It’s definitely not 5 star hotel. I can say it’s around 3 star. Internet connection is very bad. Air conditioner dorsn’t work in the lobby. You cannot hear Azan clearly to pray. Their speakers are not good. It’s not good for Hajj season, bur employees are kind and helpful!

Great hotel with nice clean rooms. Funny and warm hotel staffs. Barbershop is available on the corner of ground floor. The elevator was sufficient. The elevator waiting time was good, queueing was never going to be a problem, although the hotel was packed by so many guests.

It supposed to be 5 stars hotel, but it is not. Cockroach seen inside the cupboard. Reception always not available in the disk, they sit in the back room you need to shout out to have their attention. They are ignorant and not cooperative at all. Elevators are sufficient. No free breakfast served. Walking distance from the masjed harram.

Good Place for Jama'ah Umroh to Stay in here, the best place for all Jama'ah to rest after active and player on Masjidil Haram, view from Rooms Good look and very comfotable.

One of old and famous star hotel in MAHHAH. Five minutes walkable distance from King Abdul Aziz Gate, gate number one of Holy HARAM SHARIFF.

Very good breakfast buffet, although room was a smoking room, didn't bother me as much but please request to be in non smoking room in future.

Check in didn't take long. Service is good, not bad. Sometimes reception is empty, so I need to shout for someone to come out. Good location and clean rooms. If you're coming here for pilgrimage then please do, first time unrah here and I think this hotel fits all my needs.

Good Place, very Luxury Hotel, so very short move when wee go to Baitullah Makkah, with ekslusive service, and beauty view… We family soo love this place.

Hotel is beautiful in appearance. Fantastic lobby. Staff are rude and not helpful. Rooms do not get restocked with toiletries even when requested, the response was "Inshallah", and it never happened! Breakfast buffet was lackluster at best.

No room service at all. Reception is not cooperative and ignorant. They never came to room for cleaning or new towels. Don’t know how they got 5 Star sertificate. Only thing about this hotel is that it’s close to Haram but still 10 minuets walk.

Extremely horrible service. They refused to clean my room and ignored my phone calls down to the front desk. When I complained directly to the manager, he blamed it on the room service. When I complained to them the room service people blamed it on the manager for not communicating properly. After nearly 9 hours of waiting, they came to my room and grabbed towels yelled khalas and left. Then after another couple phone calls and trips to the manager somebody came, rushed and left immediately after. This occurred past ten clock in the evening, and the rooms next to mine started complaining also that room service had not come to their rooms for more then a day. They refused to provide the rooms next to me towels also. I would absolutely recommend choosing another hotel because anything would be better then this place.

Great Hotel and Great facilities, but a little too far from Masjidil Haram. But it's okaaaay.

Nice and quiet place, very affordable room prices with good service. Very good breakfast. Parking was included. Hotel is about 10-15 minute walk to Masjid Al-Haram. I am giving it 4 star because of some staff though it deserves 5 Stars.

Great customer service and decor. Loved the food. Convenient location, can walk to mosque when you hear the Adhan. However there can be a wait for the elevators when everyone is heading to prayer. Excellent buffet, the chef did a good job in producing a comprehensive cuisine of different countries.

Very bad experience. My room a/c is not working. I have requested them to change my room but they dont care. Room is hot like hell. Very bad management and hotel.

5 minutes walk from Masjid Al-Haram. Staff service is great, buffet style breakfast and dinner always tasty and has a lot of variety. 12 LIFTS/ELEVATORS! You don't even realize how amazing this is until you are there. Free Wi-Fi, Masjid inside the hotel in case you can't get to the Haram in time. This is most likely the best hotel I've stayed at in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. General note: If you are a Pilgrim (Hajji) buy your SIM and data from the stores outside, not from the staff at the hotel as you will most likely end up paying significantly more.

I stayed for 5 days there. It was a great experience. The hotel is cozy and friendly. I recommend it for 3omra or Haj.

It is very hot but all the establishments are air-conditioned. About this hotel, it is a chic hotel that deserves 5 stars for the place but 2 stars for the rooms. The employees are warm and to finish the food is good (there is a Tunisian chef)

Staff is very nice I never saw such this staff in the world. High class hotel. Rate is much better than any other. Keep it up.
