The restaurant and the food is disgusting. The food is worse than many cheap street food in malaysia, cant even compared to a 2 star hotel. Too many people and not enough staff. First night we arrived here they served sardines from the can. I had upset tummy several times. The lift is very busy. Just because people come here for umrah and haj I think they just accept it and not complain. For me it is totally unacceptable.

Near to Haram. Wonderful sahoor and aftar but expensive. Hotel management is very cooperative but lower staff seems too tired to greet guests and offer help. I was given a triple room with a few issues like window could not be closed, one of the wheels from the bed was broken so a bit tilted on one side which is not a 5 stars standards. I didn't say anything because it was extremely busy period (last 10 days of Ramadan)

Nice place, near haram, big room, good restaurant, friendly receptionist.

2stars for the food/Wi-Fi/distance from haram… we had a bad experience we arrived put our stuff and went to do our omra… we came back to find a massive oil leak from that thing over the door we asked them to change it and clean the oil from the floor they came removed that thing and never came back until dohr of next day someone came to clean it… we asked to get a lower floor when we arrived since we were at 12th and my grandmother and my mother cant stand the elevator we got a rejection and after the oil thing we got a word from the administration to get a lower floor but never did… if u are late to the prayer just pray in the hotel cauz the elevators are always busy especially when u are at a higher floor. When u come back from praying prepare ur self for a 20mins waiting for an elevator :) … also we had 2 problems with the shower 1) the bin was all rusty and broken from the bottomso basicallywas useless and we had warm to cold water hot water I don'tthink existswhen u at higher floors (big ups for the staff the nicest persons there god bless them all ❤) Edit: I forgot the main annoying thing the sink of the bathroom was leaking and with that rusty bin under him a disaster was created floor wet 24/7 with that rusty dirty water we removed the bin from there but the sink leaking was never fixed although we reported the problem. I think it's our mistake cauz we were the nicest people there.

One of the nicer hotels outside the established brands. Quite close to the bus to the miqaat. Food is nice. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is okay, you have to request additional toiletries from housekeeping. 5 minute walk to the al-Haraam and the clock tower.

Azka al safa are quite good hotel near haram shareef makka saudi arabia reasonable rates with good facilities approach are good and interiors are ok approx 1 kilometres from outside area makka harm there are so many hotels in this location few are goods neat and clean hotel rooms staff behaviour are also very good.

Near masjidil haram… all service very good.

If it's a redo I would inchallah because really it is a beautiful hotel and the service is superb.

Stayed here for 5 nights, great experience to stay, comfort room even for 4 people, excelent service and great food for daily meal.

Mashah Allah very nice hotel 3 minute walking distance from Masjidul haram.

Need to improve on main menu, such need to make sure chef to study on asia taste… deserts and side dish fantastic.

The only star it deserves is proximity to haram, overcrowded lifts four people in a room of two, stinking bathroom, poor room service and stupid management. Taking advantage of hajis. Better pay little extra and live in standard hotels atleast you can concentrate on your ibadah.

This property not even deserve a single star… They just want bussiness… the staff and the owners doesn't knws the meaning of hospitality… "HOSPITALITY OF THE GUESTS OF ALLAH" arrogant and full of Attitude… learn something from Hilton Makkah, Dar Al Tawhid Intercontinental and other hotels… I dunno how such kind of properties does exists till now… learn some manners Azka Al safa staffs… if this is going to be ur Attitude soon it's gonna be shut down. Good neat and clean, & well maintained hotel, staff behaviour is good & supportive.

Nice clean hotel, very popular location perfect only a few minutes from the Kaaba and loads of shops and eateries. Staff could have been abit more polite but have to take into account hajj season is extremely busy and customer service standards not the same as UK. Bathroom was clean but has a few minor problems such as smell and wet floor but nothing that can be fixed by calling lobby. Food was good but some people may not like it. Lifts can get busy during hajj season so some patience is needed. Overall I loved the stay and I would recommend it but would advise people not to complain during hajj season because it is a busy time and remember that on hajj a bit of patience and tolerance is rewarding.

A near place to stay while you in Haram for umroh and hajj. Good food.

Very near from Haram. The boufet is very nice. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Pretty good hotel. Near Haram and good food! Wi-Fi was an issue tho as it would only work in the lobby, not in most rooms! Would recommend nevertheless.

Room service is good and hotel is on main road.

Nice hotel, clean and close to AL HARAM. Only bit hard for disable people or people with wheelchair cos the road and sidewalk not smooth also a bit steep up/down.

New hotel and only 150 mtrs from haram.
