The hotel crew deal with guest excellent and perfect which lead me to come here again the best hotel at mecca and special thanks and mention mrs rehab.

Excellent service no proplem for me only the elevator crowded take long time the staff amazing rehab very kind and the reception nice welcoming.

Breakfast is variety and tasty but more crowded at restaurant and elevators the rooms clean and corridors also and good care from rehab and all the staff really helpful.

So far so good the breakfast we like it and the room nice enough and mrs rehab offer membership free to all the group.

Looking at the reviews, I decide to book this hotel specially for my umrah journey with beloved parents n wife… Oo Allah. Please make everything easy for us all.

Considering it is suppose to be a 5-star hotel. It is not up to the mark… given it was Hajj season, but being a 5 star hotel it should have been better equipped to handle the traffic. No towels, had to beg for it. Room cleaning not good or on time… washrooms not fully stocked… double room was converted to quad but didn't upgrade the amenities. We were taking turns to charge our cell phones… not everybody had there own side table… Then buffet down stairs was not great either… just not a good wholesome experience… small inconveniences like that made it a worst hotel experience… just because you are in-front of the Haram that doesn't mean you can cut corners on customer satisfaction, especially being taken as 5 star hotel.

I will never recommend this hotel. Very small rooms. Not worthy for your money. Really disappointed.

A little bit up hill. Not suitable for older people. The rooms are standard rooms as offered in any other budget hotel.

We stayed in a family suite (6 people) during December on the 10th floor. The hotel is located minutes from gate 89/90 of the haram, and this why primarily why we chose this hotel. It's located in a tower with shopping facilities and food courts below. Our room had 6 single beds, three downstairs and another 3 in the mezzanine floor. Our view was horrible as it was looking to the adjacent building, and consequently there was no natural light in our room which was annoying. There's a small kitchenette provided but with no pans or pots, you get a fridge and a kettle. Our room had two bathrooms, the upstairs bathroom due to the way it was designed (had a floor shower) was useless as it flooded due to the flat profile of the floor. Furnishings were of a good quality. My complaints are : 1) due to the size of the room the cleaning staff often tried to get away by not cleaning the room. You had to literally stand there and make sure they did what you asked. Then after they finished they would just stand there looking at you awkwardly in what I assume was them waiting for a tip (mafi fulus cuz). 2) The front of house staff, although decent and better than others I have experienced in KSA in terms of professionalism and grasp of the English language, messed up during an emergency. My father had collapsed after coming out of the toilet and I called the reception and asked for them to call for help and send a Dr. An hour or two passed and no one came.

Nice. Great. Amazing. 10/10 For the service and coziness. Near Masjid Al Haram, making prayer activites more ease. Recommended for pilgrims visitor.

Best hotel near haram shareef. Can catch the prayer after listened the adhan.

Best location for harameyn, reasonable price, you can even catch the prayer after hearing the adhan. Good & Comfort Hotel. Awesome…

Good hotel with good pricing. Rooms are a little small but they have amazing staff and manager.

Representative hotel with fast Wi-Fi connection. Good to sleep here when you are on an Umrah tour.

Just a minute from Masjidil Haram and located behind Le Meridien Makkah.

Nice duplex suits with co operative stuffs.

Closest to HARAM Excelent environment.
