The worst place to stay at ever. Rude staff, careless securities even their night shift supervisors. Will def not come back. Totally don’t recommend.

Could do better for a 5 stars hotel…

I had only one problem it took me 25 min to check out. Rooms are nice and big enough. Room cleaning every day. I would have gave five stars if not that problem.

This is second time being in this hotel. There are always issues with Wi-Fi internet, and this is not acceptable for a Le Meridian. Rooms could be cleaner, finding traces of previous guests when checking in is not pleasant. AC is noisy. General customer service needs improvement, no consistency.

Very bad restaurant old furniture and in a little politeness guard as if coming to his fathers house I dont recommend anyone.

The hotel is very old and lacks maintenance and lighting problems in the rooms and the services are less than average and the furniture and the floor and the whole furniture is very old and the furnishings make a sound from a lot of it is all of it is ancient Privacy and the food is very bad and poor and not varied and the quality is low and it tastes good except the ones that are like sponge the experience is frustrating and expensive and burns blood and I dont advise anyone in this restaurant in particular.

Good hotel and they have a good breakfast and you can check out at 3 PM.

No microwave or hot plate in room. Rest was good.

Though Ta’if is very nice place but unfortunately my accommodation was not well, though rooms considered big but the furniture need to be repaired if not replaced. The place is nice but the hospitality was not up to the expectations. You can not imagine there was a lot of dust in tables. It took more than an hours for food to be served. The hotel really need to be revised and update, employees need to take courses of excellent hospitality. Regards.

It's deserved to stay and try the breakfast and the nice stuff. Also location at Alhda is excellent due to close to all restraints and super market additional to the natural green area around the hotel and the area itself. Also the greet facilities such as restaurant and health club and swimming pool.
I spend tow nights sept 1 and spt 2, 2017 Eid Aladha 2017 with my family and we enjoyed a lot. Best Regards … Taha Ansari.

Beautiful hotel, very good quality of care and excellent buffet.

The place is amazing. The room is 5 stars with a nice balcony as you can see a nice view of alhada. For sure I will be back again.

Great service and facilities in the hotel. The restaurant is good. The view is nice too.
