It’s a real nightmare. They double booked us and literally refused to find a proper solution for ppl who’d travelled from afar as Cape Town.
I simply wouldn’t recommend it. Rooms aren’t neat and hygienic either
Reception bathroom was dirty.
I’d suggest you make this your last resort when looking for accommodation in nelspruit.
More like nightmarewood. This place is a hell hole. We booked and paid for accommodation only to be told the rooms are not available when we arrived. An unprofessional owner called Isaac who was no where to be found to resolve the mess. What a joke.

The lady at the reception was very rude, bad attitude, bad service. (for reference: we came on the 09/Nov/2020 around 22:00). Our booking was confirmed via booking. Com, but when we got there she told us the room was unavailable. She then offered us a different room, we agreed to take the offer because it was too late, then the lady said that the card machine was "offline" and she only wanted cash. But we did not have cash and asked if there were any other options (EFT, Snapscan, etc. ) and she said only cash. As a result, we had to look for another place that late. Worst service I have ever received, the lady seems drunk (to be fair, maybe she was sleepy), she looked not-interested at all, she looked annoyed. God bless.
