Lovely spot nice G&T friendly staff.

The rooms are way small for the price they ask, no thanks, too pricey too small, too noisy and they are very rude terrible customer service wouldnt stay next time …

The hotel room are very dirty the cleaner are very rude the food is tastless wouldnt stay next time. Receptionest are very very very rude.

4 stars? Maybe 20 years ago. The rooms super normals, when the people of the other room take a shower, you lost the presure of hot water, the elevator don't work for 4 days. They put you a beer in the terrace at 8:45 and close at 9.00, super puntual. But the almost of the service are very kind.

Very nice hotel in a small town like Nitra. Good option to spend a night or two. You have an important counter, you don't accept Amex. The bathroom is a little small and at least my room had two single beds and not a double.

Very nice hotel. Luxurious inside and a great location. No probs with Wi-Fi as someone else mentioned. Breakfast was good but an unusual selection for my taste (hot raspberry and broccoli! ) but also bread, cheese, etc. It was a FRiday night so did hear quite a bit of noise from outside due to near bars, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful!

There is better in Nitra little choice of cakes at breakfast, no restaurant inside.

Nice place. Minibar in the room was great, though pricey! Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was served early and was nice enough. Unfortunately they obviously only bought bread rolls every 2 days, as the breakfast bread rolls were stale on alternate days. Polite and helpful.

Great Hotel, clean rooms, in the morning a buffet is offered but there is a minus and consists in the fact that not all over the hotel has good Wi-Fi.
The hotel also has its own restaurant which offers good value for money.

Upon arrival you are shocked that this "4-star-hotel" does not accept American Express Gold card for payment. Moreover, parking is only possible in a not too distant, but definitely not guarded area, so it is an alternative to have your car parked in Mlyny shopping mall, where cctv is actually up and running.
Dinner is general, soup is far from being gourmet you would anticipate according to price-list facility has stated. Instead of veal meat you would better anticipate simple chicken, greasy, full of oil. Tastes, herbs are definitely missing from the chef's knowledge. Wine card is also fairly limited and overpriced.
Room is also average, no sign of being a 4-star-hotel. Bed is extremely terrible, like you would be camping and laying down on a pavement to have a nap. After 1 day of disturbed sleep I am already having pain in my back.
Wellness is not available due to "maintenance works" which has been going on for couple of weeks now, they are obviously not concerned about revenue loss.
Definitely do not recommend to stay here, neither for leisure, not for business.

Wi-Fi range is really poor and had a bad experience with the rooms There was a leakage and it was not handled properly.

Stunning old architecture building with good restaurant. The service is above average and prices are not extremely high.

New name for the old Golden Hoffer, menu it's poor then before and the food it's more expensive but the taste it's good, wiew it's OK if you stay on terrace for taking some food or just a drink.

Great food for affordable price. Menus are amazing, great choose of food and nice surrounding. 4/5
