Waking up to a beautiful view of the marina and table mountain is priceless. Breakfast with champagne is to die for. I can’t fault this hotel and the distance to the waterfront and great restaurants. I will be returning.

What a wonderfull little gem we stumbled upon in the V&A Waterfront, the staff welcomes you as family and goes out of their way to make sure you get the best service, we are only staying for one night but will be sure to come back here on a regular basis!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in Cape Town, and a great location for visiting the major tourist attractions. The front desk staff and concierge are extremely pleasant, and the restaurant has a nice airy, spacious feel to it. Guest rooms are large and well appointed, with a truly luxurious feel and fantastic views. The whisky bar in the lower level is a real treat, especially if you are a fan of single malts.

The hotel is located at the Waterfront so the view is amazing. Staff is very helpful and the food was lovely. It's great for having a small get together with friends over brunch/tea. The staff checked on our group every few minutes and made sure we enjoyed our time there.

After a week on safari this was a fabulous place to call home, every morning and evening the staff greeted me by name with a smile on their face. Outstanding food and rooms, great location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and the hotel is gorgeous. The views are amazing! I do recommend having their afternoon tea, that was very posh and delicious. The restaurant is delicious clean and has fresh food. I went to the spa and had great relaxing day there. I highly recommend if your going to South Africa and staying in Cape Town this is the hotel to stay at! You will not be disappointed!

This is by far my favorite hangout. Live the Library for good coffee and an excellent variety of loose leaf tea. Great food and cakes and the decor fir for a queen. Live the staff and excellent service. Location is perfect overlooking the mountain and marina.

I had a wonderful birthday high tea in the library /lounge area and I've also had lovely sandwiches here. Beautiful hotel! The Cape Grace also do Friday's in the bar area or you can sit outside overlooking the yachts having some snacks.

I stayed here at tge cape grace hotel a couple of weeks ago and really loved the place. There were nice views, the rooms were beautiful and it was close to all amenities. Overall I would recommend any to stay here as I had an amazing time.

Excellent service and a fantastic experience all around. The spa upstairs is delightful and relaxing treat where you can let your stress melt away and become a new self. The whiskey bar in the basement/ground level has an excellent selection and the bar tender has great taste. We quite enjoyed our experience here and would definitely come back. It would be great if the bar can serve ad-hoc flights instead of just fixed options. A custom whiskey journey that's tailored by the knowledgeable bar team is a great experience that should be available to all.

Love love love this hotel… Extremely classy… The staff treats you like royalty. And I love that they do not bother you all the time. You see them when you need them… Would definitely recommend this hotel… It is worth every penny.

Was there for dinner while being in Cape Town and I must admit that the food is excellent and not so pricey for a hotel of that standard. The staff are very friendly and the three course meal that we had was just perfect!

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in for a few nights. Totally worth the amount of fares charged. The hospitality is topnotch second to none. I enjoyed the view from the room, the amenities is above average, the breakfast is a semi buffet kind, where you order your main course of eggs cooked in different ways and then have the free flow pastries and etc. Located near a waterfront with lots of foods and shops.

I went to the Cape Grace for afternoon tea, and was simply wowed by the experience. From the moment I entered until the moment I left, I was treated like royalty by the kind and caring staff members. The tea itself was the last word in decadence (the golden eclairs deserve special mention) and it was just a wonderful experience. Don’t hesitate to visit the Cape Grace, you will definitely not be disappointed!

We went to this hotel this past weekend to have afternoon tea, drinks and treats. The service was spectacular, the waiter from Zimbabwe, forgotten his name he was BRILLIANT he made sure we were comfortable. The atmosphere at the Cape Grace is 'millionaire lifestyle'. Loved every second of it. Will definitely come again soon.

The afternoon tea here is great! All the food was beautifully made and tasted great, staff was friendly and helpful! Really great experience.

What can I say about the Cape Grace that has not been said already, one of best hotels on the waterfront, the Cape Grace is opulent and luxurious with no cent spared when creating this masterpiece. Not only is each room uniquely designed, so is each floor. As you walk out the elevator you will be treating to different art pieces and interesting chandeliers created specifically for this hotel. There is no such thing as a reception desk here, you will be sat down and personally checked in by one of the very friendly staff and assisted with anything you may need during your stay. The restaurant follows through with the opulence of the hotel and the food keeps up with the reputation. The swimming pool area is under refurbishment at the moment however I’m sure we will be pleasantly surprised by the result. One of the Cape Graces most unique selling points is its Bascule Bar that can provide over 400 different types of whiskeys. On occasion guests can take part in a whiskey tasting, so no need to buy a full bottle should you wish to try.

After reading several reviews we settled for afternoon tea here at the Cape grace hotel and we were not disappointed. There were lovely comfortable couches with nice views of the harbour. There was wonderful ceremony around the tea infusions and then a mouth watering array of food all beautifully presented. The savoury was possibly even better than the cakes and the scones were delicious with jam and lemon curd provided. As well as all of this it was for visitors good value.

Went for coffee and cake. It was great.

A very beautiful place for a nice breakfast. You do not have to be staying at this hotel to enjoy the nice hot meals. It is a place full of smiles and where you can relax and regroup for the day. The view of Table mountain is very close it something you can try. Evening sunset something to die for.
