Olivias Accommodation

Quiet, very friendly accommodation short walk to the city center. The kitchen you can use has literally commercial level kit with a sweet dining area. Breakfast of local dishes and homemade preserves is the best I've seen so far. Highly recommend.

Stayed one night to shorten an otherwise longer airport drive. Checked in on a Sunday afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised with how lovely the place is, especially the customer service.
The lovely older Samoan lady who checked me in was very warm and friendly, she made the process nice and easy. I regret forgetting her name though I made a note to myself to remember it.
The location is right next to Apia, neatly tucked away from the main road so it doesn’t feel like you’re right in the hustle and bustle.
The room was very spacious, clean and had its own washroom. AC was very good along with the fan which was very convenient. Beds and linen were clean. There was also an electric kettle and fridge. No microwave.
There is a big gate at the entrance.
I needed to leave for an airport pick-up alone at 11pm, the lovely lady who checked me in gave me instructions on how the gate works when I leave & when I return.
Parking is on site and thankful I was able to park right near the office both times.
The only downer was that I could almost clearly hear the room next door as the walls were thin but otherwise, that was okay and I didn’t mind much.
The room also came with free breakfast which we didn’t use as we got up late but I hear it’s very lovely and organic.
Olivia’s is a very basic accomodation, has all the basic necessities and for the price I paid, it was perfect. The service was very lovely and I would definitely book again.

The warmest welcome and interactions I've ever felt staying somewhere, we had 2 days booked and stayed for 5, the only place I'd stay if I came back to Samoa, also they refill bottles on site which we used everyday which helps keep the plastic bottles in circulation to a minimum! Also a great breakfast served in the mornings with great smiles attached ❤️

Thank you so much Olivia's Accommodation for having me there I enjoy every moment of my staying with you's, the girls are so friendly I always get along with them especially the lady that works in the kitchen preparing the breakfast every morning. Thank you, thank you thank you from my bottom of my heart. I'm differently coming back there I still have days left of my booking because I went to spent my last week with my family. My room the only fan it didn't work was the big fan but is not a big issue I got the air conditioner on that's the main thing. Thank you June&Lucy for everything hope will see you's again soon. Lovely, legitimately friendly people running this place 🩷 Location is perfect; close to the warf and Taumeasina Resort for a swim, and not in the centre of noisy Apia. Rooms are pretty dark and old, but really clean with great aircon and hot water 👍 Appropriately priced for the location and the convenience of a simple breakfast each morning with good ☕🩷

Cheap and comfortable spot, perfect if you’re looking to save money while staying in Apia.
It’s not fancy, but it does the job — clean rooms, air conditioning, and super friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the start. If you’re not after luxury and just need a good place to sleep, this is a 10 out of 10 for the price. Totally recommend it for budget travelers!

Stayed for one night. Very welcoming and helpful staff, delicious food and clean and comfortable room with air condition. A bit far from center.

I stayed here for a week, room and facilities are simple, but are clean with very friendly staff. Aircon works well, the fans in the room did the job. Nicely tucked away from the main road. I would stay here again and I would recommend to others.

The best place to stay in Apia! Rooms are spacious and clean, there is a perfect combination of privacy and socialising, and the breakfast eggs are delicious. If you’re lucky enough May and Lele will be working, and they will make you feel like an old friend🩷🩷🩷

Need a lot of work in the bedroom. The breakfast was terrible. Old one loaf of bread, 4 to 5 slices papaya, uncover sitting on an outside table. It was closer to our family and was the only place available for us. Will not stay there again. The price was not worth it.

Absolutely loved my stay here — the staff were lovely, were able to arrange late checkin for me at 3am and help me get settled. Rooms are a good size and comfortable, ac and fans work well. Really good central location just 15 mins walk to Apia town or to the beach. Breakfast modest but good, lots of coffee available. There’s a small supermarket nearby open until midnight every day (including Sunday) to get water and snacks.

I recommend at 100% this accommodation, it’s perfect when you are travelling in Samoa, we stayed here 1 night at the beginning and another 1 when we left Samoa, it was perfect! The staff is very friendly and very welcoming! Rooms are clean and well equipped with aircon, cosy bed, private bathroom! The breakfast is really nice too, and you can talk with the others guests! Don’t hesitate!

Really happy with our 3-night stay at Olivia's Accommodation in Apia, Samoa — not glamorous but had everything we needed and well located. Amazing value. Had a room with separate beds (one queen, one single so could have slept 3), air con, electric jug, fridge and own bathroom with shower, toilet, handbasin. Ground level access. Cost included breakfast and host/staff were excellent at providing useful information about sights to see, transport options, etc. The simple breakfast is served at communal tables outside though under cover — great way to meet other guests, and included a different taste of Samoa each day. We also had access to the kitchen if we wanted to heat an evening meal, etc. There is a shop and a petrol station next door, local buses nearby and taxis are very cheap, plus you could walk into town if you want. Very efficient communication when booking and asking questions. Would happily stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks, booking 3 rooms for our family. While the rooms are simple, they are comfortable and clean. We had such an amazing time here. The staff are amazing — so lovely and so warm and really made us feel at home. My kids adored the girls, and still asking me when we can go back to visit them. June was an amazing host, always recommending places to go and went above and beyond to help us when we needed anything.
The breakfast each morning was great. Always fresh fruit and something different to try. The communal dining area was so nice to sit and chat to other guests and have breakfast together.
The location is great, a short walk to the shop around the corner and not far to walk into town.
We loved it here and would happily book on our next trip. Definitely recommend!

Exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the long communal table that guests shared at breakfast and other times. It made it easy to connect with fellow travellers. Olivia's is a convenient walking distance to Palolo Deep and the city centre where we were fortunate to experience the Teuila Festival. Olivia's was very clean, the staff were always smiling and helpful, and our rooms were safe and secure.

We were greeted with warm and kindness. A great little spot near to shops and cafes. Our room was clean and had air conditioning and a fan which was fantastic. Olivia and her daughter were so kind and helpful. Great value for money. Thank you Olivia.
