Nothing short of a luxury hotel close to the canal walk shopping mall. The hotel offers excellent rooms with magnificent views. The restaurant is nothing short of what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. It's worth mentioning that the staff I had interacted with were very nice, friendly, helpful and professional from the security personnel to restaurant staff and all. I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend this hotel to anyone who has taste for class and wants to enjoy their stay in Canal Walk, Cape Town.

This place is in an excellent location. The rooms are up class spacious and neat. The service at reception as well as breakfast was friendly and on point. The food was well prepared. Overall a great experience staying here. In terms of value for money, I would rate it fair.

This Hotel and conference centre sets the bar for all other venue of the same nature. Friendly and welcoming staff make you feel right at home. Service is done professionally and with a beaming smile. The conference venue is well equipped and the meals provided was top quality with a unique touch to everything served. Ample staff provided a speedy service making sure all guest a cleared of their plates.

Attended a Cybersecurity Conference here and I was utterly blown away by the catering the hotel provided for the conference. We had a light breakfast, a mid morning snack and a full lunch. Everything was delicious and the staff were all very friendly. I can highly recommend visiting, whether it be for a stay or just for a conference.

The hotel apartments are absolutely amazing. Beautifully furnished, with modern finishes and amenities, one night here feels is a luxurious getaway. With glorious views of the City of Cape Town, it is a very comfortable stay. The reception staff are efficient and the proximity to the knife restaurant allows for easy access to good food. The rates are reasonable and well priced for groups or families.

Very beautiful Place. Value for money deals. the place is divided in two areas, the apartments (apartments) and the hotel. Both are very nice and neat. The staff is very useful and kind. The best thing about this place is the location-its right infront/behind canal work mall. So for even self catering rooms you are covered as the mall is walkable…

Was meeting a couple of friends there at a quick bite to eat at knives and then move over to the pool bar where a wall sit up free pool table makes perfect place to meet some of the KLM air hostess. Local meets air hostess perfect combination good service wonderful venue. Planing to go there again.

A very stylish hotel, nice rooms, nice staff. Shuttle from Airport was charged (530 Rand) and concierge was not able to recommend good seafood restaurants.

Last night, which was 14 February 2018 my husband and I went to the hotel to have supper because we thought we had a booking. My husband made this booking on the 10 February 2018 with someone from the hotel via telephone. When we got there, our names where not on the list. This was very, very disappointing as my husband and I was quite excited to be having supper there, only to be disappointed. This would have been our first visit to the hotel and this was the kind of service we got. We were treated as if we made this up, " we couldn't have made a booking ", was what the lady said that checked to see if our names was on the list. We showed her our call list on our phone to show when and what time we called but this was still not good enough. Thank you very much to your staff for spoiling what should have been a romantic night for us.

This is a very beautiful hotel. I did photography for an event that was held here. All the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The food was great! They have a very nice top cocktail area with a swimming pool. Everything is always clean and organized! Will go back anytime!

Liezel at the reception front desk will spoil all positive reviews for the hotel. She unfriendly, asking for my packing ticket to be validated after a meal or drink at your hotel is not sin, and besides, ticket validation is offered for my time spend at your hotel. However, if this a problem for the hotel I can pay for my own packing ticket, no problems. She needs to change her attitude! Your hotel is beautiful and have nice lounges for a chill after a hectic day. The waiters and porters are great, thank you. Liezel should do filing or cleaning at the back area and be moved from the front desk completely.

Well kept camp sites and lawns. Great swimming area for all ages. Trees provide great cover from the sun. Lots of shade.

Not going with the usual 'awesome place' review so here it is: The Marriott Hotel is absolutely fantastic, however there are some things you need to know. First of all, the restaurant can be considered as 'upper-class' it has a soft elegant feel to it and the staff there do their utmost to give you the best service in cape town. So that being said, avoid the place if you are in flip flops or just got back from the beach. The place is quite and perfect for either romantic dinners and/or business meetings.

A bit far from the center but offers all the amenities. Friendly, English and helpful staff.

Amazing hotel. Walking distance to canal walk and ratanga junction! Beautiful views of the table mountain. Excellent ambience, beautiful rooms and restaurants. Ample parking space. Just divine.

I've read some of the comments from other pple and would want to believe this is a place to be, very up market, beautiful view and conveniently situated. Was there for a pick up, being an uber driver I will definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel We stayed in room 419 and the room was dirty. There's a huge stain on the carpet around the bed. The shower is filthy. You can actually scrape off the muck from the glass. The shower door didn't close. Toiletries were not replaced when they were finished. We didn't have the right remote for the DVD player. Remotes were super dirty! Breakfast was a nightmare: they have the condiments at the eggs station! There's always a queue to get eggs so why would you add more chaos in that spot? We were not served coffee some days during breakfast. Only plus side to this place is that it is walking distance to Canal walk mall and Ratanga junction. This is suppose to be a 5 star hotel! Rather stay at one of the International group hotels. They have higher standards.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Knife serves a delicious lunch and dinner. Coffee shop has a wide range of sandwiches and cakes. No high tea offered which is a pity as they have the choices on the menu already.

A land Mark in the century city precinct. High quality finishes and professional touch is the order of the day. We once had a magic business conference in this Hotel.

Always stuffing my face at this hotel. This has to be my best restaurant to visit. Also amazing hotel I would definitely recommend tourist or locals to enjoy a stay here.

Very nice hotel also the room had a wonderful view on Table Mountain. Rich breakfast and very efficient waiters. I can't say the same for the bar that was definitely disappointing, I would have expected a sky bar with a view of Table Mountain and a cocktail card at a Marriott.

The atmosphere is amazing and comfortable, the service is of pure excellence. Everything is neat and clean. Our waiter Zola on our "Date Night" was on point and I would enjoy another evening there or anytime for that matter… I have had the pleasure of spending an evening there and it was phenomenal … loved it.

The Bad: My breakfast on both days came without the chips. Staff seemed to not all be clued up on the hotels policies which they blamed on the change of ownership. The Good: The service at this hotel was beyond amazing. I order Room Service for a particular time and the staff was so prompt I was shocked. I loved the shower and the cleanliness of the hotel. The views were amazing and the food was great.

I've only eaten here, not stayed as a guest. The food and the restaurant is really good. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I've eaten here several times and every meal I've had has been great. The prices are a little high, but that is to be expected from this calibre of restaurant.

I rarely give 5 stars but this hotel earned it. Very nice staff, beautiful views, nice room service and interesting amenities. Of course there were a few hitches but very minor, sorted fast enough. It was definitely an amazing experience and the canal walk mall is right by it. Yes I do recommended it.

Attended a few conferences at this venue and it's a nice modern space with good refreshments, bar is open late.

This is an excellent hotel. The service is really impeccable and provided with a smile. The rooms are very nicely designed, with a round glass shower in the middle of the room. Views are stunning through the wall-size window. Breakfast is excellent as well. I could not find a flaw. Surroundings are nice and safe, car hire close by and not very far from both Waterfront and Airport.

I phoned on the 30 August with wanting accommodation the 1 Sep on a complimentary night. I received it at very short notice which was fantastic. We arrived 1 Sep at around 5 pm and had an excellent welcome by the exceptionally freindly staff offering welcoming drinks and who showed us around the facilities. The reception accompanied us to our room. The bonus was that we were upgraded as well. The room was excellent. Well done Crystal Towers you made our day and night.
