Very clean & efficient. Less than a hundred paces to Masjidil Haram. Excellent job by the cooks headed by an Egyptian Chef to provide simple, tasty yet filling and balanced meals each day. Salads, desserts and fruits plentiful though of limited variety. The continuously high occupancy and packed big dining halls/restaurants on two floors is a testimony to this.

Good if u are looking for a place close to the haram shareef in makkah. This hotel was very well maintained few years back but now in a bad state many rooms have maintainance issues room service is very bad no courtesy towards the guests. Hope they spend some money on maintainance.

Staff is caring and nice However beds abd rooms are small Cleanliness and responsiveness could be improved Sometimes Wi-Fi doesn't work Food choices are general — mix of Arab, American and Indian Worth paying for location though.

Not even 4 star on its own, more like 2 star hotel. But its closeness to King Abdul Aziz gate make it a passable 3 star. Although the staff would insist that it is 4 star, it isnt definitely. Staff is ok, food is average or below average. 2018 August.

You have to tell room service for something as simple as changing the bin. The toilet smelled when we came in. Elevators seem to ignore the fact you've pressed a button even when you're going in the same direction as it. Staff are quite unfriendly.

6 hari stay di hotel ini… dapat kamar dengan jendela menghadap ke Masjidil Harram — Mashaalloh. Lokasi sangat dekat ke Masjidil Harram-bahkan saat shalat Jum"at jalan di depan hotel juga penuh dengan jama"ah. Saya booknya kamar 2 bed tapi dapat yg 3 bed (ini hanya salah pengaturan dari pihak travel sepertinya), kamar agak sempit sehingga Bunda saya agak kurang betah. Tapi buat saya, lokasi kamar sangat pass. Untuk makanan Alhamdulillah kami berdua cocok dengan menu2 yg disajikan. Pelayanan sangat bagus.

Very close to Haram, rooms are clean, view is also good. The only issue I’d lift in Ramzan time as only 5 lifts are there.

Al Massa Hotel was an unpleasant experience. We had requested a 4 bed room, but instead we got a 2 bed room. The room was tiny and didn't have many lights. We had put in a request for another room. Even that turned out to be a 2 bed room. So we had to sleep on matresses. The bathroom was extremely small and didn't have a proper shower. The Muslim Shower didn't work and overall, we were very unsatisfied.

Location wise this place is great, cleanliness is ok, customer service is depends who's working at the front desk I guess? As few time no one showed up when requested and other time things were different, try avoiding that floor where the restaurant is located as it's gets pretty packed during peak times… The manager who speaks English and doesn't dress up like Saudi is a great guy to deal with.

The staff is absolutely the most rude staff I've ever seen except the Saudis at the reception. The rest all Indian people in the staff are very rude. The only advantage is that the hotel is near to the Masjid Al Haram. Other than that the place is also okay.

Hotel is very near to Masjidil Haram. Rooms are ok only that lifts are not easily accessible during peak time esp. During dining hrs.

Only 5 minutes from Masjidil Haram, food was good (International & Indonésia), and comfortable for taking nap.

Great hotel. Near. To the masjid al haram. It will take you only 8minutes. If walking from the hotel lobby. It has an attached grocery store for your needs. With along side all the others hotel.

Been in suite room 1304 with the view of masjidil haram and big clock of zam zam tower and king Salman Palace on the hill. The room is great. The food is laziz.

Very beautiful hotel but services are poor. You call them repeatedly then the staff will turned up. Rest of the things are fine.

The positive point is it's proximity to Haram Shareef. Just across the road. The rooms are not very spacious. Service is so so. Air conditioning is not up to the mark. Whole hotel has some sort of smell. We could not get wi fi services for all of five days that we stayed there. Still I will recommend it.

Smallish rooms, housekeeping staff response just ok, had cockroaches to keep me company in my room, food was awesome.

Good location, close to Masjidil Haram walking distance, clean enough.

The only good thing about this place is that it was near the Kaaba apart from that rooms were basic, internet Wi-Fi is the slowest in the world ended up using phone data most of the time… the waiters were constantly hovering around tables asking if we had finished eating as they needed the table. Leftover food was reheated & served from previous meals had a bad stomach had to resort to eating out had to wait ages for the lifts to come as it was seriously overcrowded. The lobby was constantly occupied housekeeping staff constantly harassing for tips probably underpaid most of the staff could not understand English I would not even rate this hotel as a four star more like a 3 star. Personally I think this was down to the hotel being overbooked resulting in it being seriously overcrowded On the plus side shower was decent beds were ok receptionist issuing keys for rooms was polite rooms were fairly clean.

Nearest to Haram, Baab e malak Abdul Aziz … First hotel on Ajiyad Road.

It is a good place to stay when performing umrah & hajj. I don't like the food though. The room is small. However I still like it as it is near to masjidil haram. I am a satisfied customer.
