Quiet unique hotel and the ambiance is so relaxing. With very friendly and helpful staff as well. Just experienced a little mishap — they missed the banner I requested to be setup inside the room as a surprise for my goddaughter, but they were so quick and creative to make up for it by coming up with their way of surprising us with more than what we actually expected. Overall, still the best hotel for me so far.

Amazing amazing place! I come here every year, most especially on my birthday. Capella will always make you feel the most exclusive, important guest. Cannot recommend this place enough. Capella also offers Brompton bicycles that you can ride around the island Food at Cassia is also to die for!

Love it that the doggies can play in the pool villas. And for being pet friendly and being carted around in the golf buggy — humans and dogs The villas have space for them to run around.

Whether it is staycation, getaway or the place where we are making our vows, this hotel will indeed leave sweet memories for anyone. Such a joyful and fantastic experience that we got during our stay and solemnisation.

My husband and I booked a package to celebrate our wedding anniversary / staycation with our cats. We had the most amazing time there, all the staffs are so friendly and helpful, the restaurants all serve delicious food and every single meals during our stay we had received wedding anniversary celebration and wishes from all staffs from multiple restaurants. Absolutely love our stay there and will definitely return in the future.

Our 2D1N stay at Capella Singapore may have been really short, but it was personally my best ever hotel experience! This hotel certainly lives up to its stellar reputation. All the staff were so professional, friendly, and welcoming to all of us start to end, especially to my 8-month pregnant wife and to our dog named Tiger! Director of Rooms Shivan Pillay went the extra mile in making our stay so enjoyable; we appreciated the special touches all around including the sparkling tea and much more! Kenneth on 6/3/2022 walked us to a special lift so my heavily pregnant wife didn't need to walk down the stairs after our morning yum cha breakfast at Cassia (the delicious yum cha ala carte buffet was such a huge highlight of our staycation). Audrey made our day as well while she led the build your own bobba session on 6/3/2022 (we absolutely loved Capella version’s of bubble tea). Cheryl was super friendly during our heritage tour on 5/3/2022 where we learned interesting historical moments from the 1800’s and even the 2018 Trump-Kim summit; she even allowed our dog to join along for the outdoor segments! By the way, there is also delightful daily afternoon tea available for guests from 3 to 5pm at The Living Room, a venue which holds a lot of history. The hotel room was spacious with a comfortable bed and beautiful toilet. We particularly appreciated the beautiful view of the swimming pools and surrounding lush greenery from our 5th floor room.

We loved our experience at this hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom villa with a private pool. These villas are very spacious and with quality fixtures and fittings. We went to the restaurants and outdoor bar (both night) …… absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to a future stay! One of the best hotels!

It was our 2nd time back at Capella. As usual, their service never fails. In fact, it was better than previously. We had the opportunity to cross paths with so many helpful, thoughtful and just purely great staffs! I’d really like to mention a few names: • Shivan (check-in staff) • Kenneth (butler) • Aunty Hoon (waitress) • Sous Chef Kenny Thank you to each & everyone of you for making our stay a memorable one. My only suggestion is to have a halal menu for Muslim customers like me. We will definitely be back for a third time. Great hotel, better staff! Good job! ❤️

Thanks for upgrade to Sentosa Suite. A beautiful room with great views, better than the Constellation Suite that we stayed previously (my personal view) As usual, impeachable service from the staff. Special shout out to Cheryl who brought us to the suite and Sarah who serve us in the Knolls. U guys made our stay that much more memorable!

Went there for a staycation with our 2 Corgis. They are very welcoming of pets. Every single service staff is extremely welcoming and most remembered my name. We dined in the villa most times and the staff whom brought the food always laid it out nicely for us. What a fantastic ’holiday’ and I’m sure our pets wanna be back again. 🐶🐶

This is our 2nd staycation at Capella Singapore and always leave (with great reluctance) and take home fabulous memories with us. Working in the same hospitality industry, I must say that the service here is TOP notch! The staff are super attentive and friendly, towards both me and my furry baby. They ensure all prior arrangements made before my stay were delivered seamlessly and hassle free. We love our amenities, both for Chiobu and myself. The personalised bed with her name on it was so special. In-Room dining team was superb, nothing was too much trouble for them. Plus the food was glorious! Thank you team Capella! Thank you Gracia Tan! Thank you Mr Fernando Gibaja! We will be back… soon.

Our second stay and nothing’s changed — this hotel is classy and luxurious beyond words. Felt bummed that I had The Flow coz I enjoy using the spa amenities buuut they provided tampons! It’s really in the littlest details. Top notch staffs and exceptional service. Always feel rejuvenated upon checking out. Will definitely be back ☺️

Everything in this hotel is exceptional but what truly stands out is the impeccable service from all staff members. Special mention to Chef David Senia for being so approachable and preparing the most delicious and impressive meal, and assistant manager Vikneswaran for going out of his way multiple times to ensure that we were well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and luxurious. Everything from the facilities to the service was absolutely faultless. We will definitely come back to stay in Capella!

The Capella Resort is in a class of its own. Superior standards and quality. Service excellence, friendly, warm, courteous and ever helpful staff made my stay absolutely perfect! This is a resort I would definately stay at again if I return to Singapore.
Having travelled abroad extensively, I must say, the Capella is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in and was a winner all round. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay :)

My friends planned a surprise birthday celebration at the knolls for me recently and the service was immaculate and attentive. It was one of the most exceptional dining experiences I have had in Singapore and trust me, I dine out very often. The chef came out to take our orders and when I couldn't decide if I wanted the Wagyu steak or the Barramundi, he actually offered to give me a tasting portion of the Barramundi (such a generous portion too! ) We ordered a mezze platter t…o share and a main course each, and they insisted we try their truffle mushroom soup on the house which they served in little espresso cups (too cute! ). If not for the fact that we four girls have small appetites we would have ordered the soup as well, it was so yummy! For dessert, they gave us a small birthday cake and a bouquet of hydrangea flowers … I've never been so spoilt by a dining establishment… You guys officially have spoilt the market … Well done! :) )
Ps. One small thing to improve, it will be great if the tips were reflected on the receipt as well!

High tea at the Cassia and a walkabout the Capella estate. A fine Cantonese dim sum and lovely service. Great for a weekend getaway.

Located in Sentosa Island of Singapore, this Club Residence is an ideal place for gatherings and conferences. Providing spacious venue for conference, as well as great food, it also has majestic views and ambiance. If not for conference, you can have a pleasure of stay and be facilitated with their royal hospitality. Dip in their pool and enjoy the view at the restaurant and their bar.

The massage at the spa was very professional. I felt very relaxed. It's a good place to take a break. What was even better was that they served very healthy food for tea. It is also easily accessible with the shuttle service.

Had lunch at Cassia inside Capella Hotel, it is one of the best Cantonese fine dining in Singapore. Restaurant Manager Bryan provided excellent service, and was able to answer our questions on the dishes and beverages. When we could not finish our food, Bryan offered to help us take away. The soup was flavourful, with fresh premium ingredients. Excellent food and top notch service makes this restaurant an excellent choice for business lunches.

One of the best resort hotels in Singapore… a hidden gem! Fantastic bar and restaurant! Highly sophisticated central system that controls everything in the room. Luxurious amenities, perfect for a honeymoon or just a relaxing getaway. LOVE everything but I think our room was haunted haha. Kidding (maybe, maybe not). :-) ) )

Had lunch at the Knolls. Beautiful area with great quality food. However, it was a little pricey. Overall a great experience.

As we near the end on our eight day stay at Capella I can comment that we have be constantly impressed by the level of service we have received at Capella. Aside from the standard five star treatment you would expect, it has been the little personal touches that have made Capella a resort that you would gladly recommend to friends and relatives. The size of our villa and private pool have been large enough that our children have chosen to stay in the private surrounds of our room most days, rather than venture to the family pool. House keeping staff have quietly tidied around us each day, learning our preferences to restock the complimentary mini bar and leaving ample products to enable us to dry off our two children who have been flitting between the pool, outdoor bath and shower. At breakfast, food and beverage staff have learnt our seating preferences and surprised our children with custom, novelty pancakes with good morning written in chocolate. When I came down with a cold during our stay I was delivered a pot of soothing lemon and honey tea with my breakfast. Dinner each night has been a relaxing affair at The Knolls. We have tried to go out to other restaurants but it is difficult to go past sitting out in the warm night air, on the terrace, looking out over the pool and ocean. Both food and service has been exceptional and personal. Each staff member was happy to take the time to chat, learn our preferences and nothing has been a problem.

My quaint little hide away. Fell in love with the place since I was introduced to the place. Quiet, cooling and a great selection of drinks, desserts and cigar for chilling! Will definitely come back again!

Awesome place to be for a wedding. Circular hall is rather unique and the food is good. Large open space outside for cocktails and canapés.

Rooms are fantastic and the circular ballroom was interesting and lovely. Shuttle service available to vivocity and hotel was located very near the entrance to the island. Great service, as usual.

This honeymoon experience was beyond amazing. From the minute we stepped foot into this heaven like hotel, we were greeted with the friendliest staff however one staffer stood out beyond the word great. Her name is Camille. She was our assistant and we highly recommend to get her assistantce at your stay. Thank you Capella and Camille.

Beautiful hard product across the board, great amenities and facilities. Amazing spa. However, had a very poor arrival experience with staff making promises to call about a second room we had booked requiring multiple reminders and we didn't get the call we had requested. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, as a cheaper alternative such as the W or St Regis gives better service, though maybe without the absolute design pizzazz.

My family and I had a terrible experience here. We came here for a long weekend get away and booked two villas. We were given key to one villa. And asked to wait for the key of second villa. The key never come. We were not told that we have to wait this long. Make many calls and the answer is that they are checking. This experience totally ruined our long weekend. We ended up just sitting around and wait. Never have a chance to see what the hotel has to offer. Honestly don't know what this hotel is all about. Probably the worst resort experience I had. Never before that we had this kind of bad experience with a resort that claim to be the leading hotel in Singapore. We have been to many luxury hotel/resort in the regions. Never have this kind of bad experience before.

Had a very good experience. I had Chinese food for Dinner. Even my friends around felt same that food is average and just normal. Highly overrated food. The environment and service is good. Enjoyed overall.

Bob's bar was amazing. The ambience was incredible. The live band with the suitable music genre playing, the breezes from the sea, the occasional passing of live peacocks, the fabulous drinks, everything is perfect.

Firstly, the service here is excellent. The hotel is located on a hill, and is not really elderly friendly, as you have to climb down many flights of stairs to get to the beach. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel's staff were very nice and friendly. It is a good place to stay in Sentosa. There are 3 swimming pools and they are all well maintained.

A great moment thanks to the French chef who this afternoon made an exceptional brunch, with a dish with divine truffles… congratulations!

Review in respect of restaurant The Knolls Have only eaten breakfast here and sitting outdoors Highly recommended if you've friends or clients with spare time as this makes a great spot for an outside breakfast with views over the pool and vegetation down to the straits sea Breakfast ala carte choice is good and always well prepared. Wine menu is good and the champagne with breakfast goes well and after you've enjoyed that they are — one of a only a few places found — able to make a very good Pimms in a jug and using fresh fruits and vegetables On a hot morning this makes for a good spot and liquid breakfast And then it makes for a good location to walk the short stroll to 1-15 marina and/or the other direction to rasa.

One of the best place to have a staycation. Peaceful and serene, lush and luxurious. Great breakfast selection available and wonderful service by the staff.

The hotel has been reputable for its product and service standards, unfortunately it is showing some signs of wear and tear as it hasn't gone through an extensive refurbishment. Nonetheless still the best hotel on sentosa island.

I came to ask for a tour round the facility for my wedding celebration and wanted to see rooms that could fit 20 for solemnisation and I was told that the hotel had a no party policy and the none of the rooms could fit 20pax. What rubbish! My Friend did her birthday party here some time back and it was ok. I'm disappointed how the hotel staff communicated this to me. What a turn off!

Very poor service generally speaking and housekeeping was appalling! Also, wasn't impressed when the electricity went off in the middle of the night, which meant the emergency lighting came on at 3a. M. Couldn't call the front desk to tell them the fuse needed to be taken care of because phones not working. Also, this is the only luxury hotel I've stayed at where the breakfast wasn't included in the, tremendous, price. Not worth the money. The shining star was the spa. The treatments (thai massage) were out of this world.

During check in there are 2 guests pissing at the check out counter, doesn't seem good to me. I had 2 nights stay at the villa, 2 nights having electric short circuit problem. The hotel staffs are too talkative, try to create a conversation to me as they can which is not comfortable to me. The breakfast is super! I enjoy it a lot! Must order the pancake and the Egg Benedict!

Stayed in villa Room is amazing. Everything else awful. Last guests room service tray was outside my villa when we arrived and was still there hours later despite having our own room service collected. I had to call and ask them to move it eventually. Room service food arrived cold and order wrong twice. Ordered a Mercedes car service to take us to airport, they forgot to order. We were late and luckily someone arrived in a taxi so we took it. They don't have a clue how to run a 5 star hotel. I stay in hotels 1/2 my life with my job as a dj. Won't be staying again.

#1sttime@Capella. Hotel called us few days in advance to announce we had a free upgrade to a "seaview suite". Upon arrival we discovered a bedroom without seaview at all (view on big palm trees, sea was behind) whereas the standard room have unblock view. So very first impression was disappointing. Having said that staff was charming, library is just perfect, cassia restaurant is very nice and swimming pools are really incredible. Bikes are available in the hotel. Just ensure your room is on high floor (above the trees) ;-) and don't miss the Spa!

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. Loved every bit of it from their colonial architecture to their lovely plush large villas with plunge pools, their three swimming pools, their library, their gardens spotted with peacocks, their hospitable staff. Lovely stay.

Modern design, huge area space. Everything provided is top notch. The view of the sea from the room is surreal. Not to mention, Capella buffet breakfast is amazing. Good customer service as well. Thumbs up!

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. Have no idea about the price because we were invited but it was absolutely magnificent, despite the electrical socket falling out of the wall (! ). The staff were charming, friendly, helpful, no request was too difficult, and despite the ambience, no arrogance that usually goes with a hotel of this calibre. Definitely returning.
