Awesome place and cheap food for Japanese. Love it. Don’t understand why so many picky Singaporeans whining about every single thing like they need to be treated like a king. Price is also very fair and cheap. Stop crying you salty losers.

A different hangout from your usual getting over used to hangout place.

Hotel was fantastic. Staff were super helpful. Late check out. Delivered our food/ extra pillows/ cutlery for ramen straight to our room in a timely manner. 100% would recommend. Convenient location with bus, taxi and subway within 50m of hotel front door. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Singapore. Keep up the awesome work hotel mi!

We had stay here for 7days n 6 night. Excellent service from the team. A day b4 my check out, receive a chocolate with card. There was a wishes in the card wt the whole team signature. It was so sweet. Tq team for the memorable stay at Singapore ♥️♥️♥️ lots of love from Mr n Mrs Azman from Malaysia.

I really liked this hotel it is correct and clean, breakfast is very delicious. The people at the reception are also very nice and friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Smells nice when you enter the hotel, staff are lovely, location is fantastic to the MRT very easy to use. BUT rooms are very small & the walls are paper thin, you can hear people talking, showering, toilet flushing I had an accessible room and that was ok but the water reached out to the bedroom I think that is a safety issue. No hand towels given & no glasses in the room.

Nice hotel, stuff very friendly, the only problem we had was the room, it was sooo small we couldnt open our luggage, but they change us to another room without a problem, so everybody is happy, is close to shops and restaurants.

Close to the mall. Food court is just over the street. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Rooms are small but clean, and high Tech very nice location too.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in my time but the staff here have exceeded my expectations as far As customer service is concerned. They are fab and deserve my praise. The room is lovely and clean and comfy with all the mod cons, the MRTis next door. There is. 7/11 over the road and the swimming pool on the second floor is lovely would recommend it as a fab place to stay in singApore.

Nice location near to MRT. Food is around the area with 7 Eleven just across the street. Room is small just like other typical Singapore hotels but adequate. Shower is good. Good for solo traveller. I stayed day during my birthday. When I got back to the room, I found the birthday card signed by hotel staff and a box of biscuits. It was so thoughtful. I couldn't stop smiling haha thank you Hotel Mi.

Room was ridiculously small when it was a family deluxe room that was supposed to fit four people. They was a severe lack of space to even walk inside and we could not even open up the luggages. Needless to say the space in the toilet was barely enough to fit a person for a shower and zero space to turn around. There was also no water available inside the room and when I went to ask for water from housekeeping they even doubted me that I was lying to get more water.
What makes it worst is that there is NO FREE PARKING for guests and I got ridiculously charged 24 dollars for parking.

Originally, I was going to stay in this hotel for 3 nights with my friend, but before the trip, my friend was urgently sent to hospital for urgent surgery. So that we had to cancel the Singapore trip.
After communicating with the hotel and expedia for a long period of time, we just received the reply from the hotel saying that since only one of the guests couldn’t go for the trip, they couldn’t do any refund. I think if you were me, you wouldn’t have the mood to travel when your friend got into hospital for urgent surgery, right?
This made me feel really disappointed.
I will never choose this hotel anymore and wont’t recommend it to my family and friends!
