The place is way too small for a family. My three kids had to sleep in the kitchen, where there was no place to stand and clearly not enough place for the luggage. Right after booking the place I wrote the owner and asked her if it is not to small for 5 persons. She said that it is too small, and promised she will add another room to the reservation at no additional cost. When we came, we found out that she rented the extra room, and we stayed in a bedroom + kitchen. I reserved the place 7 months before our stay, and I had many other options for larger apartments but I counted on her word. It is the first time ever that it happens to me, and in retrospect we should have searched for another apartment and ask for our money back. The way that promises are made informally by email is inappropriate. Others cons: bathroom is tiny, we stayed for 5 nights without towels being replaced or toilet paper provided. For this price I'd expect better care. On the positive side: a good location is bled, 15 minutes walking from the center. Very quiet and clean.
