We had to stay as our river cruise ship is broken. The staff are very cheerful and helpful. The fiod is good but as we are a big group we are having buffet style food for supper and it was only lukewarm, not hot, not nice at that temperature.

The staff was wonderful and Jovana at the bar was such a great host… treat her well! Love the place.

I am very often visitor from my early age, and all guests that we recommended Hyatt were very satisfied and pleasantly surprised with ambient and service.

Great hotel, extremely nice staff going out of their way to give you what you want or need. Expensive parking tho, 30€ a day for a garage is a bit steep. Overall, I plan to come back when I'm in Belgrade again.

Great location band very nice rooms. We got the club rooms, so we had breakfast in the 7th floor and the rooms are very comfortable. The gym is very big and with several options to choose.

Simply amazing. I've stayed in the Hyatt for two nights and it was great. The room was very big and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and the ambient was awsome. If we taken the price into consideration then this hotel is a no-brainer. I would definitely stay again there.

Excellent services for a reasonable rate! I like the breakfast buffet with a selection of fresh fruits, the Illy espresso is delicious and the service team on duty is phenomenal!

Club lounge rocks, they serve great variety of healthy foods for the breakfast in the morning, but also during evening hours 6-8pm or so. The views from 7th floor are beautiful. The hotel itself seems to be very modern, lot of space downstairs in the lobby, club rooms are big and clean. The downtown is very nearby and quick drive airport. Very much recommended for business travel.

Luxury at its best. Gorgeous hotel, cosy big modern beautiful room and lovely bathroom. Bed was very comfy. Bedding was so luxurious. Friendly welcoming staff provided an exceptional service. Hospitality in Belgrade is unmatched. Unforgettable desserts and food that tasted decadent and looked like artwork. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to enjoy royal treatment. It’s magnificent.

I booked the Swedish massage for 1 hour. The Lady who gave the massage her name is Maria. The massage was one of the worst massage a get! She rubbed me like a chicken with herbs before it goes in the oven. I asked her to do it more slowly but she didn't do it. Like she was in rush. It was hectic and fast after 10 min I asked to switch off the music cause it was far away from relaxing melody and I don't start to tell you from the green light! She never! Asked me how the pressure is, how I feel and if I have any special part at my body she should treat a bit more, nothing! And at the end she hasn't asked me how it was only " hope you enjoyed bye" I'll never ever get back to this spa and wouldn't recommend it. Don't go there!

Wonderful hotel. Very clean everywhere. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Very kind persons at the front desk. Wonderful breakfast for all! I highly recommend.

Bad organization of the working time between all restaurants and bars. Terrible New year event with no space and with common food table. We was like passengers in submarine. BIG surprise when we are living. 2000 RSD for parking per night (around 18 EUR)

Very elegant place. Although built some 30 years ago, it managed to stay luxurious and contemporary. Rooms are very spacious and bathroom is huge and really clean. Rooms have smallish walk-in closet with ironing board. You can't open the window and air conditioning cannot be turned off. Rooms are non smoking as is almost entire hotel except few tables in the bar. Three elevators are at your disposal. Staff is really cordial. Hotel is close to the centre of the city, while Ušće shopping mall is right across the street. Public transportation is available in the vicinity of the hotel. Worth the money.

A comfortable luxury hotel. Large rooms, very quiet, has a wide range of breakfast buffets. The spa is excellent: swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 5 euro sauna and massages of various kinds. The view from the rooms is not that great. Professional and friendly staff.

Crazy good breakfast. If you are wheat free, ask for the gluten free bread. You will get an amazing corn bread. Room is big, very nice and comfortable. The only thing I would complain about is not being able to open a window. Really nice, big and beautifully designed bathroom.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in the vicinity of highway and city centre. Also excellent for wedding parties! Fully recommended!

The breakfast buffet is great, room was large and they brought in a roll away bed for my son for free. Pool/spa was very good, clean, and provided many amenities like Jacuzzi, weight room, sauna, steam room, nice showers and lockers. Location is good too, right on front of the Usci mall and writhin walking distance to the river and restaurants.

Hotel is well located, has high-end rooms, bathrooms and all accessories that follow its class. Wonderfull spa center with swimming pool; Staff is well trained and know the rules of etiquette; Food? I was speechless what you can get, even if it is offered in the buffet. I consume gluten-free food and the chefs on duty were absolutely great!

Way back in the late 90ties I often accommodated here. Upon the occasion of visiting our Serbian customers. Clean and safe place. One of the best places to stay at Belgrade. Always being welcome. Friendly staff.

Perfect hotel with very good location. Services are at highest level, very nice and clean rooms. I have sleep first time in this hotel 16 years ago, there is no change in quality, even is better.

Really enjoyed our stay as a group visiting the Belgrade Dance Festival. Rooms exceptionally well appointed, food excellent (particularly breakfast) and staff all fantastic, especially Lena in the restaurant who looked after us two nights running.

Very large rooms, perfectly clean, very good staff speaking English. The food at the restaurant is really tasty. Breakfast is great. Meeting rooms are quite big as well. The SPA is nice and huge. Too bad no windows can be opened within the hotel and rooms for some fresh air.
