Perfect best place in belgrade.

Worst service ever experienced in Serbia! While the food is great, their wait staff have a lot to learn about customer service. We were seated at our table, waited nearly 30mins to get served meanwhile the wait staff were standing around chatting amongst themselves. Won’t ever go back there.

I’m waiting a server so long. Few of them are passing by me 6-7 times and nobody come to take a order from me. In the place we’re not more than 10 guests so it’s unbelievable that they are such unprofessional.

The hotel is an old building, which can barely be seen from the street as it is nestled between much larger ones. Nevertheless there was some building works going on that didn't disturb us much, unclear if there is an upgrade or maintenance plan going on. I shared a twin room with a friend and the room seemed adequate. Air con worked but the 'directing' part wouldn't move without being tied up, a common problem amongst the guests at the time. Shower was okay though there were not enough screens to prevent spillage. The toilet seat cover was self closing, which made a standing number 1 pretty difficult! The front desk has limited english but very helpful. A number of lifts cover the multiple floors. Excellent city location near to bars and restaurants. Would stay again, could do with a polish.

It's a great location. In the middle. The hotel is quite old, thirty years ago it was probably chic. But, nevertheless, the hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the towels change every day, good breakfasts. Of the significant drawbacks — the old plumbing.

Very dated room with old bathroom. Bathroom kept flooding due to very old plumbing. Location and the view were great.

Nothing great about the place. A so called 3 star hotel. Highly doubt who rated this place as a 3 star.

Excellent location. Rooms are old but clean. Personal is kind. Food average. Cheese chip.

You should not expect too much but otherwise OK. The breakfast is really great and anyway the food. Bathroom is not working in perfect condition though. Beds are comfortable.

Very cool and relaxing place, it's a pleasure to seating in the outside but interior is good to very clean toilets and personal is very good.

I was there 4 days ago. Very old hotel. Relatively clean. Clean sheets. Close to city centre. Water is not always warm. There is no internet in hotel any floor. We totally feel fooled.

Cool, relaxing place. Interior is wonderful. All the best. It's great for night club both and daily visit.

Good: breakfast, clean rooms, location. Bad: everything is in a dire need for reparation and/or renovation.

However, despite the loud disk music at night and that the drain has stank in the bathroom, a good hotel. There are certainly better ones, though.

Woman at the reception was rude for some reason. Rooms are decent. Bathrooms are outdated and not very good. Breakfast was nice. Its quiet and cozy buy nothing special. Best thing is location.

Excellent location. Rooms are furnished in old-fashioned way and somehow remind of 20th century. Extra paid parking is two blocks away. The breakfast is OK. Kind personnel.

The air conditioner in my first room didn't work and when I got switched the second room had a big bug. The Wi-Fi is terrible and insecure. Brahe not proper Wi-Fi. If you say you have Wi-Fi, have working Wi-Fi.

Good hotel. Fantastic position with a great view. However the mobiliar in the room need some investment. The service is fast.

Rooms are not so fancy, building is old, but location makes it good place to stay in.

Good club, good music, nice service, but too many people were allowed to enter in the same time and became crowded. Ventilation was poor, so when we left the club we smelled of an ash tray. Although I strongly recommend this club to be visited! :)

The food was great. We had a good piece of meat. The service was very friendly and also gave us ongoing recommendations.

Very old hotel, one of the oldest in Belgrade. Rooms are not fancy but old and got a spirit of the past times. A view on the 'Belgrade's terrasse' is only possible from a room of this hotel. That is what is worth to see. Breakfast is almost excellent. Price fair for the location.

Shocking place, waste of money. Do you self a favour and stay well away.
