Great services it was👏🏽😊😊😊 everything is on point.

A 4 Star Hotel with no Microwave and fridge on the guest rooms. No toilet brush and no spray or air freshener.

Excellent Room service, they go the extra mile and the staff makes me feel so welcome. I highly recommend Premier Regent for everyone, families included! I applaud the staff especially, Phelisa Mvenya who made me feel like a queen, catering to my every need and request! You are a rockstar for making my evening so pleasurable. I will definitely return to visit again! Many Thanks.

The musky smell of the rooms and sheets at the Regent Hotel have me gagging. I'm staying here for work purposes and really don't like complaining or acting like a diva on my employer's budget! This is the second room I've been moved to and I have no energy to move to another room at all. Regent Hotel needs to do something about this.

I stayed here for one night. The experience started off well until I needed to shower. There was no hot water. I was moved to another room. Then they had no halaal meals. So I have to drive out to get something to eat. And because no outside food is allowed into the hotel, I had to eat at the place where I got food from. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but the inconvenience of having to go elsewhere to eat was a real pain.

Absolutely terribly rude unhelpful staff and manager unavailable so no one to help with your problems, staff refuse to put you through to manager. Room service unavailable because staff dont answer phone, unsightly holes in shower glass. Definitely not 4 star quality, will tell everyone on my radio show not to go. Very disappointing waste if money.

Best place for conferences with the environment that makes your mind refreshed because of the pleasant sea breeze, ample parking space, tip class accommodation, I like the Cascades Hotel which is located close to ICC.

The rooms are nice but 1 bedside lamp was not working & the one working was too bright. Wi fi was a not working properly. Not providing the iron & ironing board in the room should be re considered it's not nice that you have to leave the comfort of your room to do ironing on another floor.

Stunning place! Was lucky enough to attend a function here and the food was heavenly. My only concern was that prices of drinks at the bar were extremely expensive!

This hotel us top class. The staff is friendly and quick especially if you having booked prior your visit. The rooms are exceptional with stunning views. One thing that is not up to standard is the TV channels offered, they are very limited for the amount charged. All in all a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

This is average. The below par service takes away from the great location. If the Hotel was a bit more on the ball in terms of cleanliness and clients that service they would be an amazing hotel.

I hate it, I won't lie the service is terrible our stuff are being stolen the Manager does not care. We complained about numerous things and they don't care I'm referring to the lady and the guy.

Their Wifi for guests never works. All vouchers always have zero balance even before one uses them.

Reception staff were very friendly and so was restaurant and bar staff. Problem was that with temperatures above 35 degrees the air conditioning in the room did not work. The same with my colleagues room. Had to take a cold shower in the morning as there was no hot water. When I reported it in the morning when booking out, all the person at reception replied that he will report it to maintenance. Not even a word of apology or anything. Will not recommend your establishment to anybody.

Spacious, great internal architectural design, good breakfast, however, I WILL NOT GO BACK, the shower is probably the worst I've had in my extensive travels. The shower heads are so corroded with rust that I just didn't have a single good shower and I don't like taking baths in a tub… If they replace the shower heads they will get 2 more stars and my business…

Very beautiful, staff is amazing. Very friendly. The ocean view is spectacular. The onlt problem is the bath and shower combo. I'm a tiny person can imagine how much struggle bigger people have when taking a shower. The water splashes all over the place and floods the whole bathroom. Otherwise… yonke into I Tops! …
