Had the privilege of attending the "soft opening" yesterday and was so impressed. Great atmosphere, lovely scenery and the staff are so welcoming. We were treated to cocktails and samples of their menu. Pizzas, burgers, crumbed mushrooms, onion rings to die for and countless other palate teasers. Wishing you every success with your new venture!

I prefered the venue for the Medieval fair last year. This venue is to sectioned off and there simply was not enough toilets or places to sit and eat.

The stalls were amazing. Atmosphere medieval and the costumes created were all stunning! Family Fun Fayre for sure.

Wonderful place for an overnight stay. Friendly owners, safe environment and centrally located. Definatrly going back.

This is a nice venue for hosting fairs. Home to the Fantasy Fayer and Medieval Fayer that is held annually on the 1st Saturday in September.

We went to the Fantasy Fayre today, and the venue as well as the event was lovely.

We hosted a 30th birthday party which was a huge success! The location worked out well for us, it was safe and easy to get too, just peaceful & tranquil! The venue and luxury accommodation rooms were cozy, comfy & amazing with really good linen! Thys is just down-to-earth, compassionate loveable human being! The friendly staff, from the chef to waiters, always willing to assist, the food was absolutely delicious! Our cars even got washed in the morning of our checkout. Highly recommended service all round!

The rooms were nice and clean, however my major problem was that there was no hot water in the morning so I couldn't shower (and that was after a long day of walking around). The owner did however give us the drinks on the house and try to wash our car, but it didn't change the fact that I felt grubby and disgusting the whole morning.

Fantastic location, view, venue and wondeful workforce. I enjoyed everything — food as from starters to dessert.

Really enjoyed this establishment, three stars not doing it justice and I think it will exceed most expectations; would have given another star but access is a bit tricky and no TV in the room. Great for functions too.

One of the best place to stay. Feel like own home. Friendly and co-operative. Food is best. Good hospitality. Rooms are best. As I move all over the world due to my profession as a Pilot of an airline I found this Lodge one of the best place to stay in Lanseria. South Africa.

Enjoyng an amazing weekend with a group of family members. Thys, our host, his lovely wife and staff are ready to attend to the slightest needs we may have. An ideal venue to book out for groups for conferences or weekens with friends or colleagues.
If you book most of the rooms, most spaces are at the group's disposal and it feels like being a home — the difference being a that you don't need to lift a finger here!
