The night person in reception was very rude to guest. He even chased me on the street and asked my shop owner about me for only using the toilet. I could not understand anything about what he said but the way he did made me feel insulted. I don’t think this is the hospitality that a hotel should offer. Extremely disappointed and terrified. I ended up injuries myself because of his intense chasing. I did understand the hotel facilities should put hotel guest at first priority. But does it have to be this rude to the external guest? HORRIBLE.

Very clean and very polite, friendly and helpful staff! 1 star off because on the 3rd day of our stay, there were undesirable guests next door that were super loud and we could hear their talking and TV till very wee hours. They sounded like they were aggressive and drunk. The room is not soundproof. If you don't encounter any undesirable guest in this hotel, it is perfect stay, 1 minute to subway and near to Noryanjin fish market.

Heated floors and heated toilet seats were very nice to have in the cold winter weather. Location is close to subway/metro.

I've come to korea 4 times and all 4 times I was staying in GS hotel. The room are extremely affordable yet it comes with all basic necessity. There are breakfast provided but we are talking about very simple things like toast with butter or jam, instant noodles and biscuit. Rooms are very clean too! 1 star taken away as the service wasn't as good as my first time here. However I'm not saying it's bad now, just isn't as good compared to 2013.

Three street from Chung Road near the exit, along the way there are GS super business and Starbucks, Day Street with Hawkers, night out of the alley is a row of the package wagon, affordable and clean and comfortable, the room's windows are double, sound-proof effect is good, every day will clean and fill up a new drink, is next time will want to come to live again place.

Friendly, clean hotel, location close to metro station. The room has air conditioning, a computer with Internet access, television. For the money a good option. Of negative can be noted that window from the room looked out onto a wall of a neighboring building, literally half a meter before the wall was, and monotonous Breakfast of cereal and toast. Overall I enjoyed it. Suggest.

Nice, quiet and comfortable room. Small refrigerator with water and juice included, computer at disposal. The hotel is very well located to visit near a metro station, crossroads of several lines.

Good location an ratio value for money.
