This place is warm and the staff is very welcoming.

Good service, cleanliness, friendly staff, easy to navigate, security is tops. There is always someone to assist.

There's room for improvement in the area in terms of more development in similar fashion as Cape Town waterfront.

A nice big hotel but you have to go around just to go to 5th floor. We got lost after checking in.

Snazzy hotel with beautiful sea views. My stay was spoiled by a somewhat tatty room which was sadly in need of some minor maintenance. I think the furniture and fixtures were chosen for their appeal rather than long term durability. Also, the "free" Wi-Fi was predictably unusable. My stay was further spoiled by an apparently disgruntled staff member pushing in front of me to get into an elevator… Small things make a big difference.

Beautiful spacious rooms-great variety of meals for dinner, loved the African dishes-samp, chick giblets, ledombolo. Soups are also great. Overall I’d be glad to come back. Just don’t ask for any help during your stay with anything, it takes hrs for anyone to get to your room for service. Asked for a blanket and towel, an hour later I was still waiting. The aircon was attended to 20 hrs later after the 3rd call.

I enjoy myself and the room was very good also the service in the restaurant was superb.

Easily accessible. Nice clean rooms. The quality of their furniture is super. The decor outside the rooms and inside is of high standard. Sea view. The reception area is warm and feels like home.

Excellent service I received last night whilst watching Barcelona vs Sundowns at the Y Not pub, food was amazing and I enjoyed my bubbly bottle of champagne.

It's also a nice hotel for accommodation. Affordable price and clean environment make this hotel great.

I am booked here for a month, with my child. I have to fight everytime we have to eat. So many admin errors, imagine having to discuss such issues in front of a child. Like everything is just messed up. I have to call reception everyday to discuss FOOD. Its like there is no communication between reception and the resturant. The rooms are nice like really nice but the cleaning is. If the room is not dusty, the bathroom floor is dirty or there are no towels. This is by far the most horrible experience yehotele for me, monthend must just come. I am not happy here, I feel like im in a Very abusive relationship where I convince myself everyday that everything is gonna be alright. The staff is very friendly though, like they are all friendly. If only they could fix these errors then ICC would be heaven. I don't see myself staying in any premier hotels after this experience. I am very disappointed.

I loved staying at the Premier Hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure the guests are taken care of. The Hotel is clean and rooms spacious and well decorated.

Premier Hotel ICC, is a lovely hotel with warm and pleasant people working there, I loved it. The rooms are amazing with a magnificent view of the ocean.

Generally ok but very commercial and this often over crowded and mass now make the experience less than perfect. Not my first choice for conference venue. Also has very inflexible rules in relation to dinner. Bed and breakfast. Didn't like the food.

Pretty awful place, waited 2 hours for the suite to be cleaned so we could check-in, room service took almost 1.5 hours to arrive, my son cut his foot on broken glass at the pool and the hotel didn't have plasters or disinfectant. One of the worst hotels ever stayed at.

Nice hotel on the shore. Gym neat and well equipped. Swimming pool undergoing maintenance at the moment. Dinner and breakfast buffet was good.

More can be done to ensure guests have a seamless stay. Some of the staff members that I had encounters with left a sour taste in my mouth as well as the general cleanliness in my floor.

An excellent place to find your peace. It's quite great to experience the service here, staff attitude is one that can even humble you.

I think the experience was simply world class. I enjoyed the beachfront vibes, the courtesy from staff and just the beauty. However, I still feel that an expansion to the ICC is needed.

Its a very beautiful hotel in East London beach front. It has conference venues, beautiful rooms to sleep, swimming pools and a spa. The food and The service is great.

The Premier Regent Hotel have a very good location. However the rooms do not have airconfitioning and opening the windows tend to be a noisy exercise. The Premier ICC HOTEL is a different kettle of fish with modern fixtures and fittings. The icc hotel is deserving of 5 stars.

That is nice place to be, actually I had great experience and everything was perfect there at ICC even the place where our event took place was well taken care off. People who works there too are doing a good jobespecially their chefs.

Excellent service. Prime location on the beach front with breathtaking sunrises in the morning. Drifting into a deep sleep to the rhythmic sounds of the waves with a sea breeze coming through the open sliding door was majestic. A must do.

Very disappointed. I was booked into a room where the carpet was wet and the room is smelling so bad. Called reservation about that. Never responded. Walked down to resception and reported it. Maintenance came and said the aircon leak and they will send someone to dry the carpet. Came back after the conference and there was NO improvement. The television is also not working. It is very noisy with tile floors in the passages. And the restaurant can not handle large groups.

Clean hotel with luxurious rooms, super friendly and professional staff but the Wi-Fi is poor, tried to download a 300mb clip for broadcast but no luck!

It was an awesome experience, services were over the moon… my daughter and I had blissful time there and I would like to thank the manager there, I can't remember her name but she was awesome. Thank you thank you thank you. Next time I come to East London I will not book anywhere else but with you… I am humbled by this experience, thanks one more time.

Very helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

This hotel has so many rooms with a sea front view. Pulling a chair out onto the small balconies to watch the sun and moon rises are a treat. The rooms are spacious. The gym also has a fantastic view. I can't wait for the warmer months to be able to take a swim in the pool.

The place is professional, bravo! The staff treat people with respect, if given an opportunity to go back, I will do so without hesitation!

Great sea views, nice modern rooms, friendly staff. Good breakfast variety, bar meals well priced as well. Gym available to all guests. Ample parking available except when they have conferences.

A truly Excellent Hotel, wish we had stayed long, alas next time we will. Excellent staff from management down to the smiling housemaids. Was nice to be asked if you were having a nice day, and to have staff that actually listened, and showed they cared about what you were saying, something that sadly not all Hotels do, these days. Highly recommended to all.

It's a pretty new hotel although clearly lacks some basics. Room service is just so so and they ask you to pay directly, I had to ask to put in my room bill which by the way was paid in advance. Also basic maintenance needs to improve, lights on the bathroom not working, mini bar leaking water over the carpet.
