After paying R400 above the advertised asking price I expected more than what I got. We arrived late, so I called ahead to state that we would arriving, the lady whom I booked with told me that they were closed, I explained that I had already paid in full and informed the caretaker that I would be arriving late because my flight landed late. So eventually I got inside. The next morning I went up to check if any breakfast was on offer, the owners both stated that I have to request it the night before. How can guests know options if options aren’t given. I arrived late and good hosts will explain options and rules, none of which was stated. Overall this is a basic place, with owners who don’t know the first thing about customer service or how to run a bnb, they’ve basically just opened their home to the public, the owners treat the place like selfish parents.

Can I rate 0? Very bad service and very unprofessional & the Lady is very RUDE — have never experienced such bad customer service! Would not recommend.

A very nice place with your own space and a nice swimming pool. A very cool chill area aswell.

Good place to stay over… nice and QUIET area owner is a very friendly person … I recommend anytime.

Excellent beautiful welcome place and comfortable.

Not a bad place overall. We had a very comfortable night's rest, the owners are friendly and helpful and the pool area is also quite pleasant with some good mountain views. Although delicious, the breakfast (which is charged over and above the price per night) was a bit overpriced. I would have preferred to have the breakfast included in the room costs. We did not get any milk in our room. Also, there is some room for improvement for the cleanliness of the studio room.

Reception was excellent and very helpful. So also with the breakfast.

Just one comment, that breakfast should include juice not tea or coffee only. But perfect place to be and very friendly personnel.

Peace of mind, I had a fabulous time there.

Beautiful outside but rooms very dirty and not maintained. Not value for money.

Stayed at this accommodation while on a business trip and not only was I impressed, but now I am looking for an excuse to come back. Loved the homely touch when my breakfast was prepared. Hosts are awesome.

Horrible! I made a payment on a quote sent to me by them, clearly showing the dates and how many people. Then they come back to me, (a day after I paid) with suddenly doubling the rate and when we queried that, they simply mail that they can't accommodate your date… terrible staff.

It's a lovey place packed with a beautiful view and top knot service.

Am here with my dogs — (Lols) as I post. Very tranquil indeed. Just network spoiling it all. Feels out of town. Very nice host and workers. Will date myself again for breakfast and lunch. Come see for yourself. Can't wait.
