Very nice room. Specially mainly for couples. Option to bath in the room or outside.

Spacious rooms, great for events. Ambience is amazing, customer service is one of the best i've experienced.

Nice concept, but dated rooms! Our room was not meeting the requirements of a four star hotel. We have visited another 4 star in the same price range, even a bit cheaper and we can tell for sure that the quality of the other was by far better. Problems: Bathroom was quite old, constantly strange smells from the bathroom sinks. Everything was very much used and badly maintained. Thus it seemed to be a bit dirty too. Noisey due to a bar in the same building and parties. Positive: comfy bed, included mini bar, good location.

Very interesting Hotel. The shower cabin was in the middle of the room. No breakfast.

Beautiful room and facilities.

Overall hotel aesthetics are acceptable, hotel room's bed is comfy and spacious. Just that the service was not commendable because of lack of communication and basic service etiquette (I. E. Greetings, door service, etc). However, the overall stay was okay because the bathtub was amazing.

Love it so much. Super cosy and comfortable. Bed is very soft and lovely. Window is nice too with great view.

Booked a one night stay at Oasis Suite. Everything was perfect including the outdoor jacuzzi that's was very impressive.

Stayed overnight in a suite. Facilities were good, open concept shower area. There was even a jaccuzi in the room. There is a bar called Fabrica at level 17 if you want to have drinks but it opens till 1am even on a Friday night.

The Jacuzzi and bathtub was excellent. Movie channels is okay just that if it was in HD will be better! The rest of the amenities are excellent too. But aircon was leaking so that's about it.

The room is nice and the service is good.

Stay was great, nice staff, nothing much to complaint about. Great place for ocasion.

Had a good dinner at Hareloom. Interesting menu!

Lovely outdoor jacuzzi at the suites.

Absolutely loved every minute of my stay at Klapstar. The room was so spacious and beautiful and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The location is great as well — within 10 minutes I walked to Chinatown. I hope one day I will be back.

Visited Klapstar on 9 may 2017. Was greeted warmly and professionally by Mr Arce. He personally showed me to my room, Ocean Suite. Love the open bathroom concept! Double wash basins, open shower, open bathtub and a view from the toilet which I find it interesting watching people down the street, rushing to work maybe,
while I'm in the toilet. The jacuzzi is great though it is needed to be scrub at the bottom. The king size bed and pillows were great! there's no room service however you can get food or others and many near location. I personally would like to recommend this suite if you want to have a staycation and splurge a bit. It's worth it. Different and great experience. Parking is free too!

Got "handy" phone, buy many tickets to singapore tourist attraction, much cheaper. Even international call and local call, mobile internet is also free. We buy SEA aquarium adult tickets only 20.9 plus 5 food voucher. Room is clean and nice.

The moment we walked in to "The Oasis", we felt the coziness! The wide white king-sized bed was so inviting, and its sealy mattress was comfortable max! The attached balcony gave us a feel of outdoor expanse yet so private. Love the 2-sink open concept which makes its usage so convenient too. The aroma of coffee from its in-room Nespresso coffeemaker was heavenly. Certainly a good respite from daily grinds.

Watch out for the gigantic metallic dome structure in the hotel lobby, you might think you'd wandered into the world of Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Friendly personel, beatifull luxurious designed rooms and very good breakfast!

Very bad experience! Worst hotel stay I ever had. Totally disappointed n short changed! We had a complimentary company 1 night stay in this hotel. My family of 4 was given a room with a so called queen sized bed which is more like a super-single! Initially I Thot this was the standard of the hotel n was disappointed coz it was just a basic simple room. The bathroom drainage was bad. My kids were standing on pool of water to shower. When I called to ask for change of room, the receptionist suggested to send a personnel to clear the drainage n it improved a little. When I asked for change of room again, the receptionist told me the last room was taken by a walk in n no room to change! I asked for extra bed so at least my hubby some space to sleep. There was just one extra bed which was oredy given to other guest. Later when I saw the room of my co — worker then I realised it was the worst room I was given. It was actually room for handicapped. Best part the receptionist (later found that she is a supervisor) told me by square area this is the biggest room! I supposed I was not given the priority to change coz walk in fetched better room rate? Is this the way hotel operate to ensure maximum profit? The only thing they could do is said sorry n nothing else. U want nice hotel stay? Reconsider!
