I had booked and paid for a 4 bedded room in this hostel which also claimed to have a shared kitchen online. Upon getting to the hostel, I was shown a room that had 6 beds. It was so tight one could hardly move without running into a piece of furniture so I told them I couldn’t say. They started pleading saying they just put the extra two beds in the room because there will be a sporting event in town over the weekend. I refused and demanded for a refund. They were going to give me half of the money for a six day stay. Of course I refused and reminded them of a weapon called “social media” So they got in touch with the business owner who apologized and ordered them to refund my full money if I didn’t want to stay. I got my money and checked out from these fraudulent set of people.
I had booked a room for 6 people even though I had to book a room for 4 people before the month. There was also a bed bugs in beds, many bug bites of our body bruised our skin and we were allergic for days. Although we showed us the hostel and explained the situation, they did not accept responsibility and wanted half of our money to leave, but they did not give it. (We made a reservation for our 4 night stay at the 2nd night)

I have left my phone charger at the room, when I came back the receptionist called the maid and she said she took the charger home! When I complained about that I got blocked on viber by the owner which said that it was a misunderstanding because the receptionist doesnt have a clue about her work.
