Worst service ever. We waited for more than 30 minutes for our orders to be taken and then had to wait almost another 40 minutes before anything was brought to us. The waiter who was serving us was not the nicest. I'm never going back.

Hated it. People drinking in the corridoors till 2am. Noisy and I did not feel safe there.

They have excellent service great breakfast and very kind personal and helpful.

Comfortable hotel but very noisy, I advise against rooms side cubana café at least on weekends. Execrable attendance, drunk enons, attempted intrusion into the rooms by guests in congress in the hotel, slow intervention of security.

I loved the hotel. I wish the reception lady was more friendly. Their service was honestly very nice, the toilet in our room couldn't flush but they quickly sent someone to assist. One of my favorite book ins.

Beautiful modern hotel, large comfortable rooms with free and unlimited Wi-Fi. Nice high pool with a view. Large bar and vending machine in the hotel.

It's a nice place to be. I love almost everything abwt the place. DJs are doing well in terms of music. Good service from waiters. Condition is good as there heaters this winter. Toilets is gud in terms of hygiene. Food is nice.

Nice music, great vibe. But I think they should really tighten their security measures. I was there on Saturday night and I couldn't help but notice this dodgy guy who kept moving around behind people while checking their pockets. Ended occupying a spot on the bar next to this lady's handbag, he quickly walked away when he noticed that I saw his move. Funny enough, he didn't even have a drink in his hand the whole time. They should have bouncers patrolling within the crowd to spot such security loopholes. Patron visibility is very important.

We stayed there only one night but we slept well despite the warm atmosphere of the streets of Petroria on Friday night.

Besides the fact that they lack refrigerators and closets for people to put their clothes their hotel rooms are amazing. Air conditioners are great and their food is on another level. Really enjoyed my stay.

Their parking is really not friendly to big cars such as bakkies, SUVs, 10 seater vehicle etc. The hotel its self is beautiful, We really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is connected to the Sunnypark mall, there is a door that opens up to the mall directly from the hotel. You just use your room key card to open it then you are in there mall.

Well, it was a great and awesome experience and I will always recommend Holiday Inn hotel pretoria (to others) as one of the best Hotels in South Africa for your HOLIDAYS … 100% CLASSIC.

Beautiful hotel with great views of the city. Breakfast inclusive too. The price is also favorable compared to others in its category. And as if that is not enough, an all-stocked Sunnypark Mall is just a door away, literally.

House is located in the middle of the city, in the car park of the center. Direct access from the hotel floor possible. Staff, location and view from the eighth floor super, breakfast to me fresh fruit and warm stuff, sufficient. In room 806 The main switch is wobbly contact, shower bar and paper holder loose drain… window leaks, even dripping from the ceiling on the ground floor.

Great hotel within a mall. Has lot of parking and the rooms are comfortable. The restaurant is a buffet service and has a brain area and a pool and small garden up from level 6 of the parking.

This is one of the nice places I enjoy in pretoria because of its business centre and the people working there are all friendly.

Very disappointed with this hotel, no service, small room, no air conditioning, a shame even when changing rooms! The entrance card of the room does not work, we let you go up 3 times without even helping you to open the door! Complaint at the reception: people are laughing! Incredible.

I haven't been here for years but was surprised to find it empty (i. E. Not crowded), clean and the people very helpful, from security officials to the reception staff and the actual government officials also.

Hotel in the image of most of the Summerland Inn Express, but adequate and decent to spend a night. Located above a shopping mall that can be convenient, the building is not aesthetic (large concrete bar).
The reception area, breakfast room and pool gives a good impression on arrival. On the other hand the rooms are small and would require some refreshments.
The whole seems, all the same, well kept and clean.

Very nice hotel with nice view showing Unisa and Union Building on de other side while in de hotel. Situated in de center of de shoping center. No need to travel for shoping hey! :-)

Good hotel, rooms are clean but small, excellent hotel staff but the lefts are crowded, secure hotel but no food except for Wednesdays. No drinking water in rooms, the hotel is connected to a mall which is the best thing. The location of the hotel in sunnyside which isn't a safe area at all, don't go outside after 6:00 PM unless it's urgent, you can use in room giude to order food, again it's extremely dangerous outside, be extremely careful.

My 2nd visit to the HIE in Pretoria. I strongly believe they are the most affordable luxury hotel brand in Pretoria, they've even got a backdoor entrance to a mega shopping mall. If you're ever visiting Pretoria, HIE-Sunnypark remains my only recommendation.

Low cost business hotel and conference facilities. Small rooms.

Great location and rooms clean and neat. Some rooms tend to be stuffy though with seemingly poor ventilation available. Overall the experience is good. For people using Uber, take care as private taxi cabs tend to turn hostile to uber drivers.

The service is great… great staff. The rooms are nice although small. The bathroom is even smaller with no bathtub. The breakfast is awesome! Had various types of food and drinks n cereals n fruits for different taste. Only those with a room key can access the lifts. 2 key cards per room for convenience. Room booking can only be under one name however when you give them the surname of the person the room is under, if already booked in, they will call the room to confirm n then set you up with a key card. There's a blowdrier in the room. A safe… kettle… 2 glasses n cups but no bottle of water and great lighting. There are small headboad lights for those who need to sleep with a little light on.

Stayed there between Fri, Dec 18 and Mon, Dec 21, 2015. Our room had no toilet paper, no sachets for coffee/tea/sugar/milk. We requested for these but they never arrived. Eventually had to use the toilet in the lobby. The kitchen staff do not know how to handle customers. The following morning, after breakfast, I asked 2 different people in the kitchen for a forma cup (to take some ice blocks from the only ice machine which is located in the kitchen area), and each of them was very arrogant and could not take a few minutes off their busy schedule to check if there was any cup I could use. Earlier I had informed another one that I needed some beef sausages, and she arrogantly told me how busy she was. She was busy of course, but there was no need for arrogance! Proper training is needed.

I was very disappointed that a great hotel like this do not have basic resources lke a iron just a mere iron that was really a killer for me. I had to go to a meeting with unironed clothes ¿¿¿
