Room is tiny but serves it's purpose. Hotel front desk has lots of helpful info for tourist attractions. Good food at nearby places too!

Dirty Bed sheets, smelly toilets, small room and small toilet. The towels had holes in them. The bed sheet had stains on them, I asked them twice to change it but they never once did in my five day stay. One good thing was the staff during day time provided me an iron when asked. Other than that the hotel facilities was bad. The toilets are the worst. It stinks, I had to use my perfume as toilet spray. The hotel is situated smack bang in the middle of the red light district. If you travel with a family it might not be suitable. But location is pretty decent.

Nice business hotel a five minute walk from the MRT. I was given a free upgrade to an executive room on check in. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable.

Rooms very nice after refurbishment, excellent shower, reception inviting and spacious, staff (including manager :) very helpful. Going to really enjoy my stay this time.

Hotel is conveniently located. Lots of tourist stay here. Small rooms though and our hallway smells like a fish market. Aside from that beds are comfortable.

Simple and basic for sleeping and bathing.

The room is small but tidy, the sink is outside of the toilet but is fine. The bed is really soft and cozy. Not too far from the MRT. Great local restaurants nearby.

Exit A from Ayuni Metro Station, 10 minutes to the hotel, from the hotel, 15 minutes to the old airport road deli center, 5 minutes away there is no sign seafood, durian street, 7-11, food shop, very convenient. The hotel offers vials of water, i. E. Drink bags, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, electric hot water cookers, wind pipes (but bad, cannot be used), stayforth for 2 days, cleaning rooms and changing sheets. Room interval is not enough, to see you good luck, meet the quiet tenants, air-conditioner sound is also very big, I am lucky these two days is Singapore's coldest day average is 25 degrees, so you can not open air-conditioning to sleep, found small insects, good in not!

3 star Hotel, good enough to get recharged… Lots of convenient store around here, so basically you can get what you need immediately… Recommended.

For what you pay, it's excellent, friendly and clean. No, it's not Raffles. Don't let the red light area, or the reputation of Geylang put you off. It's near the MRT Aljunied. Great food options all around.

One of the more valued for money budget hotel in geylang area. The room is very clean and cosy with nice decorations. It's very suitable for short business stay on a tight budget. There are alot of foods in the surrounding area of the hotel and getting to the town area is also very fast via public transport. The only con is that it is within the red light district.

Room was small. The walls were dirty and bathroom was mouldy. The electricity kept shutting off even with minimal use. Have to manually turn it back on with the card. It was a real hassle at night with the AC turning off every hour or two, or when you're taking a shower and suddenly you're in the dark. Location is close to public transportation, however, hotel is also located in the red light district. If you don't mind all that, the beds are nice and the restaurants outside are pretty good.

A very affordable place to stay, the rooms are small but clean and relatively modern. There is several cheap eateries in walking distance and a 711 just around the corner.

The location is very convenient to get around with nice food nearby, especially the Old Airport road food centre. The service of the hotel was poor. Housekeeping was done extremely late, it was already 4pm and my room not kept yet. Pricing was too high for a hotel that does not have complimentary breakfast. Feels more like a budget hotel but at an ordinary hotel price. Needs improvemnet.

I guess for Singapore it's good enough for what we paid. Hard to say really. Our room was tiny and the A/C barley cooled the room.

Standard Hotel. Stay: One night. Good location close to the Metro as 10 mins walking or less (station name: Aljunied stop ID: EW9), you can get here by Metro from the airport without any problems. Options to eat around this hotel. Cleaning OK. Television with English channels. The only thing that would improve is the number of European plugs in the room since not all of them walked with Asian adapters (maybe it was my mistake), the HAB. Only had a European plug and was half defective, had to play with this to load the electronic equipment). They had several Asian plugs. Furthermore, the room is not very spacious but quiet (ideal for rest). You can only go up to bed on one side. In the photos that enclosed is detailed this.

Simple hotel, only came to this district because a couple of friends were staying here. Would not have chose to come to this area otherwise. Famous food places can be found nearby.

Good hotel, clean but with very small room does not have closet and it is difficult to move in 2. Great price/quality for Singapore. To 10 min. From the Metro.

The local staff was accommodating, true the rooms are a bit small but it's definitely okay for sleeping in if you will tour the whole day. Local eateries are nearby which is good. There's a 7/11 nearby as well. Good neigboring people around and by the area. A minute walk to the bus stop headed to the city but a good 5 minute walk back to the hotel from the city. All in all, happy camper with fragrace hotel. It does smell very pleasant as you enter. Two thumbs up!

Got a Day Use room for 6 hour time slot. Been here a lot of times and service is fast and rooms are clean. Location doesn't have much parking and recently there is a renovation work for the hotel parking so the drilling is annoying.

Wonderful place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms may be a little small but are very good. Would definitely visit it again!

Clean and Modern Hotel. The staff, basically ignored me it was as though they just didn't want to be bothered with me as a guest. The only interactions I had with them were when I directly approached the staff they did respond and resolve what issues I had, so I can't complain about that, but a hello or goodbye or simply greeting when I'm coming or going would have been nice. The hotel is clean modern, and safe everything works. The Wi-Fi was reliable and relatively fast, and with a tea kettle and a separate bathroom. The price was quite nice very good for Singapore, so you have to take that into consideration. Good location in an interesting part of town, sort of like a little India.

Simple and inexpensive hotel. The room has no Windows. Air conditioning was, but there was no air movement. Great location, lots of Chinese restaurants. P. S. Before settling forgot camera with lenses in a taxi. Taxi driver we found and handed over to us:)

Given the prices, there's not so much to complain about. The rooms are small but it's acceptable. Beds are a little hard but nicely sized. You get only one access key to your room, there's a shower and air conditioning, a TV and a water boiling plastic electric kettle, a keyboard and a mouse. The Wi-Fi is flickering but easy to connect to. The hotel is located in Geylang, an area with cheap Chinese shops, cheap restaurants, sex shops and lines of small brothels. Nothing really to fear though, taxis will come without any problem and you can walk around day and night. Two MRT (local train) stations are reachable with a five-minute walk. No pool or fancy rooftop bar there.
