Room can do better with cleanliness, staff were helpful and friendly.

Basic, but clean, cheap and accessible. Good for quick transits.

This Hotel 81 Kovan has a 7-11 beside it and a Chinese and Indian — Muslim restaurant. It's very near the main road which is accessible to bus stop and Mrt station. The room is very clean toilet as well. The staff was very accommodating.

Location is a little away from MRT. Room is ok. Bed sheet got a slight tear. Service is good.

The receptionist very lousy, not friendly at all. The room are ok, not very clean, price can acceptable.

Has basic amenities. Location is good. However condition ia a bit old.

Near to metro stn. Restaurant n 24/7convenience stores nearby. About 15 min to downtown via expressway during normal traffic condition.

Parking space was a little cramp with stuff blocking abit of pathway. Hotel was clean and presentable goot for short stay.

The room is always very strong with cigarette smell. No slippers provided.

Super bad, service attitude is too bad, lost something want to ask directly to hang up the phone, suggest to quit the April 6 morning around a point to answer the phone person.

Good location. Below there is a 7-11, mama shop, canadian pizza. 2mins away from the bustop. Nice clean room TV with youtube.

Surprisingly, the room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there were no windows and a smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the air… It's not the best neighborhood but this is pretty much the cheapest hotel you can get in Singapore.

Location wise is good. Around 3 stops away from Nex serangoon interchange. The rooms are clean and good. Everything is great. Service is good too. Staff are polite and patient.

The room is clean and comfortable, there's also dvd player and fridge to put your drinks and stuff. The service is also pretty good, the staff will call when it's time to check out.

Cheap and accessible to those whole live in the neighborhood. Prices can go by hourly rates. Because of the price point, the beds are crappy. Really uncomfortable to sleep in. Recommended for short trips or some alone time for couples. In terms of food selection there is nothing that great at the hotel. You would have to travel to heartland mall or the eateries there for some good food.

Service isn't bad. Room might need a little more improvement. Several good eateries are within walking distance.

Good location. Room is small but clean. TV has a variety channels from movies to sports. Noise isolation is average. The elevator is old and very shaky.

There are times the price for hourly rate changes and I dont seem to understand why. It would be best to state the change.

The Room was Fairly big… however the toilet was especially cramped. With the bed being hard… VERY HARD. The People at the reception is nice. Very helpful.

Spacious room and toilet. Nice interior compared to other budget hotel.

It is a budget hotel. Nothing fanciful, would consider it to be spacious for a sleeping place at night.

Notbad for a budget hotel, The front desk is very friendly & helpful Excellent services.

Although fragrance is more expensive but 81 room is more bigger n better. It quite clean. But the Wi-Fi is quite bad if u were located at the end. Should make the signal and network stronger and also should soundproof the room cause it a transit hotel n people intend to get very noisy at night. It a bit disturbing to hear loud moaning. Overall very good.

There is a indian coffee shop thats all.

It is right next to Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre and there is a Indian Prata shop next to it too. Bus stop is very nearby and the Serangoon MRT station is just 2 stops away. Very convenient.

Hi Hotel Bayi Kovan, very sorry to tell you that in 30/06/2017, 5 floor time is 10 o ' clock in the morning to beat, full beat of one hours affected my quiet space, if you want to decorate the hotel at the counter to tell the guest or posted by the informed meeting, Your company suddenly such a knock to imagine a similar demolition of the building lodgers how can sleep? One more thing to improve is your staff's response because I have to call 3 to stop this nightmare. I hope your hotel will be inspired by this event. Thank you!

I go to the prata shop there all the time. I love the food and service there. The 7-11 is also very convinient.

May I know what is the receptionist job? When 1st check in before time up SURE will have reminder call. After I extend 1 more hour than Staff won't call? Or not even ask customer wanna to have reminder call? Just know how to ASK customer to pay extra amount? And told me that I never tell them to give a reminder call. So as a customer should I ask the STAFF and not the STAFF should ask or let customer know? So Hotel 81 STAFF is not well train enough at all or this is what Hotel 81 STAFF serve their customer? What do you think of it? THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK. One word five letters one meaning = WORST/LOUSY.

Worst hotel all dirty and all stuff unfriendly I hate this hotel.

I stay almost 2months here. And service of all the staff here is good.

Nothing have word very good.

Room are clean! And friendly staff.

Seattle no enough so many customers are standing an hour.
