Clean and tidy, good service … The surroundings are more remote … But not far from the subway station! Cheap prices to save the trip is very suitable!

I just back from Korea on 28-Nov-2017 & I had stayed at this hotel with my friends for 5 Days. This hotel is quiet good because the staff is very kind and helpful, room is cozy but is clean. Unfortunately, we have a very BAD experience in this hotel before we leaving Korea. We found that our belongings are lost. I had lost a hot bottle which given by my best friend, is a very cute black cat hot bottle. Besides that, a big plastic bag of snacks in my room also had disappeared. My friend from another room has lost the Nature Republic Cream & Essence. My friend reported to the receptionist immediately and he said hotel will take responsibility and ask my friend to email them when we reach our country. I'm travel so many countries and this is the first time that i'm encounter this problem. For me, lost thing is already a reality and we cannot do anything since we need to rush to airport and go back to Malaysia. The main thing that make me disappointed is, not the thing that we had lost, the most sad thing is the way of the Hotel's GM react to my friend after we had back to Malaysia. GM can simply ask guest to report to police (Korean) via website while he know we cannot understand the language, this is the 1st LIKE that I would like to give him. 2nd LIKE is he told my friend he cannot do any thing, therefore, from my understanding is, no matter what happen in this hotel, I cannot expect the hotel will help me because the GM told us, HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING.

Nice room. Great size. Clean. But bathroom lighting didnt work quite well, the technician didnt do his job well though.

I'll be honest, Acube was just the cheapest place I found on Expedia that didn't look bad. So I had fairly basic expectations of a small hotel with limited facilities. However the hotel was much more like one from a big chain (in a good way) ; our room was much bigger than expected, well equipped, and with a very large and comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic but varied daily and was at least as good as advertised. The lack of a restaurant turned out to be an advantage as there were several alternatives in walking distance that we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. And we visited during Chuseok when most places were closed, but still had no problem finding decent food. Staff were helpful by email before the visit and at reception whilst there. I'd happily return to, and the l thoroughly recommend, the Acube Hotel.

Very friendly people. They gave a good breakfast. The rooms were clean and good Wi-Fi. They also gave water bottles to carry along and anytime you asked.
