The outside area of the hotel and the swimming pool area needs to be more clean. The caffe building is mislabeled, it's actually an extensionto the hotel rooms and a wedding hall. This hotel has a unique location and it should provide visitors places to enjoy the view.

Bad experience… doesn't deserve any star. Not worth the money you pay… pool water is very cold for kids, they should warm it. Dirty bathrooms and showers at the pool, looks like they haven't been cleaned for months… bathrooms at the rooms need maintenance… nobody answers the phone from room service or house keeping. Food is not what you expect in such a 4-star hotel especially that the serving staff is not very welcoming. I would never recommended this hotel to anyone.

Woow place in Taif… with Cable car… nice climate and well maintained garden with chairs and tables.

Lovely wether and lovely view hotel, lots of activities to make.

Nice view n Cable car station is in the complex.

Restraunt is nice with facilities but swimming pool is not for day use.

This is the beautiful place to watch the sunrise and watch the sunset from high mountain at Taif city.

أفضل فندق في منطقة الهدا، لأنه يطل على طريق الطائف مكة (طريق كرى) ، يزدحم في المواسم، يتبع له محطة التلفريك التي تنزل لمنطقة الكر، ولكن ﻻننصح العوائل باستخدامه، لأنه ينزل إلى منطقة صغيرة مغلقة بها مسبح مليئ بالشباب، كما يوجد قهوة مليئة بشيش الجراك والمعسل، لذلك يفترض عدم استخدام العوائل التلفريك والاكتفاء بالسكن في الفندق.

Masjid is in very bad condition, I don't know why they not pay attention to the masjid. Very bad. However, rooms are big, old fashioned furniture. Very well furnished and decorated.

Very good hotel to stay, very attractive views from taif, also starting rop car service from here. Amazing experience discover the beauty of taif mountain pass. Must viewing place at taif.

Very elegant place and has awsome views due to its location on al hada mountain. There is also an access to a water and amusement park named Al Korr.

Nice but empty place. There is no one there and no stores. Except UNO restaurant. It will be great of there is tour bus or holiday festival.

Excellent location and amazing mountain view specially from swimming pool outlet which overlooking Makkah road Rooms cleanness is the worst part, carpet, chairs and trace. Major maintenance needed AC not cooling, broken kettle & bulb-fused Variety of breakfast are poring plus dirty coffee cups, no fresh bread neither fresh juices Service in other outlets such as UNO & swimming pool are very slow, they had no cash to return my change in UNO and refused to post the check to my room regardless my deposit & in swimming pool they missed part of my order staff are not answering your calls you have to go down to reception Unfortunately not recommended.

Good view but the rooms are not clean as a 4 star hotel.

It was a good hotel but the only problem I faced that there was no extra pillows and sheets provided to guests They refuse to give us any of them.

One of the best attraction in Ramada is the cable car to best and the water park for kids, family. Don't miss it.

U must visit this place if u come here & the cable cars r cool.
