Front desk and restaurant is excellent. Room's is not nice. For 2 people 1 towel. Old bedding.

We went there and it was horrible honestly I asked for a towel and they asked me to go buy some for myself you have to wait for 12 hours for your laundry food ugh food it's was disgusting, there was these mini hotdogs for breakfast it tasted like cardboard scrambled eggs, ha ha, it's raw eggs, water yeah water you drink from this shady dispenser bottles will cost you 4 or something like that overall it's not really 4 stars it's more like 2

One of the worst hotels ever all around Saudi, staff were so rude, not professional at ALL. Also the cost was super expensive, whenever you pay that much of money you expect something nice, but in this hotel you’ll find always bad things.

Service is very bad. Actually it does not even exist in this hotel. In Had to call them every day to clean my room. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best place to stay in Hail after millenium. Comes at city entry point. You can go to any place via ring road. Very close to hail chamber of commerce, saco, lulu, McDonald's.

Good just they need to be more clean.

Room wasn't clean, even water bottles are empty, reasonable price only.

Wi-fi connectivity is poor.

It was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in the room was really small there was only a towel there the cups was dirty the fridge was removed for some reason but the staff was reall welcoming and humble I went for some many other places that offers greater service for the same price.

For western people used to travelling it does not meet our standards on many level, but this is not home, and they are not us, so that being said, for Hail area this is one of the better places and food inside restaurant pretty good by Saudi Standards. They are trying their best.

Buffet food were fantastic and affordable.

The location is accessible from Airport and quite place. Put some Cold Drinks inside Refrigerators and Snacks inside the room.

The room is very spacious and the Rates are very good.

Standard is below the average not recommended for the busniess traveller it’s a similar to 2 star property.

The place is good, level 3 & 4 under maintenance, internet (Wi-Fi) is too slow and disconnecting most of the time.

One of the better options in Hail, however there is a lot room for improvement otherwise decrement in prices. I had ate iftar buffet here and it felt highly overpriced. In the past I always preferred boudl in the city which provided extremely good value for money, but since it closed I have been coming here. I feel much better accommodations are available in hail if one has time to search until than golden tulips the easiest you just pay for your laziness.

Lux, nice and comfortable place to stay in. Towels is little old. AC is so powerful. Sheets are clean.

Room service is not reach the requirements.

It supposed to be better than this.

Bed sheets are dirty / hairy Toilet dirty Floor dirty People are friendly but without cleanliness in the bedroom nothing will work,

The Rooms are awesomely awesome! I liked it very much. But the only problem is, there is no 3-pin charging hole. Only 2-pins which most of us don't have. So guys, when you go there, be sure to take extra attaching 2pinners…

Very old rooms and furniture, not that clean, if decide to stay there bring your own food kz the breakfast is. Zero star. Reception staff was very helpful and the only gd experience his name is mohamad.

Staff are friendly. Excellent service Hotel and view is good. They need to conserve water… nice place to stay.

I like it. It gives us very good break during our long travel to Jordan.

Very Very Very Disgusting, it is the first time in my life I see water getting out of the toilet when flushing water. Even the Qiblah direction in the room is wrong.

The rooms in the first floor are ok. However, the room that I stayed in initially smelled really badly from smoke and it wasn't that clean. The Wi-Fi speed is ok.

This hotel had great suites and looked amazing 8/10, But the service was very poor and were a bit annoying 5/10, over all 8/10 or 4/5.
