Close to the station and bugis street. Clean. If you are only looking for a place to sleep, this place is a good bargain.

Comfortable, good for a low budget with A/C, room services, lockers, TV etc.

Its a good hotel if u need a room only for sleep. They have water heater, Wi-Fi, most important its in middle of the city. Just 5 mins to rochor mrt station, 50 m to get local food.

Decent hotel. Clean & neat. But no room service.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, sangat dekat dengan 2 stasiun MRT. Disamping hotel persis ada supermarket 24 jam. Pelayanan sangat memuaskan, semua staf hotel ramah dan sangat membantu. Kamar lumayan besar untuk ukuran hotel di Singapore, fasilitas lengkap dan bersih. Kekurangan hanya ada di AC, sayang pengaturan suhu harus melalui resepsionis (tidak bisa diatur dari kamar).

The staff was friendly, unfortunately that doesn't make up for the stuffy, soggy amd smelly rooms. Don't expect to get any fresh air as the windows are bolted shut.

Value for money as a budget hotel although the room is small but clean, location is great.

Good location. Close to two MRT Stations. Many restaurants and supermarkets closeby. Decent and clean triple room with a balcony. However the hospitality and attitude of the staff can be improved.

Asked for non smoking, horrible smell of cigarette smoke in room. Way too expensive for this ran down place, definitely not a hotel more like a gueshouse or hostel. No night stand, AC fance and temperature is constant no matter want to set at. Very noisy from other guests.

Great location (within walking distance of two MRT stations), friendly staff, and clean rooms, albeit without any frills. Excellent value for your money.

Good hotel at good location. It is easily accessible with nearby MRT station, Rochor MRT station is just 200 meter from hotel. Good affordable rooms with in room coffee and tea making machines. If needed they can make arrangements for sightseeing. We can have plenty of dining options nearby. As this hotel is in little India we can get plenty of Indian dining options. Mustafa market is also near which is open 24/7. We can find good sightseeing options near to hotel as well. Only drawback is that room size is small, need to improve in hygiene, no bar fridge is available, sometimes it is bit noisy outside at night.

Strategic place, near bugis and little india. 200m from MRT station jalan besar, lots of food court arround.

Central place for staying. Good and cheap food restaurant near. Not much for comfort but good for sleeping. Clean rooms and very helpful reception.

Not bad for an 80$ overnight stay, but no window (at all), very humid, very small, but also very clean, and well situated. Staff was very polite and friendly.

They rent room for hourly or night basis. Mostly the local people come here with their boyfriend or girlfriend for dating or night staying. It is shameful for a family as tourist staying here.

If just for a sleep. Good enough. But if you expect more, just go find other expensive ones. Once I heard female hardly moaning "ah ah aaahhh. " from another room. Adult movie?

Best Budget Hotel across the road of Sim Lim Square. Clean, Safe, Good food around. But don't show cash in the public.

Very convenient location, little India, Sim Lim Square are right there. Very small rooms and tight quarters — but as one should expect in this price range in Singapore.

HATE THIS HOTEL! We stayed for 3 night at this Hotel. They said non smoking hotel, but when we first came, from the lift, through the aisle (4th floor) to our room we smell a strong cigarette scent. The room is small, no fridge, no toothpaste, no safe deposit box and no windows. At our second day, the staff cleans our room, but they dont clean our cups. And when we asked nicely, a night staff came to our room and angry about our complain. He challanges us to prove that the cups is dirty. He even said that we should clean our cup OURSELF! Can you imagine that?

Good Hotel. Clean, tidy but no fridge and no window. About 3-5 minutes walk to the nearest station. BUGIS station. Near Sim Lim Square and convenient to eat. Food Courts and hawker centres nearby.
