Review of Copthorne King's Hotel Singapore on Havelock 4*

We just held our wedding at the hotel in February 17 and our coordinator was Ivan. He was one of the very few coordinators whom we felt really comfortable with. We booked the venue one year in advance and he was very attentive, sincere, patient, efficient to all our needs and has never failed to answer our enquiries promptly from the beginning to the end of preparation. We were honoured to have him personally there during our wedding night and I think the entire team has done… a very good job in making sure the banquet runs smoothly. Ivan understands the needs of the couple and made sure that no stressed was given to the bride on the wedding night itself and that was probably why I have enjoyed the banquet. In fact it was the most enjoyable and relaxing part of the wedding day! I was worried that there wasn't enough time for me to change to my 3rd outfit but Ivan remembered it, keep track of the time really well, to make sure that I was able to change. The food was awesome! quality was not affected despite the demand in quantity on that night and we have also received positive feedbacks from our guests that dinner was very filling. Chef Ho was part of the reason why we chose Copthorne King Hotel and indeed, we did not regret choosing. Post wedding service from both the hotel and Ivan was as good as pre wedding period and therefore we are glad that we have chosen this hotel for our wedding. We would like to Thank Ivan once again for making our wedding night so successful and memorable for us :)
