Just checked in and very early to comment however very pleased thus far. Amenities are excellent Most atmospheric and staff obliging. Looking forward to our 4 days here!

Yes a very nice place very friendly the staff breakfast is great parking is also available. Only one thing I notice a 5 star hotel solte shaving stuff and toothbrush provide.

This place was amazing! The value you get for five star luxury right by the old town is amazing! The breakfast which was included was amazing, the minibar all included, the bed was enormous, the room was a good size and very well appointed. The hotel is beautiful. If I had one criticism the hotel bar was not always staffed it seemed when the hotel was open. Aside from this the hotel was really amazing and I highly recommend if you are visiting Bratislava to stay here.

Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Lovely and comfortable and clean rooms. Free mini bar. I was ill so couldn't make the most of it. Service was friendly even though we turned up looking disheveled after our cycle! There is a bike storage in the car park, which is why we chose it as a nice stop off on our cycle from Vienna to Budapest. Breakfast included a nice selection of fruit.

Excellent location! Very clean rooms. One of the best restaurant in town. Very good restaurant service but average reception service. Small rooms and beds. Very hard mattresses.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The staff is friendly and genuinely kind (they went above and beyond when we had some travel difficulties) the food was amazing and the location was perfect. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

I was there twice. It is a great hotel. Very luxurious hotel. It is quite expensive. Meals there where tasty and the service was luxurious and noble. The whole hotel has great atmosphere and each room has its own purposes and design. It is near the center so the location is good for exploring the city. If you are locking for a noble hotel in Bratislava… this is it.

Great breakfasts. The hotel itself is with beautiful interior and marketing. The view from the windows is pumped up, but it is not critical.

Absolutely beautiful, rustic and exclusive 5-star hotel with great fireplace in the reception hall and excellent service. For me, one of the few hotels in Bratislava that really deserves the five stars. So if you like it princely and romantic, you've come to the right place.

Staff in the restaurant very unkind. We asked for a table at 12 am. 00 (according to the website the restaurant opens at this time). We were told by the waiter that it won't open until 12; 30. Then were back there at 12:30pm and we were unkindly informed that everything is reserved. If we had been able to be told right away, we would be somewhere else with the hungry children. Never again!

Stayed overnight, loved it!

If I can give 6 stars or even more I will. One of the best hotels I've ever been. Thanks guys for a wonderful hospitality.

A beautiful hotel, very cozy, where you take care of all the details.
Very clean and comfortable rooms, very nice bathroom with details such as scale or bath salts. It has a very quiet terrace where you can have a drink and rest after a day of sightseeing.
Well located near downtown.
The Mini bar is free (you can take anything you have in the room without extra pay-I thought it was a detail).
At breakfast you are served sparkling wine:-)

One of the best hotels we have visited. Once in it we understood the charm of five stars, appreciated the cosiness and warmth that can be obtained in a good quality place. After this hotel we have been staying for several years only in star hotels and have never been disappointed. Very nice design of a tree which is shabby but so pleasantly gives the old elevator shabby but very cozy fireplace which is located near Retsepshena very disposes. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good, the bathroom was very comfortable.

Small boutique with 5 star service! The rooms are nice and quaint with lots of complimentary perks. The restaurant dishes are absolutely wonderful. The daily breakfast buffet selection is consistent and delicious.

The hotel was really nice for the price. The hotel is in a good location, easily walkable to see many of the normal tourist stuff. The room was well furnished, and the coffee/tea/minifridge items were all complimentary. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want. I would recommend considering staying here if you're visiting vienna as well. In terms of cost to quality, Marrols definitely has alot of hotels in vienna beat, and its only an hour train trip away.

I had a one-night-stay in Bratislava and found everything to be neat and charming in this hotel. The location is good, you may explore Bratislava by foot with this starting point. The staff is also really nice and helpful.

Very good location (7 minutes walk from Hviezdozlav sq. And old town) and Billa grocery store (we brought food for a supper in the room and the hotel didn't ask anything). Very nice, quick and personalized check, where we got asked if we wanted a welcome drink. Room is nicely decorated, with a desk, a TV table and a luggage table. Room was extremely clean, with very nice amenities in the bathroom (Occitane soap, plenty of towels, laundry basket to put the towels we wanted to replace, etc. ) Nice bar and complimentary breakfast. Would absolutely recommend.

European style; quiet; friendly; smaller rooms (but plenty of space for two) ; hardwood floors with carpet where needed (easy to clean and done daily) ; modern bathrooms (EuroShower) ; housekeeping excellent with prompt attention; free minibar (includes a couple of cans of beer) ; friendly staff with good English (night or day) ; Most excellent breakfast included; restaurant; offered help with car to airport; if you leave before breakfast they will pack a more than adequate breakfast brown bag; walking distance to Staré Mesto (old city), the tram, Eurovea Mall, riverwalk and many sites; excellent value; popular.

What a gracious hotel in a very convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the old town. Helpful staff on reception and door. Lovely breakfast room and library. We did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked excellent and a good range of wines.

Nice hotel, with a great restaurant next to it. It's close to the city center, within walking distance. The Jasmine spa was really nice too.

The best hotel in Bratislava for the price. The breakfast was so good, and the room was very clean, the bathroom looks great, they have nice computer room in the top floor. The minibar was included in the price (yes, free minibar). I payed for one night for two adult room with breakfast and free minibar 100 euro.

Nice hotel, very attentive, super breakfast, Nice staff. Small but nice room, which are very clean. A stay at the jasmine Spa worth very, however, especially as the spa for a guest group can be reserved and then others have no access. On foot in 5 minutes in the old town. It's great.
