➜ Very bad. Unkempt, outdated, terrible guests (bitter teutons who cannot afford a decent spa stay). Breakfast — one finds 2-3 things that are edible. Staff is eager and happy about every little smile, given most of the guests here just to pity.

Here real treatments, it is more like a sanatorium than a spa hotel with three bubble baths for wealthy people. Quality care, competent and friendly staff. Very decent hotel for a three star, clean, comfortable beds. It's just a bit austere, but if you consider it more like a sanatorium than a regular hotel, that's fine. Same note for the restaurant. We'll be happy to go back.
