Their restaurant name is paradise restaurant. When the first time I went their it really was paradise for food. It really worth your money. About the, it really is delicious especially the lamb it was cook well done. Except for the small macaroni and potatoes, anything else is perfect.

Positive sides: near to Al-Haram, luxurious & clean, and nice workers and reciptionists. The food court is very good. Negative sides: A little bit expensive. Poor internal services such as laundary, saloon, or restaurants. They don’t response to call from the room many times Recommended only for one night. No longer than that.

It's on hill top, not great for elderly guests or arthritis sufferers.

A very good hotel at all levels both in terms of reception and services and cleanliness for the proximity to the Haram is close 15 minutes ago He walked Piti, maybe he's a little tired for old people, but the transportation is available. Highly recommended.

The only good thing about the hotel is shopping nearby and close to haram sharif about 15 mins walk. The hotel stay isn't that great. The staff are not helpful! the food needs to be improved and fresh. The rooms needs to be cleaner… because at one point I found roaches and bee in the room. Had to change the room for 3 times. I wont recommend it to my friends or family to stay there. Because there are other hotels that are even closer to haram sharif and they have greater service with that price! so I would recommend please use your money wisely and think twice before you would choose to stay in "Infinity Hotel".

It's a only 5 star hotel on Ajyad street.

New hotel but growing fast, friendly service but unfortunately poor internet connection ten minutes walk to the haram Sharif, good exercise.

Nice place. Cleanliness and arrangements are reasonable. Service is good. Quite far from Hatam itself. You will need a taxi for Haram if not use to of long walks.

Very nice hotel. Good facilities but it's far from Haram almost 1.5 kilometer and you have to exert a little as it's on a hill.

Lovely and easy access to and from Haram. Modern rooms. Buffet can be improved and the GM was working on this. Loved the massage chairs which provided relief for tired hajjis after Hajj and Umrah.

A very good hotel close to Al Masjid Al Haram in Makkah. The distance of the hotel would be around 350-400 meters (10 minutes of walk from the boundary of Al Masjid Al Haram). The ambiance of the hotel is also very good.

A 5 star spacious hotel, with good house keeping, good food, conference rooms and all necessities served.

Big rooms. Walking distance to haram.

One of the best in Makkah that I have seen if not the best and I also like Orchid.

(Marvin) the housing keeper worker in this hotel has excellent service with excellent attitude very helpfull, polite and professional I would rate him 5 star worker. Food is excellent. I recommend this hotel.

Good place at good price given the location.

I loved my stay here. The rooms were large and very clean as well as the toilet and shower. The room had air conditioning and a TV. The staff were always helpful and our room was cleaned whilst we were out every day. The free buffet breakfast was nice but could do with a more international variety.

Neat & reasonably priced, good breakfast & huge lobby, spacious room and good housekeeping.
