Enjoyed our buffet dinner cum birthday celebration at Princess Terrace today! I love the kunyit glutinous rice (very soft) & chicken curry We were served by a very outstanding staff whose name is Sathish (Hope I spelled it ✅) He made our dining experience an absolutely terrific one. In general, staff was nice the only down side is the kueh pie ti counter — there was no one there to serve had to wait a while until finally someone came to serve (but his service was sub-par).

I am a regular customer of connection lounge and very disappointed with the manager, had order few jug of beer but not full when serve, he say is like that, but I go many other club is always full jug, he advised me to order mug in future so I can have a full mug. How many mug I have to order when I have a group of friends here. Is this the way you serve your customers?

Nothing was easy, I aske 24hrs in advance for a late check out and recd no word until arrived at hotel to be told that no late check out was available. Staff were not friendly or helpful, there were no towels in the transit area and we were made to feel unwelcome when asked for towels. The Milinium club was a joke and gave us nothing, couldn’t use the club room. Overall not a very good experience.

Hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly, just like all of Singapore! Very close to the waterfront, and walking distance to just about everything!

What an absolutely amazing hotel in Singapore! There is a restaurant on the lobby floor that serves breakfast and dinner every morning or night. The pool is amazing and there are changing rooms, a steam bath, a sauna and a jacuzzi to enjoy. The fitness center is a great place to workout and exercise. There are plenty of restaurants to eat close by the water just across the street from the hotel. There are bars and nightclubs down the block as well that are walking distance. The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I travel back to Singapore. Thank you!

Really lovely hotel. Very clean, fluffy towels, great pool, small gym, very friendly staff, fab breakfast with lots of choice. Room has a safe and fridge and bottled water is provided each day — 1 per person. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shower cap, toothbrush and paste provided. Public buses go from outside regularly in various directions and the hotel has a shuttle bus to China town and a couple of other places a few times a day.

The hotel is located in Clarke quay. It has wheel chair accessibility. They are providing charge free baggage storage. The hotel is promoting the environment friendly attitudes. Rooms have locker facility. Staffs there are very friendly.

It's a nice hotel to stay… Room rent is little bit high but rooms are in a very good condition. There is a swimming pool to chill plus there's a pub inside. Breakfast is very good. Dinner is also good but difficult for a vegetarian here as almost everything has meat in it. Employees bare also very helpful here.

Stayed here for three nights. Poor Service. Very Small Bathrooms. Tubs Fitted are just like KID's Bathing tub. You can find good hotels in Singapore at same price. Try some another before booking this hotel.

Shuttle bus service is very convenient. Nearby to Chinatown. Pool is nice. Shower pressure is good. Staff are friendly.

Good and clean rooms. The rooms have an Indian plug too. The breakfast was okay and the bathrooms are very crammed. There is no health faucet either. The beds are super fluffy and comfy. The views are great as well.

Had lunch at Princess Terrace and the buffet spread while limited was of good quality. The desserts were especially nice. Would recommend!

It's clean and service is good. All was well except for the lobby, I was waiting so I tried to find a place to sit. But there were only a few outside the hotel. Non air conditioned. It was pretty hot.

I used to stay here all night. The rooms are tastefully furnished and comfortable the next day there is a great breakfast waiting for you to have a good breakfast and a cup of coffee. A big le of life then go to the swimming pool bubble water, sports …

Nice hotel just a little dated around the edges. Rooms at the rear can suffer a little from noise from the large Air conditioning plant at the rear. Pool small but not busy during our stay. Bit short on somewhere to sit in the room! Had a balcony but no table or Chairs, a bit pointless really.

-hotel staff promised that my deposit would be returned so I paid extra It was charged to my card, my deposit was never returned. Another hotel staff told me deposit in case of damages could not be returned back to customer. -also note that there were no damages — and check out was fine except that they refuse to return my deposit. -hotel frontline was rather moody throughout the 3 days of my stay and not only to me but to other foreigners who did not speak good English. -Bathroom had soap scum -i commend the housekeeping staff though. They were nice. Regardless, frontline staff needs to be properly trained.

Not a bad hotel with monotonous food. Lunch, dinner are the same thing every day. Nearby the hotel Furama, twice had to live in it, definitely more interesting. And the numbers are better.

I come almost every once a yr but this CNY I went twice because some mis arrangement n food was so so BUT Thumb up for the Staffs as they were polite and friendly. Ytd I lost my appetite n vomited when I ate the fried fish with sauce dish, it's not fresh n smelled. N I had nothing beside the soup which helps to soothe my stomach.

Conveniently located close to shopping areas and city. Hardly can see any river. Staff is helpful and professional. Buffet has a good spread n tasty. Rooms are little congested but kept nicely. Enjoyed my stay.

We ate at the Penang buffet at the restaurant on the ground floor. Food was good, we enjoyed the satay and most of the other foods offered. The desserts were very good. Only point to improve on would be the plates. I believe over the years, they've become marked and, while immaculately clean, could initially look dirty. Due to this, we saw several people take plates and then immediately set them aside after.

Was there for a wedding lunch. Food was nice. But ballroom has pillars in the middle which blocked partial view. It would have been a 4 stars rating if not for the fact that there was no chairs at the lobby. Elderly parents had to stand while waiting for taxi.

Nice place to stay. One of the best hotel in town. Very recommended. Big room. Clean. Good water. Nice receptionist. Good restaurant. Everytime to go Singapore must be stay in this hotel. Awesome.!

Great service. Good space. Good food. Extra free phone to use. Good view. Literally no negatives. It is great and this is where I would stay if I visited Singapore again.

Convenient location. Facilities clean. Gym well kept but equipment minimal, no bar bells. Food at terrace is underwhelming, breakfast variety is very much limited. 4 stars though for the prompt service when required.

We signed up our wedding package during the BOWs exhibition held in January 2017 as we have seen quite a number of good reviews from the internet on the food and Ivan. However to our dismay, we have since change 4 banquet manager. Due to the high turn over, we started to be worried for our special day as the dates are nearing and worried that we may have another person again. Jason who was our last banquet manager assured us that he will ensure that we will be properly taken care of till our wedding day. Although his take over were short but he has been very prompt on both his follow up and reply. We have no problem dealing with as our special day got nearer where he ensure that everything are well taken care. On the actual day, everything went very smoothly where the entire staff were very helpful and prompt. Our feedback on especially the food were awesome where everyone is amaze on the quality of the food despite the demand. The positive feedbacks from our guests from both foreign and local were simply amazing. They have never eaten any wedding dinner that is so delicious and filling despite the volume. As our primary selection is on food, Chef Ho was part of the reason why we chose Copthorne King Hotel and indeed, we did not regret this decision. We are glad that we have chosen this hotel for our wedding where we would like to thank Jason and Chef Ho once again for making our wedding night so successful and memorable for us :).

From booking online, reception, the evening canapés and drinks, the room, pool complex including sauna, steam room etc and the included breakfast excellent is the only comment I can make.
Oh a late check out was also allowed.

Given a free voucher to stay for a night, however was placed next to some renovations. The renovations only stop after 5pm. Made use of the gym which is very small with little equipment. The bed is comfortable and the room is carpeted. There is not much view from my room.

I was given a room for two though I was alone. The room was so cozy and I had all that I needed. The bath tub was a plus! A digital safe was stashed in a closet with the dresser. Lots of towels and they change it frequently. There was a complimentary mobile phone which you can use and it's already connected to the hotel's Wi-Fi. You can browse the hotel's facilities and services through the phone and you may also bring it with you if you don't have one or if you don't have a local simcard. You will have to pay the hotel though if you lose it or if you damage it in any way. The buffet at Princess Terrace Cafe was great! Loved the breakfast! Great hotel ambiance. Service was excellent with friendly Filipino staff at the front desk. ❤

This hotel is famous for it's local food. Location is just outside the CBD. Most of the staff are knowledgeable and also do positive recommendation.

Had stayed for few hour before joinning merchant navy, had a great service and staff were good. Food was better but not spicy, as I am indian I like little spicy. Overall 4 star.

Attended a workshop and had lunch at Copthorne King's. The hotel was nicely tucked away in a location a bit out of the city area albeit still walkable. Drove there and parking space was aplenty. Understood they have shuttle service as well available to and fro multiple locations. Lunch was enjoyable and the buffet spread was decent. I love the teh halia and the ice kacang. Service was impeccable. Staff were polite and attentive to every needs.

Great premises with a big variety for breakfast! The swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna give a relaxing taste in your staying at this hotel.

Went to my cousin wedding at this hotel. The food at their restaurant was of good standard. Hotel rooms were clean and great place to stay in general.

Cute little neighborhood hotel. Love the Penang buffet. Authentic delicacies with varieties. Romantic intimate high tea with great views coffee & tea.

Service was impeccable. Feel of the hotel interior is posh, though seemingly old on the outside. Location where this hotel is situated is amazingly convenient with beautiful river sights.

Real nice stay. Didn't have food at the hotel as was only staying for a few days and wanted to eat out. Was impressed with the service and the free complimentary 4G mobile phone with unlimited data. Great for if you don't want to use data roaming on your own phone.

We just held our wedding at the hotel in February 17 and our coordinator was Ivan. He was one of the very few coordinators whom we felt really comfortable with. We booked the venue one year in advance and he was very attentive, sincere, patient, efficient to all our needs and has never failed to answer our enquiries promptly from the beginning to the end of preparation. We were honoured to have him personally there during our wedding night and I think the entire team has done… a very good job in making sure the banquet runs smoothly. Ivan understands the needs of the couple and made sure that no stressed was given to the bride on the wedding night itself and that was probably why I have enjoyed the banquet. In fact it was the most enjoyable and relaxing part of the wedding day! I was worried that there wasn't enough time for me to change to my 3rd outfit but Ivan remembered it, keep track of the time really well, to make sure that I was able to change. The food was awesome! quality was not affected despite the demand in quantity on that night and we have also received positive feedbacks from our guests that dinner was very filling. Chef Ho was part of the reason why we chose Copthorne King Hotel and indeed, we did not regret choosing. Post wedding service from both the hotel and Ivan was as good as pre wedding period and therefore we are glad that we have chosen this hotel for our wedding.

Big big thumbs up for Ivan Tan! He make our wedding day a pleasant one! We only have 3 months to prepare for our wedding and it is definitely a rush one. He listens to each of our single request and tries his best to make them happen. He is present on the day the coordination of the dinner banquet have been more than great! He often check back to make sure that everything is in order and that we are ok with everything. … Previously, we did mention that the suite rooms are a little dated and he put additional effort to surprise us with a recently furbished one. I would love to give him more stars if that is possible, but 5 is the most of facebook.
I will definitely recommend friends and families to hold their wedding in this hotel and make sure that they are under the care of Ivan. Thank you Ivan!

I stay in this hotel in March 2016. Room was clean, and staffs were friendly. There are shopping malls and small riverbed in 10 minute distance.

Lunch buffet is good. Room is ok. If Receptionist can smile to guest, it will be better.

Did much research to ensure Wi-Fi and early check in was ok. And separately emailed to confirm this at booking a month before. Said we would be coming from a 27 hr flight and transit. Massive number of rooms and no matter how much we discussed till blue in the face, they "politely" didnt care & would not give us early check in. Hotel miles from anywhere so walked along the "highway" and low end of the city to pass time. Got to room & internet was so slow and didnt work more than it did. Had to move rooms. Still not much better. They really didnt want to know nor did they care that the 2 things we booked the room for they lied about. And they would not do anything to try to resolve. We were told that it was chinese owned and newly into the capilaist world, customer service and satisfaction just was not a consideration for them unlike the singapoeans who were so different about customer service. Very expensive and wish we;d stayed somewhere else — rest of the city is beautiful.

So love the Penang buffet. Very decent hotel in a reasonably good location.

Pathethic. Food is really pathethic. It serves the exactly same menu for morning to dinner everyday. The staff also have some real attitude problem. Rooms are fine as per the budget and housekeeping standards are well maintained. But if you planning a vacation Never spoil it by checking here.

Buffet breakfast was cold and lacked variety for western food, shower in delux room was very poor no water pressure wouldn't stay on shower and temperature was warm at best. Lack of chairs to sit on in foyer whist waiting for transfers, shuttle bus etc, staff not unfriendly but not enthusiastic either. Their only bar closed on Sunday. The only thing going for it was the shuttle bus that picked up and dropped off at major shopping venues so you didn't have to pay for a taxi all the time.
