I checked in on Saturday (22.09.2018) the lady that assisted us was all over the place. I check in to other establishments with kids and they try their best to make the process quick knowing we were on a long flight and have restless kids. The apartment and views were lovely… just the towels were not clean when we went into the apartment, all the TV remotes and aircon remotes were not working, the shower tap was not working and the room was not done up by the time we reached the venue past check in time… knowing it was a long weekend they could have at least made a courtesy call to enquire if we needed anything like toilet paper etc. They also need to tell guests on arrival that they are not allowed to have guests over as we did not know that and our family that had come to see us were made to wait outside for a while before we got a call to say we are not allowed visitors to come and see us.
I have trouble checking in in to this place. Too many noise. I will never recommend to stay at this place. Very disappointing. Very uncomfortable because they the rooms are not ready. Too many rules and regulations, because of residential area. Not recommended for holiday.

The manager, Mani has been promising to call me back but dololo! Can I have my money back shem, im asking for my own money here.
