It's not clean at all and rooms are very cold. The water is not hot.

Disgusting. This place is so dirty, the remotes are dirty, the toilet seats are broken, the phones and heaters dont work, the mini fridge is empty with no stock, no hot water in showers. Freezing cold and the staff are extremely unfriendly!

Nice place. The manager needs a hair and beard cut. While seating, he looks a little like a statue.

No hot water. TV remote don't work. Incompetent front desk staff. No coffee or tea in the room. Has to ask for it. Room not up to standard for the prices charged for it.

Really nice place, affordable, good location, for me personally the staff members are what makes Silver Oak so nice they are all the friendliest bunch! Recommend for sure!

They can do with some new pillows in the room. Some maintenance in the rooms would be nice.

Neglected and rude personnel TV and aircon does not have remotes could not operate them. Bathroom has leaky tap and no grid in shower trap small hand towel was only towel provided. Bathroom lights and down lights in room does not work either. Invested with cockroaches. Very unpleasant stay don't recommend for anybody to stay here.

Had some issues in the room like the aircon not working… BUT brilliant and helpful staff. The Zimbabwean gentleman spesifically arranged to have it all resolved. Good location and very affordable. Will be back when on Business in the area.

The pictures on the website is old pictures of the place. The rooms are not up to standard. My experience — I would not recommend it. Like I said. The Picture on their website is outdated.

Okay but not good enough. Aircon wasn't working, TV had poor pictures and very few channels. Dull environment.

Old run down and dirty — has that look of "you could rent a room for an hour" kinda vibe. The staff rude and clueless. Even after I ticked a box as well as hung do not disturb on door they still came in and "cleaned up". All my personal items had been moved around, so glad I never left anything behind of any value! Do not not stay here! Do not let someone from your office book this place for you! Read all the comments before you book any accommodation!

Rooms are a little spartan but clean. Safe environment and parking. Service was OK.

The rooms are as per pictures and the staff do try to make your stay pleasant. My room was freezing and the air con didn't work and I asked for a remote but never got it.
Other than that it was fine.

We really enjoyed the stay. Staff were friendly. Can recommend it any day.

I have liked the hotel and, definitely, I have loved the staff.

For sure I'll consider silver oak for accommodation next time I come this side.

I think all staff including the manager needs training, till then I wouldn't recommend the place for anyone. They don't care about visitors. They know absolutely nothing about service! Breakfast Was terrible. No towels and they don't bother to change the bedding. Asked for a toilet paper one morning from the lady at the reception, she never bother to send it. I stayed for 2weeks had to call for each and every thing needed. All in all I had a terrible stay.

My experience was really horrible. The staff is not welcoming at all. The kitchen is dirty OMG they don't bother cleaning it. They don't change your towels for days on end they don't clean rooms everyday and if you dare to ask why they just give you more attitude. The Lady and gentleman at the reception are really rude. Basically it's nothing like the establishment they make it out to be on their site. It needs a lot of improvement staff wise.

The staff was rude and incompetent, the lady at the reception in particular! The kitchen was filthy and would go for two days without being cleaned, there are no pots and kitchen utensils. The rooms were not cleaned and when we inquired about this the receptionist was rude and told us that they do not clean daily. Our towels were not changed in over three days. The establishment needs a lot of work, including staff training especially on how to be adequate as a receptionist, considering she deals with customers all the time. This was my worst experience together with my sister thus far. I would not recommend this place. It is not at all as advertised.
