. The children's playroom could use some upgrade (books, toys) but otherwise it's a good size. The gym and sauna are well kept.

Feels like home away from home. Spacious room, complete kitchen with washer and dryer, had the best view from the hotel room.

Really spacious rooms. Booked a 2 BR for 4 people and it felt like home. The room had a kitchen complete with kitchen tools, and washer and dryer for clothes. I hate staying in a room where I feel so cramped up. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Korea.

Really good place. Comfortable and quiet. In the center of Seoul. Not far from metro station. I do recommend walking around not using transport. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to any place in the center. The bus stop to the airport is right on the street.

We booked the serviced apartments at Fraser Place Central and the rooms were very spacious, cosy and comfortable. It was for a week-long study trip for 17 people, and the hotel staff were very warm and accommodating to our requests and questions. Special mention to William who patiently helped our group in many ways. Everyone loved the breakfast, there was a good variety and different items everyday. There is a good ginseng chicken place and foodcourt selling all kinds of korean food within walking distance too. It is also near to City Hall Station, and Namdaemun. Highly recommended! :)

The Price is reasonable, many public transportation, 24 hours convenient store just at the back side of the hotel, many restaurants n coffee shop nearby and very near from the city.

Nice location, and nice room.

Located in the city center, convenient transportation, 6005 the airport shuttle directly to the hotel entrance, to Seoul Station (Seoul subway hub) to walk 10 minutes. The hotel waiter service attitude. The rooms also have cooking utensils, pots and pans scoop everything with the whole box, refrigerator, microwave are. Really want to stay, do not come back. Excluded, however, meant to resolve themselves. Have Wi-Fi.
