Water is the only good thing about this hotel, I tried their Ramadan breakfast and it was awful. Never ever come back again. Moreover the management was very low class. If you want to waste your time and money go there!

It is very nice hotel also the price is worthy.

The worst expperience ever. Terrible service. Bad boufet with no fresh food ever. Will never come back again. Advise u strongly to change the manager and the service team.

I have faulty lamps in my room that I asked them to change and this is my 4th night here and they didnt change it yet. Definitly not a 4 stars hotel not in service nor in cleanliness, their rooms are big though compared to other hotel rooms.

فندق اقل من متواضع. اخذت فيه ليلة ب٨٠٠ ريال… الفندق لا يستحق ٤٠٠ ريال. السعر مرتفع. النظافة متوسطة… الرائحة غير محببة… الميزة الوحيدة. الهدوء. الغرفة سعتها كبيرة لكن بديكور قليل فصارت كئيبة. تجربة فاشلة. بنفس السعر كنت بحصل فنادق ارقى وافضل.

Perfect place where you can learn swimming , GYMNASTICS, Zumba, karate, ballet and many others best hotel Golden Tulip.

I don't know why they cancelled my reservation without informing me. Anyhow, that was helpful for me coz I found a better place than this old hotel.

The stuff is rude especially the saudi guy in the reception, I was asking housekeeping to clean the room for 3 days but they didn't, the bathroom hasn't got hot water most of the time, the fire alarm always rings and makes a noise inside the room, facilities are not comfortable at all with worst service I have ever had. They make you feel that you haven't payed money.

It's wonderful place to spent some quality time with your special one.

I didn't stay in the rooms because I was giving a class. The service people and the support personal were fantastic. They check with every day to make sure that everything was operating as it should. The tables were neatly arranged and put in order; the coffee, tea, juice, and water were supplied daily.

I wasn't a guest at the hotel, I was a presenter for a client staying there. Anyway, the Staff was helpful, quick, and efficient. They made things easy. Thanks!

Just in night nice view but every time to much car any lines not good for traffic. The necessary measures are to be made.

Ordered the american breakfast in the room It took 6 phone calls They gave me coffee instead of tea An omlete insteat of 2 eggs sunny side up Forgot the orange juice And they tried to get me to get up and go to the buffey? Apalling.

I'm here for training course, the meeting room is good and will prepared. The snacks are fresh.

Room is good but a lot of issues will not let me visiting the hotel again 1 — wasn't clear that there is available for five persons 2 — kitchen was absolutely empty there isn't any thing at all 3-reception they are great to get my call but not any further help they keep ignoring my issues 4-I asked room service to clean my room but no one appear.

Great deal and nice staff worth the stay.

New will furnished rooms except the kitchen is nice with stove, heater, and fridge but no kitchen utensils to use so you need to manage it before you think to use the kitchen, the Wi-Fi per booking only limited to three devices be sure your kids will not fight for that.

Stayed with my family for 4 days and 3 nights. Good location. Nice and polite staff. Very accomodating. My only concern is the Wi-Fi signal. Overall a very nice hotel to stay in.

Perfect! I spent 6 great months there while consulting for SECTI. Amazing people and place!
