It’s a great place to be with family and friends including conference facilities.

Every service is updated and of high class.

The first observation is their services are very excellent.

At the gate we were welcome by a security which firstly greeted us with warm 💓 and the staff explain everything about our stay and breakfast which was served by dedicated staff what a beautiful place.

Friendly people. Stuff waiters.

The Paros venue is wonderful, staff are friendly and efficient + its well priced. There are many more rooms to choose from.

Good services at excellent rate.

I loved the great hospitality from the staff. Very well behaved. Eg the receptionist Nd Ronald Nd the other bar man. I loved my stay. Definately coming back mostly because of them.

Single beds. No warm. Blankets. No fridges in some rooms.

Had a conference at Apollo and the venue was setup as requested and everything went smoothly. The snacks at tea times and the Lunches were excellent.

The receptionist that was on duty this morning was so rude just like her superiors. The rooms are crying for renovations like the shower taps that are not working properly. Even the tiles on the floors are dirty as hell. And hospitality is non existant at this place yand you people will never see me again even if you pay me. Yasses.

Not too bad for a kitsch old hotel in a good location in the city.

Nice staff, peaceful. Enough parking space. Normal breakfast. Genuine price. Nice bar. No amenities for time pass. Boring over weekend.

Couple of issues. Plug not working in the room, very limited TV channels, flimsy appliances, cleaning staff needs training
but other than that very comfortable and value for money.

Apollo Hotel will not see us again. I had to struggle with my Son in the wheelchair and my luggage myself. No service when we need to order food.
The staff and security watch TV in the restaurant and get upset if you request for the TV to be turned down a little.

The interior decor is lovely in the halways and the rooms. However the hotel needs to improve on the type of linen it provides. Also there isn't any water in the bar fridges. 500ml of water costs R20 at this hotel. The menu for buffets could do with some improvement too.

A very disappointing stay. Arrived and there were a whole bunch of people loitering in front of the hotel and parking lot. Saw people drinking out of their cars, playing loud music and hanging around in the hotels parking lot. Security did not regulate this. The aircon in my room didn't work. I asked for a technician to come have a look. He "fixed" it. It worked for an hour then stopped working again. Won't be staying here again.

Looks nice. Dropped a friend there and all was good.

I have never been there. But judging from what I've seen, it looks like a beautiful place.

Beautifully renovated. One wing very modern. Spacious rooms. Nice food. Cozy bar. Conference centre. Pleasantly fragranced. Good security. It is in a light industrial area with only a fuel stop shop within walking distance, but apparently not a safe area. The hotel makes up for it.

Great hotel for business trips, reliable Wi-Fi, friendly staff and the breakfast works. Security is lacking, there is no screening of those that come in so you can pass by without being questioned but its within a gated area that isn't rigorous. Their decor is dated and carpet in rooms don't look very clean. Ask for higher floors as the rooms on the second floor are dark and dreary; the higher floors are much better. Don't get me wrong it has its drawbacks but I've been there at least a dozen times now and would continue to go back.

Excellent place. We had a super time. Food was according to our needs. They treated us with respect. The room was cool and comfortable. Would not mind to stay longer. Enjoyable experience. Thank you Apollo.

It's an amazing place. Though it is mostly suited for conferencing and meetings in the lower levels it an excellent hotel.

Good place. Quite spacious room. Cordial front office staff. Nice foods, but with few options.

It's a great place to stay its location is central not far from multichoice centre.

Never have I ever felt so comfortable and at home at a hotel before. I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone. The staff are so friendly and extremely accommodating. I should have given the 5 Star rating if they only provided free bottled water on the room, and a toothpaste on the bathroom. The night when we arrived at the hotel, I requested for a toothpaste at the reception desk, they said that they don't have it and we need to purchase it outside! We requested a bottled water but I returned it because they said that we need to pay R20 for a small bottled water! They provided an electric kettle, instant coffee, cream and sugar but these has no use because the water is not available. I am not even sure if the tap water is safe to drink!. The management should at least given us a consideration since we are checked-in for 3 days 3 nights.

I wanted to use the entrance from the garage straight in but I was chased away and a security guard used sign language to assist me, if my appointment in there wasn't important, I was going to drive away and never set my foot there again, what's wrong with pouring petrol and buy at the convenient store in the garage and swiftly go into the hotel.

Terrible hotel. Only sport channel, dining room looks and atmosphere resembling shebeen, no counter facility to use credit card for outside dinner deliveries, cant even assist with R4 shortfall on outside dinner thatI had to order. No milk in room to make coffee — kitchen locked. Not possible to explore swimming pool — locked. People sitting around in reception with overalls. No assistance with anything from staff. Worst business stay ever. Looking for a macdonalds now to get skop breakfast and get out of this place ASAP! Hopr my employer did not pay more than R500 for this stay.
