If your considering booking your next stay here stay away until they complete renovations and improve customer care. The only positive to this hotel is the location. Prior to checking I rang and emailed the hotel to make sure my 3 rooms were confirmed. I received written email to say my room was confirmed. Low and behold same as my experiance of staying at this hotel in 2019 it was dejavue. I was assured in 2019 that my next stay will be seemlesd and brilliant. I guess that was a lie. I get an email at 1am on the day of checking to say they had cancelled my hotel. I went to the hotel after fajr and way prior to checkin to ask what was going on. I got assured this was an error and they had acctivated my booking again. I get to checking at 2.00 pm and no one was at the priority checking desk to check me in and I had to wait 45 mins for them to come back! Then upon checking the room was still cancelled I was told my the staff member if I wanted the room I should book on the accor app/website again. Having explained they are no rooms left for the room type I had there response was what can I do! So I asked to speak to the duty manager. Again I had to wait to speak to them. This was now 2 hours since I got to checking. Having spoken to the duty manager they activated my booking again. Then I had to wait another 15 mins at the checking desk to actually checkin. So overall 3 hours for checkin! The corridor on floor 22 has a really off putting smell.

Good food, comfy room. Regular housekeeping done by housekeeping team. Short walking distance to Al-Haram.

Very near to haram but electric stove not working the sofa was broken maintenance is pathetic.

Worst experience of my life. Changing room third time in three days, have not slept a wink in three days. I spend more time at the reception explaining the issues we have then in our room. Hotel is in good location but very run down inside and rooms don't function well. It is a 3 star hotel standard rather than 5 star and the staff are not very helpful.

I just left Pullman Zamzam hotel and had worst horrible experience ever. I would not recommend them at all In our hotel booking times check in time was 12-2. We travelled along with connecting flight and after 36 hrs when we reach at 12:00 Check on time where we were dying to relax in our room and my youngest daughter was very sick they said room is not ready and need at least 3-4 hours to check in and to make room ready. All we family changed in their guest bathroom in lobby and went to HARAM to pray DHUHR and finally we were keep on calling receptionist that our rooms are ready or not and finally we got our room after 4-5 hours as per receptionist the guest in both rooms needs to vacant by 3-4pm about that he was also not sure and as per him he’s calling the rooms and no one answering. Most of the Recptionist doesn’t understand English. Their duty manager never on seats and if they are there they are very least bothered. All receptionist are just giggling inside their rooms. Rooms are very bad. Bathrooms are very old broken tiles and dirty. Most of the porters don’t respect to communicate except Mohammad Akram. Worst breakfast with no variety of food. They had made 2 floors of breakfast The upper floor is having only view and only dummy live station of food but no live cooking. And the main breakfast floor is all full. You can rate it 2 star hotel. If their would be option of 0 star I won’t mind to give them.

Accors managements and hotels are worst ever bad services dirty furnitures dirty broken old bathrooms makes you feel like living in 1 star or less even street hotels which does not have and stars are better than Pullman hotels specially Makkah Pullman zam zam. Duty manager Mr Abdul samad was cooperative but still I haven’t received services. Dirty smelly rooms even corridors Housekeeping don’t change your bedsheets until you will not tell them they leave dirty tea cups every time and don’t clean rooms properly. Even if you call their call center for anything you have to wait at least more than 1 hour or more with multiple reminders. Not recommended even for free I wish I could change my hotel and refund from them.

Extremely poor service at main reception last day checkout time no body came to help with luggage, waited a long time for staff to come, due to that I had nearly missed my bus for madina, even a 7 year old daughter of mine said daddy never ever book this pathetic hotel again. Room service and cleaning was excellent apart from them the rest was poor, I Even extended to stay an extra day in the hotel after my 6 days but was not given any discount or nothing, paid another £112 or something like that for one night. Inshallah by the will of Allah (swt) if I go again to Makkah will avoid this hotel.

Trying to cancel and refund my booking due to Covid-19 but not being able to get a refund. Highly pathetic service considering the world situation and what other hotel chains have done to facilitate customers. Absolutely absurd service!

Not recommended at all worst customer service they cancelled my booking one day before coming without any notice for no reason and there number no answer and the voicemail is full when someone finally answered was helpless and all he did try to book again and there was no room lefts! The worst this never happened to me before they have confirmed my reservation ten days before arrival and cancelled one day before arrival.

For a 5 stars hotel the rooms are very dirty. Old dusty carpet. Washroom flush doesnt function properly. Washroom is full of mold. Old dusty blanket. An extra bed is added to a 3 persons room which made it crowded and uneasy to walk around. Leaving no space to put your luggage. Elevator is another big issue. No AC and people suffocate. You need to wait forever to get the elevator. Escalator most of the time is broken and you have to climb several floors. The breakfast buffet area cannot accommodate that many customers and people ended having their breakfast standing or wait hours before a table is available. Food isnt that great either. The only best part of Pullman is its steps to and part of Haraam.

Recommend place to stay. Excellent cleaning service by Mr. M. Babul and his team. Always make sure my room (744) in good condition.

It was a superb experience staying in zam zam pullman hotel. Just a few steps to haram.
The overall enviroment & services are excellent friendly staff. The menu of breakfast served in alzahra restaurant & excecutive lounge contained enormous of variety of tasty foods, we cherished a lot. All the staff was very cooperative. We were really amused by the service/hospitality they provided to us.
Mr Faruq Sha'ban impressed us with his brilliant interactive skill & friendly nature.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. The air conditioning was very poor during our visit hence probably the room was suffocating. The weird smell in the reception area and the corridors could also probably be because of the same. Breakfast was alhamdulillah good. Mashallah Staff are very courteous and helpful.

This is really a good place to stay@ Hajj time, everyone is very co — operatives specially service people though they are so busy. I remember a guy name Hasan working housekeeper @ I am from Pakistan and I was surprised with his memorable excellent service.

I'm very pleased with the service rendered by the staff of Pullman Zamzam Makkah. They are very helpful and try their best to make my stay a memorable one. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr Haitham for helping to make the check in process very smooth. The reception counter was very receptive and thanks to Mr Waleed.

I stayed in room no. 901 during the Hajj period. The room service was great and the guy name Showkat and Nuznul provided their outstanding service. The restaurant is also good but not managed very well, always busy and crowded. They are short of staff and some waiters can be rude seems like they are not happy to work there.

The hotel facilities were very good specially hotel management, food and cleanliness. House keeping took great care of us. They were very disciplined, professional and punctual. Well headed by Mr. Abdul Gofur under supervision of Mr. Ghazi.

Hotel is great, food is delicious, rooms are spacious. Only a bit strange that I forgot a box of chocolates in the fridge (was a gift for someone), went back after 2 hours and apparently one of the employees took it home after his shift. Had to call him up, he ate some of it. Weird mentality… I would expect it to be in the lost and found…

One of the best hotel in the Holy Land. Near access to Haram but you should remember which lift and door you should pass through. Breakfast offer variants of food from local to international with great taste and good quantity and quality. A proper 5* hotel.

Not a lot of positive things to say. Starting from the almost non-existent lobby, to the very poor room service. For example, it took one and a half hour and four trips from the room and lobby and plenty of calls to finally get my luggage to my room. For a five star hotel, the standard of the rooms, and their finishes is just terrible. Wouldn't give it more than a three star based on that. The food had variety, the taste was average. An extremely busy place. And even though I went in off season, the services were way below expectations.

Location is good for Hajj pilgrims. Food is nice. Rooms need to be tidied. We were given a room which was smelly. After our complaint management changed the room. Other Room was okay but room service on that floor was pathetic. There was no towel supplies for two days. I had to call room service for towels.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… We stayed in the Quad Room with our old parents for 5 days and had really good experience. The rooms were well lit and clean. They also need to train the staff according to the 5 star customer service. Overall we were very happy and will recommend others to stay here because it’s very close to Haram.

The hotel is very new, the staff very friendly and available for the slightest worries, it is located 3 minutes from the mosque and from the breakfast room magnificent view on the mosque finally the room for 4 are very spacious es room B Ain are very comfortable.

Regrett for the delay to submit of my review during stay in Pullman Zam Zam Macca. I am delighted to write my comments during amazing stay with 4 family members from 27th Jan to 30th (4 days). I use to stay in Pullman ZamZam on my each visit but this year Umra visit was considered as having a comitted diginity of my family specially welcome 8 hours before check in without any extra charge & upgrade suite with View of Kaaba. I have lot regards of your smart ever customer service person Mr. AHMED BADER who always due care of my family on daily basis. In Sha Allah I will make continue stay in future & rest assure my 100 friends of BANK EL ETTAHD EL WATANI UAE to keep staying with Pull Man Zam Zam. Maa asslam Saleem Rafi Siddiqui United Kingdom.

Very good service, rooms are clean but only issue is the location is not feasible for women. Women entrance is very far from this hotel side. For men it’s very convenient.

Last march 16 my Friends and I together with one of the doctor in our workplace stayed in the Pullman hotel we checked in at 8 am so since we have to go for umrah first we wasn't able to go to see the hotel as we arrived but one of our friend (which is a doctor) her husband already went there to bring our things (where the said room is 2911). And the moment we finish the umrah we decided to go to the hotel to take some rest before we go out again and when we got there masha'allah I didn't expect that the hotel that we were in could be as beautiful as we expect. I was so amazed to the color of the furniture inside. The bedrooms that they had and specially the relaxing view from our room to the kaabah it really suits the entire room. Then Here it is morning comes, doctor Iman called us to inform us that we're goin to have our breakfast at 7 in the hotel lounge and as we finished fixing ourselves we directly went to the said place that where the breakfast is held in. So upon entering in the executive lounge there's two executive lounge staff standing beside the door (Mr. Irshad and mr. FURUK) who welcomed us with their genuine smile and assisted us to our sit thank you to both of you :) Masha'allah when we got inside there's a buffet in there and you can see a different kind of food that prepared for breakfast and all of it looks like delicious specially when we're able to taste it. It's really pleasant you can choose whatever you want to eat.

Stayed here during a very special journey. Absolutely loved this place. We had a total of 6 rooms and I couldn't fault any one of them. Room service were prompt. The breakfast was amazing. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Nice location being in the zamzam tower and great decor. Breakfast decent but rammed always. Phone service takes ages to get through to. In the end I ended up just going downstairs to get my luggage when it was supposed to be brought up to my room. Seemingly pointless exercise. Staff kind enough for Saudi standards.

Pros: Very near to Haram. They understand English. Staff is good. Cons: Room doesn't have separate kitchen so we were forced to use Washroom's sink for kitchen work. There was no prayer mat. There was an iron but no iron stand.

The location of the hotel was excellent, the rooms and the bathrooms need to be refurbished. Had to change the room and asked for an upgrade to another room with Kaaba view but unfortunately one of the beds was broken. Found a bedbug on the bed, hence the rooms need proper cleaning. The staff were very helpful and pleasing. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection. Was really expecting a 5 * hospitality but the rooms were disappointing and had no choice to change to other rooms as the hotel was fully booked.

Pleasant experience, as the Hotel, was very close to Haram and the mattresses in the larger room were comfortable. The service by housekeeping department was good. Places of improvement: 1. Clearer making of the floors and use of lifts (elevators) as one has to use TWO lifts every time. 2. A MICROWAVE OVEN MUST be provided in the guest rooms.

The reception staff needs a lot of training on how to treat the guests. Although I checked in online still it took me around 15 mins to get the room keys. Only two reception staff were present at 6.30 PM Friday 29-Sep-2017, and they too were not very professional. Please re-check your category of city view rooms. I booked the Classic Twin Room — City View. However the room allocated was almost non-view (Room # 609) as the front side of window was covered with the other hotels back side. Only from sides you can have a small view. Other things like room size, bedding, facilities were good. The breakfast was good but needs to add some sub-continent (Pakistan, India) items as well. Checkout was really fast, I hope the check-in is also the same.

We booked presidential suite. We think the room's furniture is old. The carpet is dirty especially at the entrance area. The bathroom had a flush issue (it has been fixed after we called), no glass around the shower. The quality of the room in general was low. No plates nor spoons or knives in the kitchen. For the buffet, the breakfast was fine, but it was crowded, we liked the lunch buffet much more. The staff were nice and willing to help. They sent us cake and chocolate to the room for national day celebration. It's not bad but I think we will find better quality with same value or maybe less.

Room was very good and facilities were good but service was very slow. If I order something it would take extra time, despite the fact that it was off season. The concierge staff needs to be more helpful. At checkout I have to wait for about 35 minutes for someone to come and take my luggage and about 10/20 calls. Still no one came and I was getting late for my flight so I had to carry the luggage myself with a damaged foot and a 8month daughter. All this despite being a silver member.

The stay was astonishing. We had little communication barriers (they understand Arabic and we understand English) but we were able to understand each other. Room cleaning wasn't always on time but it was done very well. The morning buffet was EXCELLENT. Apart from an incident I had with one of the receptionist with braces and a scar on his upper lips, his temperament and standards fell short of the position he occupies which is to make guests feel comfortable, manage and deal with guest requests. The tradition Arab tea served after every prayer was also superb.

The hotel does not match the price. Elevators not all work which work not all buttons of floors work, constantly problems and stoppers with elevators, has booked a room with a view on Kaaba, true Kaaba was visible, but windows whether not washed from the moment of building, for breakfast choice of a food suck little, and The price for an extra guest is too big (150 real) per person.
The bathroom is terrible.

The hotel has an amazing lobby, loads of elevators so you never have to wait and a very exquisite vibe. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Everything was very comfortable in my experience. The sweets/coffee sold in the lobby were a bit too expensive.

Well, they are well organized and very helpful people, got my own country people, felt like home. ALHUMDULILLAH I got this suite after running through 7 hotels. Well, my wish came true, all ALLAH's will. The suite was 1300 Riyals for one night.

When I came here… no phone is working… no tea cups… washroom sink is not working… no dustbin in the room. T. V is not working… I m teally surpried to see … is it 5 star hotel?

The only thing I didn't like was that the AC temperature didn't change when I adjusted it using the controller and the internet wasn't reliable. Else, the breakfast was very nice and diverse, you can take leftover food with you to your room in and return the plates on the next day.

Hotel inside was lovely. Breakfast was horrible. Staff hardly understood english. Hotel was situated in a large complex shopping malls along side with other hotels, which made it very difficult to find your elevator that takes you to your hotel.

Probably the worst hotel I've been to in a very long time. Highly inefficient luggage porters ever. Waited for 20 minutes before they could unload my vehicle. And another hour and a half before they could bring luggage to the room. It's not even peak season or a busy period. Booked the Presidential suite, which is supposed to be the best they've got, and to my disappointment, the room is very dated, dirty, bathrooms are extremely crampy and dirty, extremely poor workmanship, algae and fungus and mold all over, discolored grouting between the tiles and silicon blobbed all over, door frames are rusted, telephone shower does not work in the one bathroom, the little kitchenette, if you can call it that, is absolutely disgusting, knobs on the hob missing, carpets are dirty with huge stains all over, lifts are always jam packed, whoever answers the phone can never speak English, walls are stained, knobs on faucets and taps missing, beds have only single sheeting, the list is endless. There is an actual colony of mold growing in the kitchenette, and there are snots, yes snots, stuck on the wall in the bathroom; unbelievable. Decor and ambience is drab and shoddy, veneers are peeling off, couches feel like they were left on the side of the road to be disposed of and all the draws bang shut, even if you try to be gentle. The dustbin in the kitchenette, is a just a large bin liner!

Awesome stay at zamzam hotel, very near n clean and service is outstanding. Ample variety in breakfast which we called healthy breakfast and off course very delicious. I luv to stay this hotel and again. Memorable stay.

Worst hotel, take wiper with you when staying at this hotel. Front office staff at check out did not inform security of complex to let my driver come in. They said it is my duty to go down and teĺl security. Security staff is discortious helping saudis and arabs. They did not bother for anyone else. Please dont çomè here. Reception staff were kind and friendly. Rooms were clean and decent. Beds were comfortable and room was icy Cold (great for post Umrah relaxation). Hotel is close to Haram, which is where the positives end. We were promised a Haram view which we were given but you can only see the haram from a tiny part of the window. 80% of the small window was facing another hotel. Missing basic supplies for a 5 Star hotel. (no coffee, Tea, drinkable water, microwave, etc). TV was not working when we got there, got it fixed. Fridge was empty. Breakfast was terrible. Both my roommate and I got food poisoning. Good verity, but terrible quality (for a 5 Star hotel). Canned fruit salad, pears, etc. Day old baked goods (pita, croissant, buns, rolls all stale or very hard) eggs, pancakes, potatoes, were ok but Cold. Deli, cheeses, and fresh Vegetable, were ok. Juices were store bought CEASER brand tetra-packs with tons of Ice. Check out was quick and straight forward.

Excellent hotel, 7 days have been like a fairy tale, the kitchen is excellent, only because of the construction in the room were very dirty Windows, and everything is wonderful.
