My stay in Dongtan Ramada was 44 days long for a business trip. I am giving the staff a 5 star rating because these ladies and gentlemen were amazing. They were always available to help answer questions about traveling to Seoul or other destinations, they provided bus routes, called taxi's whenever we needed them, offered advice on local restaurants, were always pleasant and were overall the best part about my stay here. I'm not really thrilled about the black taxi's here in Dongtan, but when there were issues, the Ramada staff immediately took care of whatever issue occurred. That is also another reason the staff is fantastic. Not every company has perfect results 100% of the time. Because issues can come up out of no where, its interesting to see how a company will respond. These folks did a knockout job of ensuring that issues were resolved on the spot and that we were happy. I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE who stays here. I will also be advising my work that this is the hotel our company should stay in every time we travel to South Korea. A couple of bonus tips from the staff is that they provided a few free beers a week and bottled water every day. They even tossed in a small can of pringles, which I have to tell you was a nice treat when I missed food from back home. These folks are good at what they do and deserve all the praise I can give them. Great job guys and give your staff a raise!

Great location, great large rooms, very comfy and with all amenities one may need. Good internet connection and have direct airport bus to and from hotel. This hotel is my default stay here in Dongtan.

The bed is very large but the others are kinda too old. The new Korean Motel is better than here.

Rooms are clean and at a good price. Very central to downtown Dongtan. Service is wonderful.

Had a wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable room… and helpful staff. Next to many restaurant choices.

Stayed in the family room. 1 queen size bed + single bed. Equiped with iphone and android phone charger.

Great Business hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spacious with good amenities, staff is very helpful. Buffet breakfast has many local and continental options and this place is surrounded by tons of food restaurants.

I just sat in the lobby to wait for the airport bus. Seems lovely and is definitely close to the attractions.

Most of the staff speak English which is helpful, but they have a bad habit of controlling your air from the lobby and putting it at 25°C/77°F in the middle of the night. Beds are okay. View is magnificent​ if facing the mountain. Great location. Free bicycles to use to ride the path around the mountain. Really good breakfast.

Clean, not bad service, good breakfasts, transport interchange, stop to the airport.
