They "lost" our booking and had to put us a different hotel for our first night. No breakfast available. No basic utensils, like a glass to drink from. Unhelpful front desk.
The service is so so but the staffs are polite for both morning and night shift. The place and the environment are cozy and not noisy. Free Wi-Fi and free washing machine are available in the room. The bed and pillow are NOT COMFORTABLE. RM 221 per night is overpriced because the hotel is far from the subway: abt 500m. It is not convenient when you carry luggages. Too bad they do not provide breakfast and toothbrush, toothpaste, you have to settle yourself.
